"The Pink Cabana is an ideal stop for a cocktail despite presenting more as a restaurant. Siddle up to the green-tiled bar and order wines from the Mediterranean, or pick one of the seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Routes. Order a dirty martini, colada, or pink lemonade with Lillet Rose, Ketel One, lemon, and herbs de Provence. Along with beer and cider, there’s an inventive set of non-alcoholic drinks." - Mona Holmes

"As the name suggests, it’s pure pink at the Pink Cabana at the Sands Hotel & Spa. It’s got a theme that channels tennis clubs from the ’50s and ’60s (which also makes it highly Instagrammable) and some tasty bites for daytime dining. Unlike a lot of other brunch spots, things start early at 8:30 a.m. with oysters, steak and eggs, a cheese platter, pear tartine, brioche french toast, and quiche. This is a popular destination, so make a reservation." - Mona Holmes

The most delicious Mediterranean meal you will find in California … the mezze was delicious with the fluffiest naan pita , olives to die for and hummus, the lentil soup was perfect and the tagliatelle as yummy as the rest . The Coachella dates bourbon ice cream is a must and the very best bignet on the west coast ! Decor is fabulous especially by the hotel entrance you will feel like in a Moroccan dream✨

The vibes are impeccable! In Indio for work and wanted to have a cute Palm Springsy dinner without going into town. This place screams Palm Springs mid century atomic fabness. The cocktails were the highlight of the meal. I loved the Tropical Triangle.. a legit tiki drink. The calamari app was undersalted and the prawn arriabatta was fine. Service was lovely. Go!

🍳 🍾 🥩 🍤 🦪 We had an amazing brunch at the classic Pink Cabana! My first visit to Palm Springs, and my first meal was amazing! Eggs Benedict, shrimp, oysters, steak and eggs ALL recommended. As far as the burger … OFF. THE. CHARTS. AMAZING burger, highly recommended!

The Pink Cabana is a gem! We dined outside near the hotel pool. The decor is spot on. The food was good and the service was excellent. A perfect spot for lunch!

Breakfast was delicious. Our reservation was at 10am. The restaurant was completely empty server came and brought the birthday girl a mini cake with a candle

One word: Incredible! We visited on Christmas Day and had the most amazing experience in the restaurant. The prime rib was delicious and the wine pairing was fantastic. Melanie and Alan gave us an amazing welcoming atmosphere and truly made the night fantastic. Thank you so much to Pink Sands and wonderful dining and kitchen staff we will be back again!

Thanks Gabby and Ruben! (;) What an experience, we sat at the bar to get a couple cocktails and dinner later in the night (8:45) and even though it was close to kitchen close, we’d never have known. Sitting at the bar with them made my night, a great restaurant isn’t just about the food and drinks (which were fantastic btw) but the experience! I’ll look to make this place a regular stop anytime I make it back the area!

The atmosphere has a cool vibe. The menu was limited and most items a bit on the pricey side. The service was slow for drinks, food and some requests ignored (extra salad dressing). The server stood in one place and poured water in all of our glasses reaching in front of our faces with his arm interrupted our conversation instead of walking around the table and filling them individually. We had to ask for salt and pepper, the salt was ordinary instead of a nice sea salt and the pepper was pre-ground. The frito misto was good but the cheese platter was disappointing. A few scraps of cheese which were not identified. There were 4 of us sharing the platter and 3 slices of bread, they should have offered to add another slice of bread. The waiter didn’t get the appetizer or entree orders correct. The $30+ pasta was disappointing. It is billed as mushroom pasta there were a few pieces of mushroom stems and lots of butternut squash a good filler for them since it is cheaper. They did comp our dessert which was a nice touch. Go for drinks not food.

Yelp
I hosted a bachelorette party dinner here and we received EXCELLENT service! The restaurant is absolutely perfect for a luxurious girls night out. Not only was the staff friendly and attentive, the food was excellent. Our group was very happy and it was a great way to start the bachelorette night. A week later, they're still talking about how good the food and service was! I look forward to coming back in the future!

Yelp
3.5 starts to be fair: The food and ambiance were great but the whole place was covered by probably two servers, one bartender, two food runners and one host. The entrees were not served for about an hour. Other issue was addressed on site but we asked for a cheese alternative on a salad and not due to preference but due to dietary restrictions and when we got the salad it was with the original soft cheese. They kindly took it away and when the replacement came back, it was the same dish just wish the alternative cheese added. So soft cheese is still very much present. They took that off the bill and gave us a replacement of another menu item. That I find appropriate considering they removed it from the bill. Though the issue remains at the treatment we got from the manager. He interrupted us explaining what was wrong with "how can I make this right"? And then argued back that the cheese in the salad was in fact Manchego and there was no Goat Cheese in the salad. The two cheeses are different enough to know. And I was showing him the goat cheese... Then the server came back with another excuse that the kitchen had added "crumbled manchego" and that wasn't goat cheese. You could simply spread the cheese between your fingers, smelled and tasted (I tasted it to make sure) like goat cheese. Why the dismissing, gaslighting and excuses. Mistakes happen and they had fixed it. The treatment was just very poor.

Yelp
The waitress with long dark hair she was on the thicker side and the hospitality dinner general manager are the worst people working there. From the minute we walked in she judged us as of we were poor. She took our door and the rest of the night ignored us. I had to ask a different waiter for a drink I ordered. Once the meal came i needed salt and pepper asked her for it waited about 10 minutes had to finally ask a bus boy he brought it right away. When the manager hospitality director walked by i made comments about how she ignored us all night had to ask a different waiter for w drink he dismissed it also and seemed to no care about the paying customer. This place is not worth it , the hummus is watery no flavor ! Pasta was mediocre and underseasoned. I've had way better, Moroccan and lentil soup from mom and Pop shops and the chicken was dry . When I finally received my bill, she charged me for extra drinks that I did not order and I had to correct her and she not once offered me an apology for the horrible service she rendered to me and my family, nor did the hospitality dining manager, they have on duty I was not asking for a free meal or anything for free. I was just asking for a little bit of consideration and acknowledgment that we were ignored and treated as if we were underserved customers at the restaurant. I will be going forward and filing a formal complaint with the hotel and the general manager.

Yelp
We LOVE SO much about this place...the design/ambiance, creative cocktails and consistent quality of food presentation and taste (music doesn't match the ambience and is too loud for dinner conversation)! However EVERY single time we have eaten here (several times for brunch and lunch and now dinner) we are met with a non-smiling, unfriendly, hostess with total attitude! This time, notwithstanding. Also consistently upon our arrival, the restaurant is 10%-30% occupied yet the hostess only offers us 1 table and outright refuses to consider seating us where we would prefer ~ claiming the entire restaurant is sold out with reservations. Incredibly annoying and off putting! Definitely NOT the way we (nor management) wanted to start off our dinner out. In this particular case, it actually did fill up to almost full capacity by the time we LEFT 2 hrs later on a Fri night in season. Imo management could consider and teach the staff how to maybe offer a compromise that is reasonable and customer friendly like, allowing guests to sit in one of the sea of available tables at their time of arrival woth the caveat that we would need to be finished within 1h 15m max so they can clean and flip the table for the next reserved guests. Just a thought! That said, shout out to our fantastic waitress Yasmine! The scallops, duck & salmon were all three out of this world and the Cabana Colada is one of my favorite inventive cocktails I have ever tasted! I REALLY want to love this place and consider it as a year round staple but sadly, thus far, they have only consistently annoyed and disappointed me. Sadly, I'm not sure of we will go back again unless things change. ‍

Yelp
Super cute restaurant. We made reservations for late breakfast on Sunday. The menu isn't too big but that's fine with us. My husband had the crab egg benedict & I had the avocado toast with poached egg. Both were super tasty. For drinks I had the poolside mimosas and he had the Turkish coffee. Our server was attentive and friendly, but not overly so which was perfect. The place is super cute and totally Instagram-able!

Alexandra S.

Yelp
The place is beautiful, has a boutique feel, and is mellow. Everyone is si nice and the food didn't take too long either. But I had the ham and gruere quiche was by far the fluffiest quiche I have ever had. It was like eating a cloud. Go say hello to Greg and enjoy their eclectic menue.

Yelp
Charming and fun ! Took my boyfriend and his mom. We loved it ! The food and the ambiance was amazing!

Kevin T.

Yelp
TL;DR: Very solid burger and good martinis Don't be discouraged if you come and the doors are closed. The staff is just trying to keep the cool air in :) Ordered: - calamari (3/5): the first pieces of calamari were delicious but the bottom half felt soaked in grease and was difficult to finish. Our party felt it might've been a combination of an old and new batch :/ - burger (4.5/5): delicious burger - Love when the buns are properly toasted so the overall burger stacks well and holds its form. Bonus for the crispy smash patty! Fries were good, not great Will be back for the burger and the martinis - well-made and appreciatively strong :) Cheers, Pink Cabana

Yelp
This was a classic and fun brunch experience with cocktails and cute ambience. The hummus appetizer is delicious and we enjoyed the turkey BLT and French toast. Would have liked a little more variety on the menu. Great photo ops!

Yelp
This is a MUST if you are in the Palm Springs area (Indian Wells). Rachael, manager has an amazing staff at the top of their game. Briana, our server was delightful, attentive, but not hovering. She has such a sweet disposition and hospitality fits her well. OK, the ambiance is absolutely amazing The craft cocktails are delicious. They introduced the "Remember December" which is very refreshing and artwork. I had the "Young Lettuce " and my husband had the "Niman Ranch Cheeseburger" displayed on the menus attached.

Yelp
We came to Pink Cabana with a group of girls for our friends engagement brunch. First off, the restaurant is located in these very cute hotel with many photo op areas. Coming for brunch made us want to rent a room and stay here over the weekend. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor area, both very cute, but seeing as it was 110 F we decided to sit inside. The staff were very attentive and food came out at a decent pace. We started with drinks- which were the best part. They were poured with a heavy hand; however, very tasty! I got the cabana colada which had coconut, lime, and gin- amazing combo! Other drinks we liked included the pretty in pink and espresso martini. Overall, all the drinks were great that we tried. As far as the food- the menu is very limited. We opted for appetizers of the naan and humus (Cabana Mezze), our waiter suggested ordering a separate naan on the side- which we did need. It was good, but nothing special. For my entree I got the Moroccan club- which was delicious. From the many entrees (brioche french toast, salmon toast, green chile chicken tacos), it seemed the table favorites were the tacos and club sandwich. We overall had a great experience and even a little piece of desert, key lime pie- SO good, as a celebratory desert.

Yelp
Unfortunately had a horrible experience, we went for my friend's birthday brunch. not only was his birthday desert the size of a quarter, but the service was terrible. Our waitress was nice and friendly but not very attentive. The kitchen as well took extremely long with our food. I arrived only 10 min after my party of 4 ordered so their food came out first, I ordered something simple but it still took so long to come out by the time it did everyone had finished eating so i decided to take it to go instead. (also keep in mind it wasn't that busy anymore since it was later in the day) & I'm not lying when they brought out my food originally they burnt the toast and it only came with 4 potatoes.. I counted them and their was only 4. I couldn't believe it I had to say something, thankfully it was fixed but i seriously was just so over the whole situation. Extremely disappointing experience especially considering it's so beautifully decorated and the ambiance is so peaceful

Yelp
Staying at the Sands Hotel with my husband celebrating our baby moon and made a reservation for the pink cabana for dinner at 6:15pm. What a beautiful ambiance was my first impression! Classic music and great mood lighting. We started off with drinks and calamari to start off. Then shared the pasta "PRAWN ARRABBIATA". From the drinks, to the food, both delicious! I enjoyed their non alcoholic beverages, perfect for all the pregnant ladies! Also the service was as great! Very friendly and welcoming. Our waters were constantly being filled, our host, and all staff were amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

Mary Ann P.

Yelp
What a little gem hidden inside the Sands Hotel! Just love the decor and very cool vibe of sitting outside in a little cool garden All of our food selections were delicious as was then Turkish coffee. Service was very attentive and genuine. Look forward to coming back and trying some other options

Eric B.

Yelp
Kinda just ok. Food was very good; slightly overpriced, but not by a ton, considering this place is inside a hotel. The service was bad, but at least very friendly, so that made up for errors and missteps. All in all, it wasn't bad, and I was certainly not unhappy, but I wasn't thrilled, and I wouldn't choose to go back. (I wouldn't throw a fit if I ended up there again either, but there wasn't enough *there* there to make me want to return or to recommend the Cabana.)

Trung N.

Yelp
The Pink Cabana is not located in Palm Springs proper, but considering how cute and Palm Spring-y it feels, it's totally worth the drive. The restaurant is located in the Sands Hotel. It's quaint, very cute, and has all the vibes. I came for brunch and the weather in March was perfect for dining al fresco. I ordered the Moroccan Club ($21) and this was the most perfect club sandwich I've eaten in a very long while. It comes with roasted turkey, za'atar glazed bacon, saffron aioli, crushed avocado, gruyere on pain de mine. I can never not order the club, but I deeply appreciated the Moroccan touches on this one. The addition of za'atar and saffron really enhanced the otherwise boring applewood bacon/mayo stitch. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend if you love s good club. Our table also ordered the Cabana Benedict ($22 for glazed ham) and the Country Ham and Gruyère Quiche. Both were also very good. The Pink Cabana is, by far, one of the best restaurants in the area. I'll absolutely come back for dinner.

Joy F.

Yelp
We had a nice brunch at The Pink Cabana. The hotel has beautiful grounds the matches the restos vibe of warm pink, Mediterranean feel. Parking is free which is a plus, and service was attentive. Food was pretty good. We had calamari and it was tender, chorizo dish, burger and cocktail. We'd definitely consider to go back on our next trip to the desert.

Dan S.

Yelp
What a bright spot to Indian Wells. Loved. Loved. Loved this spot. From the impeccable service to the impeccable interior designs and color schemes. All were superior. Started with oysters and frito of artichokes, green olives and calamari. Such an odd mix of ingredients, but between the salty olives to calamari and lemon aioli for the artichokes - were very flavorful. Breakfast considered of steak and eggs and steak and egg whites. Steaks were cooked perfect. Such a magical, step back in history hotel and restaurant. We will be back. Definitely.

Genesis V.

Yelp
Ozzy is the VIP of this location. This is a instagram dream that has perfected dessert and cocktails. Wouldn't recommend the entrees. Reservation is required. Came here as a last minute stop and they were able to accommodate us but I highly recommend having a reservation. Hummus platter is good but small so I recommend only sharing between two people. Cocktails are really good. Chicken salad is a dry and salad is basic. Sandwich is missing a good sauce. Desserts are phenomenal. Recommend the sorbet.

Amy B.

Yelp
Took my daughter here and had the best time! First of all the decor when you walk from the lobby to the hotel is a throwback from the 50's and so cute. More importantly the food and drinks we had were fantastic. I started with off with a drink called pushing buttons which is a vodka drink with a flower attached called a "buzz button." You take a bite and it makes your tongue tingle, it opens up your taste buds and it enhances the drink. My daughter got a gin drink called the "hidden gem" it was also fantastic! We split a "young lettuces salad" with chicken, the vinaigrette was so good, light and so flavorful. We also had the "cabana mezzanine" which is homemade naan, olives and hummus, super tasty and pairs well with the salad. Great place, I highly recommend, the service was slow, but still more than worth it.

Rachel L.

Yelp
Food, service and the ambiance was amazing. I felt like I walked in to a 50's glam. I would come back here again.

Willy M.

Yelp
Celebrated my birthday brunch here and was not disappointed. The servers were attentive, the food was delicious and overall, the whole aesthetic of the restaurant was lovely.

Kevin S.

Yelp
I'm so glad I got to try this restaurant and I can't wait to stay in their hotel for my next visit. They are strictly adults only and allows dogs (service animals) and that's music in my ears lol Food was 10/10. I ordered oysters and steak frites. I don't have a photo of the steak frites because I sniffed it out as soon as it was handed to me and that's not your business. Espresso Martini 10/10 Ambience was 10/10 it's so nice to find a place that is dog friendly online and in person. If you're a dog parent, you know what I'm talking about. Highly recommend for friends and family. Or a full buyout event!!!

Amy N.

Yelp
Cute place to try if you're in the La Quinta area. Parking is on the side and you can valet or self park. Valet parking is free :) This place is located inside a hotel. Staff was nice but not super friendly. We tried the Local mushroom tagliatelle pasta which was very tasty and decadent. The chicken had amazing flavor, however a tad undercooked. I did not noticed until I was almost done with the dish- we notified the waiter and he just apologized. Would have been nice if they took a certain percentage off the bill. No biggie. The portion is more fine dining portion so if you're starving you may need to order a few dishes. Decor is fun with a great atmosphere! Fun place to go grab a drink!

Victoria S.

Yelp
came here with friends in april for my bachelorette party. our waiter was not very attentive unfortunately, even though it was a special occasion which we mentioned. The fruit we ordered with the rest of our brunch was incredibly underripe- hard and flavorless. the rest of the food and the drinks were great. the vibe and atmosphere of this place are the best part- eat outside if you can!

Lisa C.

Yelp
What a wonderful little eclectic Gem off of highway 111.... Plenty of parking and a very interesting Chef driven menu... bartender Brandon is right up there with other mixologists we have encountered... set in the heart of the Sands hotel with plenty of out door dining... I'm going back

Andre T.

Yelp
The Pink Cabana is a cute restaurant located at the Sands Hotel with a mix of Mediterranean/American cuisine. As a guest at the hotel, I was only able to experience the brunch menu. Ordered: * Niman Ranch Cheeseburger ($23) - American cheese, iceberg, dill pickle, tomato pickled onion, cabana sauce, french fries. They don't have ranch but it comes with really garlicky aioli and ketchup. The food was good, but the hamburger was not prepared how we requested it, it was cooked well done and was really salty, spent the rest of the day with a salty taste in my mouth. The Turkish coffee is really good! Service was a little slow and felt rushed when they did come. It's convenient that you can order the restaurant food while at the pool. Parking is free and shared with hotel guests, there is valet which is free but mostly available for dinner.

Andrea M.

Yelp
My husband and I ate here a couple times while staying at the Sands Hotel. The restaurant is conveniently located onsite and is beautifully decorated. I made a reservation because I saw it was recommended but the restaurant was never busy the whole weekend we were there. We were able to get seated immediately each time. The menu is limited but the food they do offer is delicious. I recommend the avocado tartine and the Moroccan club. The most memorable thing though is the iced Turkish coffee. It's perfection and you must get it. If I ever come back, it'll likely be for the coffee. I really enjoyed the food but portions are on the smaller side and it's pricey.

Melissa P.

Yelp
Such a great experience here at the pink cabana. Love the beautiful interior with Moroccan inspiration. The service is great. Our server recommends the Turkish coffee hot and I agree. It made the flavors stand out. We got two types of toast. I was hesitant at first because I feel like toast is something you can easily make at home but this chef knows how to make flavor profiles pop! We had the crushed avocado tartine which had bright citrus flavors that were intensified by the bitterness of the sprouts and then brought back by the avocado. At the end of each bite, there was a soft crunch of the toasted pepitas. 10/10. We also had the nectarine tartine which was mellow and sweet with ricotta and honey. Those two really made the flavor peaches stand out. Overall a fabulous light breakfast and great service.

Jenn S.

Yelp
I've wanted to go to the place for awhile and finally I was staying close. We went for brunch. We made a resy the night before and only had earlier so went at 915a. We got sat at the table where someone could see directly into the men's rooms every time the door opened. Yuck. The decor is so cute. Feels like Miami to me. I had the vest Turkish coffee and was buzzing for awhile. Nothing on the menu stood out to me for brunch and since it was so early I was more in the mood for breakfast. I got their strawberry tartine. I have never tried something so dry. The bread seemed old and it was tasteless. Someone had the French toast so I tried it. That was good. The avo toast was sad even with egg and bacon added on. I'd go back for a Turkish coffee!

Melissa M.

Yelp
This place is an Instagram dream, and the food is just as good as the aesthetic. We had a burger and the brioche French toast and really enjoyed them. The servers, busser, and hostess were very friendly, and I'm so happy we stopped here. Get a reservation ahead of time.

Eme E.

Yelp
Pretty in pink what can you expect it's so cabana feel in here I love the ambience. It's very dim in here with candlelight dinning! The server was very nice. They come and clear your plates a lot which is nice to keep it clean. The appetizers I enjoyed and recommend was the fritta misto and the shrimp cocktail both served with lemon aioli which was great the cocktail sauce had a good amount of horseradish. Dinner was delicious steak frites and the harissa chicken.

Leanne K.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant! I had the crab Benedict and it was very good! The drinks were strong and the service was great! Can't wait to go again!

Alexis R.

Yelp
I will start with saying we were greeted with a big smile by Mel! She was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, she took absolute great care of us! We came in a party of 8 & had dinner reservations. We were seated immediately. Mel gave us recommendations in which we took! Everything was amazing, drinks were fun & food was delicious! The ambience was "dark" but super super cute! I would describe it as 'Tropical Glam'! Such an adorable place! Definitely worth coming by! The walk through the courtyard, lots of super cute views , very picturesque with a pool!

Regina S.

Yelp
Such a cute spot for dinner in the palms hotel. Love the vibe and decor , very romantic at night without being tacky. Our server was great and gave us a complementary drink for my birthday and the food was great. Price point a bit high but not unusual for the area. Would come back for sure .

Anura D.

Yelp
Three stars for pure ambiance. The low lights and colorful wall designs make this a great place to take photos and come all dressed up w friends. However, food is expensive and each plate is essentially just meat and a vegetable. I had the harissa chicken which was cooked nicely. My friend ordered the steak frites which came with an absurdly large ratio of arugula to steak so we helped her out a little there Another part of the three stars is service, they were all quite nice. But overall, as with most such places, you are paying a lot for a simple-seeming plate.

Becky L.

Yelp
Back after 1 year and the Food was TERRIFIC, Service was GOOD ( I think we had the same server!) and the AMBIANCE? WELL, you can't beat that the view from the restaurant to the pool is just IDEAL The reason for 3 stars has more to do wit the server, not the food, except the ice cream ~ I ordered the crab sandwich and it was really better than I expected, fresh crab served on a warm toasted, buttered roll just like a lobster roll the French fries were good not great be sure to ask for aioli instead of ketchup it made a BIG DIFFERENCE~ My husband ordered the beet salad with fennel and loved it I will mention that the server when asked about the salad said the beets are red, deep purple.....clearly he hadn't seen this salad as the beets are pinkish ~ Dessert was the Date/Bourbon ice cream, just OK, definitely could taste both flavors, however it was quite soft, I suspect it had been scooped then set aside for a few minutes. Another issue I want to bring up~ my husband is diabetic and asked if they have any unsweetened ice tea, the server replied "No we don't then went on to mention the sweetened iced tea on the menu" I mentioned "Can't you serve the organic tea over ice?" The servers reply, " I guess I could, I have the brew it first" he seemed a bit put out, but did brew it and served it. It just seemed to me that he could have mentioned my alternative option, this was followed up the beets misinformation

Los A.

Yelp
I took one bite of the Crab Cake Benedict and said "wow, this plate , this dish is perfectly executed." Sometimes we go to a restaurant having heard of a dish they're well known for and walk in with expectations. I had zero clue that I was about to eat the best Benedict of my life. And I'm extremely sad knowing that I just did, I just hit the peak, I will forever roam the earth knowing that I will never quite have the same level of perfection. Sure, there are many more brunches in my future. But now they will all be tainted by the fact that they'll never reach the height of what I just experienced. I feel great fortune for having had this experience in my life and feel an immense sense of sadness knowing that it's all downhill from here. I better a get a mimosa, fast.

Jay A.

Yelp
The Pink Cabana gets mixed reviews. Understood. Let's focus solely on my experience here today which was an undisputable 5 stars. Today was my birthday. We arrived at The Pink Cabana at 930 AM. I wanted a great drink. The bartender recommended. PUSHING BUTTONS $18 Vodka, Amaro Montenegro, Grapefruit, Lime, Buzz Button Flower What an amazing cocktail. It was a sensory experience with a flower combined with a special cocktail. I had two. If I was not so wasted, I would have had a third. OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL $26 Flawless presentation of 6 oysters. They were small yet tasty, briny. Served with a delicious cocktail sauce. I asked for the cocktail sauce as I never do well with mignonette. I could easily eat oysters like this every day. YOUNG LETTUCES Toasted almonds, shaved manchego, jerez vinaigrette I added avocado. Delicious salad. The almonds were freshly toasted. I was happy. I got the light crispy yet flavorful salad I wanted. We had a great experience here. Dan's eggs benedict was fantastic. This was not a typical Palm Desert dining experience. Food and service both were exceptional, something we rarely experience in the Coachella Valley. We shall definitely return (often).

Lauren C.

Yelp
The main attraction here is the style, and WOW - it's worth the visit. Beautiful, colorful, FULL in so many ways. We came on a Sunday for brunch and it was packed, even in late June. Without a rez, we sat outside, which was lovely and overlooking the pool and garden. I would love to sit inside next time we go back. The cocktails were innovative and beautiful. The cheeseburger and fries were sinful. Like In-n-out but homemade and cooked to medium rare perfection. And the fries - much better than In-n-out and not to be overlooked as many restaurants serve mediocre to poor fries, a travesty! These came with ketchup and aioli, and we demolished them both. The eggs benedict were cooked just right, however the ham was a little tough. Overall, though the meal was satisfying. Service was friendly, efficient and the manager checked in during the meal. Overall a lovely experience that we will willingly try again.

Jose F.

Yelp
This is a great place don't get me wrong, however, we sat down at the bar to wait for a table. When we approached the time for the restaurant to reopen I asked to be transferred to a table I was asked if we were going to be sat for a full dining experience I told the host we were going to get some food but I'm not sure if we were going to get 2 main courses. I got the feeling that unless we were getting a full course appetizer and desert we wouldn't be seated and she said we'll see what we can do. We closed from the bar and went to another restaurant. Very disappointed as the restaurant was empty.

Yelp
super instagram-able place with cute decor and vibes all around. unfortunately, thats the only positive thing i can say about this place :/ came here early on a sat and we were one of the first customers. we were quickly seated and given the menu. we ordered the mimosa ($16), which was really cute! it just tasted like a typical mimosa - nothing special. i opted for the sand's breakfast ($22) which came with bacon, toast, potatoes & eggs. such a big price tag for an underwhelming dish. the bacon was extremely salty and the toast was soooo hard, it was so hard to eat it. we also waited almost 45 mins for our food despite being one of the only customers in the restaurant.. you definitely pay for just the aesthetics of this place; i expected the food to taste a lot better esp at that steep price point.

Yelp
Such extraordinarily welcoming, friendly service [with only two notable exceptions] and delicious food including gluten free fritto misto and avocado toast! Gabby and every other server we met were just superb: kind, cheerful, attentive and caring. The male bartender, however, pretty much ignored us Thursday afternoon 10/17 and the possibly-non-binary, (no criticism, just not sure to describe as female or male,) manager of this super-charming, lovely restaurant, didn't want our family members "loitering" AT THE BAR as we waited to order them drinks. ("Loitering?" They were standing next to the bar to order drinks in the establishment. We spent a lot of time at the Pink Cabana, actually, and otherwise 100% enjoyed the experience.) It's a wonderful place-- try it!

Yelp
Service was incredible. The ambiance was so beautiful. The food...out of this world. From the presentation to all the unique flavors!! Yum

Yelp
Beautiful hotel and has great customer service. The food on the other hand was not as good. The oysters were not fresh. My friend said, "Taste like the ocean farted in my mouth". The $16 fruit plate was literally a joke, and it came with moldy blackberries. Our favorite dishes were the shakshuka and the green chicken tacos. the rest was good but nothing great. The server and manager were really nice about removing the oysters and the fruit for us. The cocktails and mocktails were beautiful and tasted good. The server even made suggestions that were not on the menu which helped a lot.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in the beautiful Sands hotel. There are signs to tell you exactly where to go. Your walk up through some large black double doors, where you are transported back to the 50s. You're going to continue through another set of doors that lead you to the restaurant. Our Reservations were for 7:30pm which was a great time because you still get to see the beautiful landscape and see the lighting at night. We sat inside to enjoy the ac and the nice chic ambiance. I order the pushing buttons which includes a flower that tingles your mouth when you chew it. You should definitely try it. He ordered a Hot to Trot with Mezcal, surprisingly not an overbearing taste of mezcal. We order the calamari which was so good with the green olives! We ordered the chicken and salmon dinner and they were both amazing and flavorful. The service was great. We were checked on often. I can't wait to comeback.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the ambiance here! Beautifully decorated - would be a perfect spot during the day for a girl's trip brunch and at night a cozy date night. Depending what time of day you come, the restaurant gives off a very different vibe/feel! Food was really amazing! We ordered some apps, half dozen oysters - surprisingly fresh and sweet! The calamari, I've had better, but this one came with fried artichokes and olives (which were very salty), the best one yet was the bone marrow. It was super flavorful and fatty. It came with bread and a mushroom paste/sauce which was soooo yummy. The steak and frites was pretty good - nothing too special (if the fries were on the thinner side would pair better with the steak), but the iberian pork chop was really good, very juicy and tender!

Yelp
Really enjoyed our experience at PC. The food was excellent, portions were ample, service was en pointe, and the atmosphere was comfy, elegant, and inviting. I had the quiche, hubby had the crab Benedict, guest had the chicken tacos. Each of us enjoyed our entrées. The quiche and Benedict came with a large salad (only mixed greens but with a delicious dressing). We had a great time. Can't wait to return for dinner!
