Absolutely adore this store!!! what a find!! The staff are just the loveliest, and couldn't have been more helpful... and the clothes are just fab - such awesome brands, great quality and really unusual stuff. If you have a special occasion to shop for you NEED to stop in here - I ended up buying a cute little dress for an engagement party, and I know everyone is going to flip out about how unusual it is, i can't wait to wear it!! Thanks to all the lovely girlies who helped me in store - you guys are awesome xx

Fantastic shop in Williamsburg. Garden in the back perfect to chill. Gallery downstairs provides food for thought. Coffee shop at the front for stimulation. And loads of great items on sale in the main section. For chilling/working/ shopping/thinking it's a fantastically well-balanced eclectic mix with a chilled ambiance. A great new concept of a store. Worth checking out!!

Gorgeous store and fantastic customer service. This boutique is my daughter’s go to for clothing. The quality of the clothes is something you just don’t see anymore anywhere! The ladies who work there always go above and beyond for us which is another thing I miss about shopping in department stores. Prices are reasonable especially considering the material of the clothing. It reminds me of times past. Love this boutique!!

The Vale Collective is a women clothing and accessories store. It showcases hard-to-find fashion from all around the world, with a focus on emerging Australian, British and US designers. Additionally the shop hosts a rotating schedule of cultural events. But the cherry on the cake is the beautiful backyard garden where you can enjoy a delicious coffee after a great shopping session.

LOVE!!!! Very sweet and helpful employees! The shop was filled with amazing women clothing and felt like a museum. There's also a backyard and downstairs! Must visit if you're in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The employees at this store are extremely helpful and kind; there's an overall laid-back vibe which I personally really enjoy in a sales environment (sales associates were really sweet and weren't pushy or overbearing). Customer service aside, the quality of products themselves is absolutely dismal. Not to mention that the Vale is barely interested in customer satisfaction and basically only wants to milk customers for money by selling wares that are worth nothing near their hefty price tags. You might as well hit up Forever 21 instead.

It is more than understandable as to why this business is retiring. Their current model of operations is not only out of date with the current times, their clothing is also sizest and exclusionary unless you are a size 00. I recently bought a pantsuit at this store over the weekend with their 50% closing sale and the pantsuit ripped and was made of cheaply made material. The shorts I also purchased had discomforting fabric aligned on the inside.
