Very cool looking store! Went in with my gf for a return. Not my style, but still really nice looking shop. Great service too.

We went into Brooklyn to pick up some hard to find vans. They we're very helpful and the store was clean and orderly.

Wonderful shopping experience today (6/20/22) as my son was looking for the perfect Vans to “dress up” his 8th grade prom tuxedo. The staff couldn’t be any more kind, patient, honest, knowledgeable and hospitable. I’d highly recommend this particular store. The staff is amazing!

i walked into vans not really know what i wanted, all i knew was i wanted to get some pairs of shoes of my bother and my nephews for their birthday. Thanks to the sales people i got the prefect shoes in the perfect sizes that were loved by everyone. The sales people were more then happy to help me and that really made the buying experience enjoyable not to mention how beautiful and spotless the store was! I want to point out and thank the sales person Garrett because he showed me all the different shoes and help me decide what to get for who, he was beyond knowledge and super friendly and got everything i wanted and much more, without his help i’m not sure what i would of done so thank you! This is my new favorite place to buy shoes, the people the environment are amazing and i can’t wait to come back i highly recommend!

Went in wanting to buy a more exclusive design that I wouldn’t be able to get back home and Joel was super helpful and made a few recommendations, one of which I ended up buying. Came back later that same evening because my partner wanted a pair too and Corey attended to us—he was extremely friendly and easy going. Loved the service, and the store was gorgeous and trendy.

This store is absolutely beautiful and modern. Upon walking through the door I was greeted by a young man asking me if I could be helped. I was there for an exchange and he quickly took my damaged item and got me a new one. The front checkout woman processed the exchange and signed me up for their free rewards program. I was in and out in 7 mintues at best.

The General by Vans carries classic Vans sneakers but also limited edition and hard to find models. It opened last month. @nyorquina

I love this place! The workers are very nice and make sure to help you in any way they can. The store itself is very organized and there are plenty of workers nearby that can bring you the items you've requested.

I tried calling the store for 2 hours and no one picked up the phone. When I went to the store the doors were locked and someone was talking to me through a closed door saying they closed early. I asked if they carry kids shoes and they said yes it was in the back of the store and refused to let me take a quick look. Very rude and the manager was there allowing this rudeness!

The first bruise, scrape, crack, fracture, abrasion or boo-boo was caused by not only my ignorant toddler brain but one piece of wood and four wheels. Since then... the allure, power and freedom in skateboarding was all that mattered. Vans will always stand out as the brand and place for us outsiders. They always have, and always will. So this past weekday I was strolling on the edges of BK in Billyburg near Kent and walked by a beautiful matte white building with glares of sunlight. Neon and pastel colors dripping out and then the site of skateboard wheels and then the glance of 'Metallica' logo!!!! So I obviously made a b- line right inside!!! Turns out Vans opened an amazing lil spot. Mirroring the ideas of the famous and classic DQM Grand ave. They have made this lil slice a Brooklyn their own... and it's dope! The amazing thing about these DQM spots are that they feature the art of the brand.. they give the customer a way to experience and enjoy the process that goes into making a piece of art for your feet. In terms of vans.. this location has taken the time to make a solo room that features the work of their design and process. It shows the materials and fabrics that are used in the creative process. They also have private dressing rooms to try on collections and have you're own experience. One of the great parts about this store and the other signature Vans stores is the ability to have the option of purchasing limited's and exclusive models and variations that are not available online. Thank you NYC for still being an amazing place for fashion. If you like vans or the summer then I implore you to visit. Unfortunately the 'Metallica' variations are gone but now you know for next time ;)

This place rules. Amazing staff. Great selection and perfect location. Will most deffinitely be coming back here again and again.

Really chill place. I love the fact they have their vans vault line in store. Customer service is 10/10 and the the staff is very welcoming as if their your friends. Will visit again when in NYC.

If you have a time to closed don't leave the door open ! Joel was rude ! Replace your assistant manager ! I got no respect from any of the workers there, extremely rude and unprofessional. Fix the hours of service on Google !

Joel (I think that was his name...) is so super knowledgeable and helpful! He was helping me out first, then Corey took over who was just as great. Both guys made me feel very comfortable and didn't mind keep bringing the 100 different pairs I wanted to try. a super happy customer
