I have been to a few cafes in Copenhagen and it’s this that had the most beautiful interior. Playing light jazz music, walls painted in pretty pink hues you just wanna spend a few hours enjoying the gorgeous atmosphere. I had the open sandwich set of 3 which was a prawn, avocado, and potato on rye bread. The potato one was particularly outstanding. In fact I would just order the potato one. It would be nice if they have a wider selection of food. Preferably some hot items. This cafe is not wheelchair accessible unless you sit outdoors. There a few flights up to the cafe interior and another few steps to use the toilet.

I went here during a Saturday morning due a quick coffee and a croissant, so am probably not best placed to comment on the food. But the Croissant I had was fresh, hot and pretty nice as croissants go. The Americano was reasonable though I have had better. Inside the atmosphere is nice, and calming smooth French music and this was nice on a Saturday morning. I see the place does breakfast and I'll have to try that out shortly too. It sounded pretty tasty. It seems that the locals living around come here and that's a good sign too. Staff are friendly and helpful, speak English 🙂, and were very nice in general. For now four stars, but hoping that in my next trip with more tried out I can move higher... It was really the coffee that lost the star this time.. Though it wasn't bad, I was looking forward to better.

Great place around a corner with the scandi vibe. Perfect stop in the morning for a coffee or even a breakfast. Service was great and the breakfast was an excellent introduction to Denmark and puts you in a perfect mood for a day exploring the city. A highly recommened stop if you're lucky enough to have your hotel nearby!

Excellent lunch with avocado on roasted rye bread with poached egg. Limited menu but very tasteful. If you're not into avocado, I recommend the home made tuna salad. Best I ever tasted to be honest👌

We checked the menu online and it had omelette, as we arrived at the place, no omelette. We took this .... Some egg with shrimps and a black very cold bread. Not a worm meal. The atmosphere was normal for a coffee shop. We overslept and wanted some worm breakfast, this wasn't the place, still the food was ok. Some can shrimps on top of some mayo, and a boiled egg that was fried after. In the menu was written fried egg. For the two slices of bread, one sparkling water and a coffee, about 320 dkk.

Very nice lunch - loved the omelette as well as the meatballs with potato salad. Very happy that they could cater for gluten free options as well as vegan (with some adjustments)! Friendly service albeit not the quickest ;)

Really fantastic little cafe with a wonderful breakfast menu. The quiche and salad were wonderful with homemade balsamic dressing. Nice walk around the neighborhood too. Quiet atmosphere and cool hip decor. Nice spot to grab a bite to eat and begin your morning with a healthy start.

Yelp
This cafe is such a hidden gem! Located in a rather residential neighborhood, it was a pleasant surprise. On top of the modern and chic interiors, there were tufted rug art made by a local artist. I ordered flat white and a breakfast yogurt with granola, both are delicious. Customer service was amazing as well. Overall great vibes!

Yelp
Cutest little café in Islands Brygge...the friendly barista is reason enough to go back! I ordered an americano and my friends each got hot chocolate (varm cacao). We were all pleased with our choices and with the prices; they were on the cheaper end compared to other coffee places we have been to here in Copenhagen. We sat outside because it was actually not raining for once but we did need to grab blankets... (which they provide!) The inside is so so cute and had a cozy vibe. Candles, free wifi, and free after-coffee gum... In conclusion: I will be returning to this café whenever I find myself in the area.

Yelp
I read about this Café on unlike.net. It sounded like the kind of place I was looking for. I have to say that it was. The décor was very nicely done. Very simple and comfortable for a cold and rainy day. I had the breakfast plate (Morgentallerken) which came with a soft boiled egg, some salami and cheese and yogurt with muesli and maple syrup. My friend had a sandwich with rulle Pølsen. Everything was nicely done. This review was written in 2009.

Yelp
I had heard many good things about this café,, so I had quite some expectations. Let's just be honest: It definitely didn't live up to what people had said. I don't get the charm with Tobi's. The environment is quite boring. The menu is quite boring. The food we got served was quite boring. Both me and M got a ciabatta sandwich for 65 dkk. We ordered completely different sandwiches, and in came exactly the same sandwich with the same filling - minus the main ingredients. What happened to creativity in the kitchen? Tobi's isn't bad - you get exactly what you usually get at boring cafés - but I wouldn't recommend it to people.

Yelp
We've had two great breakfasts at Tobis. I had a very generous breakfast with a soft boiled egg, some fabulous salami, yogurt with maple syrup. It came with a delicious rye bread and a sourdough bun and some fresh fruit. Lots of food and so good. My partner had the omelette two days in a row he liked it so much. The latte was good too. Nice music and fun to sit out at the sidewalk tables. The owner was a delight to talk to - all the staff we interacted with were so friendly. Everyone speaks English. I highly recommend it if your staying in the neighborhood.
