Terre di San Vito

A wonderful and scenic winery in Polignano y Mare. Elena took us around her beautiful winery. We than proceeded to sit down for a tasting. Well she couldn’t be more hospitable. So much food was put out (which most is available for purchase) as well as a wine tasting. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling town. The wine itself was exceptional—each bottle carried distinct local flavors that truly captured the essence of the region. In addition to the wine, their other products, such as olive oils and artisanal treats, were top-notch. Elena really was knowledgeable and passionate, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this winery to anyone visiting the area!

This is a real wine tasting experience. Small eco family wine&oil business with a special attitude. Amazing, well taken care of, heart to heart conversations, and...didn't expect -really superb wine. All family was here busy with daily chores, even the dogs and donkeys. Thank you, Giovanni, best memory from Italy🙂 Big hug from Lithuania!

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Giovani and his family are amazing and so fun. The vineyard/property is so beautiful and you can tell this family loves what they do. Not to mention, the wine is SO good - my favorite was the Primitivo. If you’re ever in the Puglia region, I highly recommend visiting Terre di San Vito!!

The most beautiful wine tasting experience by Giovanni! The wine is some of the best I had in Italy and the food provided pared perfectly. It was such a lovely and intimate experience, I recommend to all who visit Puglia.

I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience at Terre Di San Vito! The scenery was spectacular, the wine was delicious and the food just kept coming - all of which was so tasty (especially the sun dried tomatoes)! Giovanni was our guide through the vineyard and he was wonderful! Such a hard-worker and kind soul. You could tell he was proud of his family's business and you can clearly see why - it's AMAZING! I wish we could go back again, and again, and again! Thank you for such a magical experience. We hope to be back soon!

What an amazing and memorable little find in Puglia! My friend and I had wanted to visit a winery before we left Puglia, a simple googlemap search lead us to Terre di San Vito. A small family owned and run vineyard producing probably the tastiest and unique wine. It was easy to book via whatsapp with a quick response. We had Giovanni tell us his and his family’s journey, growth and passion and you can taste it in the food and wine served to us. It was a relatively small group so it was intimate and detailed. Giovanni kept us engaged and involved in the experience with the wines and food we tasted. Cannot express how memorable our afternoon was at Terre di San Vito, we have been telling our friends and they have the exact same feeling! We wanted to ship a few bottles but no shipping to Australia as of yet, can’t wait when they do! Thank you Giovanni and family for sharing your estate with us.

As others have said, this is a magical place. We arranged for a wine tasting after trying their wine a few nights earlier in Bari. The tasting highlighted not only their wines, but also the simple and wonderful food Italy in general, and Puglia specifically, have to offer. Giovanni was a wonderful host with an exceptional knowledge of wine. Overall the experience was wonderful, but you will wish it would last longer. Maybe arrange for two wine tastings : D

Worth every penny you won’t regret this tour! Giovanni provided exemplary service, from prior-arrival coordination up to and through the tour and tasting. His personally , humor and warmth were a shining star in an already starry field! We started the tour with a brief view of the grounds and some educational information. We proceeded to the tasting room for five wines and a wonderful assortment of foods. Being an Italian American I appreciate good food. I can say the quality of the Focaccia, olives, cheeses and fruits - the photos don't adequately depict how wonderful everything tasted. Giovanni was an extraordinary guide and truly showed his passion for the families wine estate and the wine tasting experience. We had wine and evoo shipped back to illinois. Anyone in Puglia who enjoys wine must stop by and partake in this experience! It’s amazing !
