"An offshoot of Delhi restaurant the Big Chill, this small cake shop decked out in floral wallpaper is known for its European-style desserts, like a Viennese sponge berry cake made with fresh citrus juice and layers of berry-infused frosting, or a French chocolate eclair filled with coffee cream. The shop also offers an array of silky-smooth cheesecakes in flavors like vanilla, blueberry, and — perhaps the best — peanut butter and Kahlúa. In the morning, grab a coffee, sandwich, or almond croissant to go. The sprawling and picnic-ready Lodi Gardens are just a two-minute walk away. [$$]" - Sharanya Deepak

Went there after a long time with a lot of expectations but it was not up to the mark this time. The flavor of the cheesecake was not the same what I was expecting. Tried 3 different slices and they were 7/10.

We visited The Big Chill Creamery section post dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was nearly midnight, and yet it was crowded. There are so many ice cream flavours to choose from and one can trial the flavours on request. There are also numerous toppings that one can order. Gourmet chocolates are also available here that can be boxed and gift packed. The prices are on the higher side but given the portion size and the quality of the desserts, it is justified. The service is quite prompt in busy hours. The ambience and decor is very chic.

As a famous place I had more expectations from Big Chill Cakery, Ordered 3 cakes all of them lacked the softness in the base didn't seem like a fresh one and ofcourse not worthy of a price they put on. Frankly speaking I've had better cakes, I would rate them average in taste. Variety of cakes and other bakery things are quite good with some unique flavours. I would suggest you to have a single cake first then go for another if you liked it don't rush in to buying as they are heavy on stomach and pocket as well.

The Big Chill Creamery is a dessert lover's dream come true! Not only do they serve an amazing variety of ice cream, but their selection of cookies, cakes, brownies, and other desserts is equally impressive. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the hazelnut cheesecake. It's an absolute slice of heaven! The creamy, nutty goodness of the hazelnut cheesecake is something you won't forget. Every bite feels like a delightful journey for your taste buds. Whether you're in the mood for ice cream, cookies, cakes, or any sweet treat, The Big Chill Creamery has you covered. But seriously, don't leave without trying that heavenly hazelnut cheesecake—it's a dessert experience like no other!

Visited this place for the 1st time since we wanted to have some nice cake & cappuccino. It’s a known brand and hence an ideal choice. We ordered for strawberry cream cheese cake. It was the last piece left and we even checked if it was fresh or not. Once confirmed we took it. It was hopeless not even an ounce of flavour of cream cheese. Ddnt seem fresh either. Seemed like the strawberry juice had oozed out leaving them tasteless.a single pastry costs Rs 350 plus and it’s way too expensive. Strawberry dreamy cake was still better with some fresh strawberries. Carrot cream cheese cake was still ok but not good. Cappuccino was average. Too much froth and not hot. They were like it can’t he done hot. Finally microwaved it to make it hotter. They barely have eggless cakes., The cakery is not cosy. A few small round tables and 2 chairs on each table. Service & attitude is not at par. On giving a feedback to the staff at counter he is not even listening. When i stated that you are not even listening he looked up and asked the other staff as to what I was saying. We gave a feedback to Bernard too the manager out there but he was in no mood to acknowledge. He was like I’ll share with the chef and I can’t do anything about it. We have spent almost Rs 400 on a pastry, which is nowhere worth it and poor taste. Atleast have the courtesy to acknowledge and do something about it. On questioning whether the pastry was old he said ‘itni bhi old nahin hai’ which means old hai. Poor attitude of the manager.

If you’re in Delhi and have a sweet tooth, Big Chill Cakery at Khan Market is a must-visit. Known for serving some of the best desserts in the city, this spot does not disappoint. We indulged in the Chocolate Noir and the Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake, both of which were absolutely divine. The rich flavors and creamy textures were perfection. Overall, we rate this experience a solid 10/10. Highly recommended!
