Doors openat 7 a.m., so you cabgrab a hearty breakfast burrito on theway to the ski area, and since closing isn'tuntil 11 p.m., it's a perfect spot for late-night munchies. The drive-through makes it convenient for those on the go, and there’s plenty of seating inside. The only downside is how congested the shared parking lot can get."

"Wood-Fired Pizzas and Housemade Gelato Casual wood-fired pizzas are the specialty in this popular, contemporary-styled restaurant owned by longtime locals Deb and David Harries. This place is always busy, so expect a short wait. It's worth it. The V salad, with arugula, prosciutto, olive oil, lemon and shaved Parmesan is to die for, as is the Tutabella pizza with housemade sausage, caramelized onion, fresh tomato, roasted pepper, fontina, and fior di latte mozzarella. Don't skip the housemade gelato for dessert."

"Long Established Breakfast Fave One of the oldest restaurants in Park City , the "Double E," as locals call it, opened in 1972. When I first lived in town in the mid-1980s, they'd have $1.95 breakfast specials of eggs and bacon. Can't beat that. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but the stick-to-the-ribs breakfasts are what they're really famous for. Try the signature Miner's Dawn, seasoned potatoes with melted cheddar cheese, topped with basted eggs and served in a skillet with wheat toast."

"At the Center of Main Street Right in the middle of Main Street, 501 On Main restaurant is a great place to sit back with some delicious food and drink and watch all of the action. Downstairs is a casual, almost sports bar kind of vibe, while upstairs is a bit more formal. I cannot get enough of the mushroom risotto, served in a hand-shaped potato nest, or the 14-hour braised pot roast. Lots of bar food, sandwiches, salads and soups make up the casual fare. They have the largest selection of sulfite-free wines in Utah, and the owners are just so nice you'll want to keep going back. (And you can afford to!)"

"French Asian Cuisine in a Lavish Setting Wahso, part of the Bill White Enterprises family of restaurants in town, is the perfect example of White's propensity to lavishly decorate his popular eateries. With Asian artifacts that White collected from around the world, and elegant touches like the velvet curtains encasing each booth, it doesn't get more romantic than this. The food is excellent, and the prices reflect that. Try the green curry mussels, the watermelon and goat cheese salad with arugula, fennel, cherry tomatoes and lemon basil dressing, or the Miso Black Cod with aromatic rice, shiitake, bok choy and mushroom-ginger broth. By the way, "Wahso" is a phonetic play on the French word for bird, "oiseau."

"Sushi for Aficionados, and Plenty for Landlubbers One of Bill White's collection of restaurants, Sushi Blue serves an eclectic mix of items, from a full sushi bar to "Rad Thai" and Korean street tacos, and a great burger. It's a great place to go if you have a mix of sushi lovers and "not so much" in your dining party. The Green Papaya Salad with cherry tomatoes, cilantro, crushed peanuts and citrus dressing is refreshing. For signature sushi rolls, try the Holy Shishito, with albacore, grilled shishito pepper and cucumber topped with red snapper, avocado, and spicy roasted onion ponzu. The easy access to this restaurant in the Redstone shopping area makes it a popular choice."

"Authentic Mexican This unassuming little restaurant in a small strip-mall in a commercial neighborhood consistently rates as a local favorite for both the Hispanic and Caucasian populations here. It’s no frills— your meal will be served on paper plates; they serve beer but no other alcohol— but service is quick and efficient. Serving lunch and dinner, El Chubbie’s (as locals call it due to the generous portions) specialties are the homemade salsa bar, the carnitas, tamales and street tacos. Park City is not zoned to allow food trucks—this is the closest you’ll get to those freshly concocted eats."

"Skiing and Drinking at High West When you're ready to call it a day on the slopes, take Park City Mountain Resort’s Quittin’ Time run down to High West, the world’s only ski-in gastro-distillery. Tour the space, then try the 36th Vote Barreled Manhattan, made from a pre-Prohibition cocktail recipe that calls for aging the drink for 90 days in white oak barrels. The food goes down pretty easily, too: A bowl of elk chili will warm you right down to the toes of your ski socks. For lighter fare, the popcorn tossed with bacon, caramel, and cashews is sweet, salty, and a nice counterpoint to a glass of double rye."

"Beer Movies Food.... Need I say more?! This place is awesome. If you are looking for free pool and wi-fi during the day, go there. If your looking for bar food and beer it's great for that too. And you can do all that and watch movies in their private cinema, which shows movies old and new as well as big television events. One of my favorite Salt Lake locations."

"Steakhouse/Sports Bar Even though Butcher's is a nice steak house ("elegance without arrogance" is the owner's motto), with one of the most appealing bars in town (a full wall of gleaming bottles behind the bar, views of the Town Lift just outside the door), they double as a great place to go and watch the game. The late night menu is offered until midnight. Order the housemade potato chips topped with melted Monterey Jack and aged blue cheese."
