Very good service but usually only one staff member working whenever I visit the store, therefore sometimes need to wait. I'm good with that as they are very helpful.

Helpful staff, I've always felt welcomed when visiting the store. I have attended almost all available workshops, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. You can tell they all love beer and enjoy their jobs. I've bought all my brewing equipment and ingredients here, both on site and via delivery. Always a great experience. I started brewing with their 5L Extract kits, range is quite diverse. Then I moved on to BIAB. Just grab one of their available recipes and you will be fine. Instructions may be difficult to read (understand), but I think it is just because I'm new to brewing. Everytime I had a question, they have replied to emails very quickly, also very helpful on the phone. Highly recommend H+G as your go-to shop. I have to cross the bridge, commute over 70mins to get there, and still prefer them over my local shop.

We were just here to grab some items for a commercial 50L keg tapping. The sales rep was amazing, listened and answered all our stupid questions as first timers, and even assisted in connecting the coupler, gas, hosing and dispenser so we are ready to go. A+ Customer service! We will definitely be returning customers.

This store is a gem, definitely the best one in the city for all your brewing needs. The staff is really knowledgeable and approachable, and don't belittle you when asking questions, in fact, it's one of those places that even going to browse or grab something small will allow you to come out with more knowledge than before. Great buying experience

Newcomer to homebrewing, highly recommend! Wonderful kind people who were very happy to point me in the right direction. The small brewing kits are a fantastic idea - the recipe instructions worked very well, fun to learn the process! Thanks. (bought a 5L carboy + red ale extract kit/ fliptop bottles)

Very helpful service! I phone ordered a wide mouth carboy and beer bottles for kombucha and they arrived to brisbane in 2 days! I will be ordering the same again so I can have two batches going :)
