Village Apothecary

The new VA store is a great upgrade. The bright, spacious space is a welcome change. Customer service is consistently excellent. I always appreciate the convenience of being able to refill my prescriptions online through the VA website and have them delivered for free. It's smooth. I decided to visit the new store for the first time today. Ariel at the front desk was very helpful. When I realized I had lost my prescription, he was quick to help. It was a pleasant surprise to meet Ariel in person. This personal encounter, where I was able to put a face to a name, strengthened my connection with VA.

The staff is friendly and professional. They always answer the phone when you have a question, theres no long wait time. And if you have a problem they will actually try to help you. I like using them as my pharmacy!

Love getting my vaccinations there. They're efficient and knowledgeable and the staff is friendly and caring.

I have used Village Apothecary for years beginning when I lived in NYC and even now since living in other cities for a number of years. I would NEVER consider using ANY other pharmacy. Never. The folks that run VA are absolutely AMAZING. They are phenomenal people. They are like angels. And they treat their customers like family. They are not only incredibly kind but very knowledgeable as well as extremely dedicated to the service they provide their customers. They consistently go way above and beyond the call of duty. They go out of their way to find creative and effective solutions to prescription challenges. They are always a step ahead and I have never had to follow up because they are always proactive and on top of it. I quit worrying about my medications and prescriptions years ago because I know that the Village Apothecary team has my back . No other pharmacy even comes close to the Village Apothecary. I have recommended them to everyone I know and literally all Of those friends say the same thing that I do…”Wow…amazing!”. Yes, the Village Apothecary IS truly amazing.

I have been a customer at the Village Apothecary for more than 35 years and it is a remarkable institution. I am very grateful to them for all their care. The staff are all wonderful people and they have always been reliable, responsible, and very kind. One cannot ask for a better community resource than the Village Apothecary.

Excellent, very personal service. A true neighborhood gem. It's so important to have establishments such as Village Apothecary in our neighborhood, ones that know their customers and have been here for them for years. And also the shop is very cute, with a very well-curated selection of medical and beauty products--from band-aids to Provençal soaps. It's also generally cheaper than the chain pharmacies.
