"It all started on a blue bike and a box with falafel when the two fast food restaurateurs Nidal Kersh and Jenny Hedstrom felt that Stockholm needed more and better street food. The falafel bike became so popular that it developed into Stockholm's first falafelbar. The falafel is always served freshly fried in pita bread with traditional filling and lovely dips. Most of the dishes are vegan and everything is vegetarian. All sauces and several dishes are additionally gluten- and lactose-free.
