The new VA store is a great upgrade. The bright, spacious space is a welcome change. Customer service is consistently excellent. I always appreciate the convenience of being able to refill my prescriptions online through the VA website and have them delivered for free. It's smooth. I decided to visit the new store for the first time today. Ariel at the front desk was very helpful. When I realized I had lost my prescription, he was quick to help. It was a pleasant surprise to meet Arnel in person. This personal encounter, where I was able to put a face to a name, strengthened my connection with VA.

Village Apothecary is an excellent pharmacy with a wide range of medicines and health products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help with the selection of the right medication and provide counselling. The pharmacy is conveniently located and easily accessible. The inside is clean and tidy, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The prices are quite competitive compared to other pharmacies in the neighbourhood.

My favorite pharmacy. Well stocked with quality supplements and more, well informed staff to steer you right, and a no-nonsense attitude to getting your vaccines. I feel well cared for as a customer.

Lovely and caring staff who provide excellent service. After struggles at other pharmacies, I have never had an issue with getting a prescription filled and most often it is ready within minutes. I am very grateful that they are in our neighborhood!

Village Apothecary USED to be an incredible and helpful apothecary till it was bought by some hindu group? Old days of real apothecaries you walk in and will hear the NOISE of pills, drugs been counted. Now you walk in and you don't hear that anymore? Instead you encounter so... called pharmacist behind computer screens like it was Horse racing betting parlor! Days of counting pills are long. I had to take matters into my own hands and take CONTROL on my prescription refills! It has become a new trend where of prescriptions been refilled whether you need them or not! It angers me cause the so... called pharmacists are ABUSING of Seniors prescription insurances. I personally told my primary care physician NOT to give me refills! If I need a refill I will call my primary care physician. I also told my insurances to call me for APPROVAL of a refill. It got so....bad that if you have a prescription insurance THEY will refill it whether you needed it or not? In my case at one point I ended up with 4 bags of prescriptions $8000.00 each bag. Do the math? Thats $32000.00 been scam to my insurance. Imagine Senior citizens enduring these?
