Not your average sneaker store! The team here are awesome, really down to earth and always so friendly/helpful with sizes. I have bought numerous pairs of new balance sneaks!! Cool fit out!! I also attended a Mihan event here a few months back and got some neat lil’ fragrance samples. Coffee slaps too👌

Great brands and store design but literally their customer service is non existent. Staff were to preoccupied with socialising and trying on clothes themselves and parading around the shop floor. I was hoping to try on a number of shoes but could even get their attention so just walked out. Whats the point of running a shop when customers can’t even easily buy anything?

Great products and friendly team service! Fast dispatch and shipping too! I purchased a pair of new NB1906AD and was too confident on my size. However they're a little narrower compared to my 1906R. The store kindly refunded my order since they don't have any larger size. Much appreciated. For people who want to get new NB1906A, just notice that they are 0.5cm shorter than normal 1906R so you might have to size up half size.

Up There was fantastic! I’d been wearing my new shoes for a while before realising they were two different sizes. When I emailed them, they replaced them at no charge and even let me keep the original pair. Great customer service and a seamless experience—highly recommend!

It has the best brands from all over the globe and unique pieces that none of the other shops have. So happy I found this shop and can’t wait to come back.

Great Service from Up There! Ordered Adidas CP Manchesters and delivered in 7 days. Really good when you consider I'm in Edinburgh , Scotland and they're in Melbourne, Australia..!! Definitely recommend and will look to become a regular customer for those difficult to get items. Keep up the excellent work!
