Such a cute store with great curation:) I didn’t end up buying anything but will definitely be back in the future. Would be a lovely place to grab a present for anyone rlly x Bella was super helpful and introduced us to alot of nice brands

One of the best shopping experiences in Melbourne. Selection of brands is top teir and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, fashionable, and make you feel like part of their family. The service Luke provided today was of the same high calibre I have come to expect after first shopping here over 5 years ago.

Came in store last week & purchased a bunch of shoes, Absolutely cracker buying experience and was served by Mario. I've been and purchased from up there many times, however by far this was the best customer experience I have had, and this guy deserves a very big pat on the pack for helping myself, my sister & 2 boys out with sizing, styles etc. It genuinely made me want to come back! Few days later I had a few issues with sizing on one of the shoes purchased, then called the store and spoke with Patrick. Explained the situation to him and he gave me a bunch of resolutions, which were really effective and seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Instead just pushing me to the side and recommending the generic “send us an email”. Pat Even told me to come in store and see him personally so he can get an exchange sorted out for some shoes that I want which are online exclusive only. The team is actually Great, and is without a doubt a main reason why ill continue shopping with Up There.

I haven't visited Up There since they moved into this new space and I absolutely love the selection and all the pieces. However, I was appalled by the customer service. I went in last week to buy a pair of shoes and wanted to try some on. I was standing around the sneaker section for a good five minutes, while every sales assistant were just talking to one another. Mind you, there were more staff than customers at that point. But instead of approaching a customer, i overheard the staff asking either another staff or one of their friends who were visiting if they wanted some coffee. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. There were no professionalism at all. For a upmarket, high-end street wear store, this is not what I expect to get. Gotta step up your game!
