"Walking into The Craft & Co, a rustic spot in Collingwood, you're greeted with the smell of warm spent grain wafting from the brewery in back. Although the simple breakfast menu of down-home offerings isn't as wildly creative as some other Melbourne cafes, it gets the basics right. If you're looking for something a bit out of the ordinary, try the breakfast gnocchi with prosciutto, cherry tomato, field mushrooms, a soft egg, and parm.
