Had a pedicure here and it was great! The staff was friendly and my feet look and feel great. Would return here if I lived in NY :)

My custom pedicure was not well done, the result looks the same as any other cheaper pedicure. Plus, one toe nail was file completely wrongly. Stupidly, I left 20% of tips cause they offered (after I suggested it) a complimentary change of color to a lighter tone so that the imperfection was less noticeable. After telling me to wait 10-15 min, they said they couldn’t do it for time reason and suggest to write to management cause they cannot issue comp services - i’ll Definitely write to the management. I would have expected a better experience given the price I paid.

Excellent natural salon services here at this 2nd-floor salon. It’s quiet and inviting, without any of the fluorescent light/ clinical feel of some salons. The technicians are top-notch and there’s a nice selection of nail and skincare products available for sale. I only wish the seating for the pedicures wasn’t so low - the positioning isn’t super comfortable/ relaxing.

The salon accommodated my group of 8 very last minute and were beyond welcoming!

A little tricky to find as its on the second floor. We didn’t have a booking but it was convenient because they seated us right away. I liked that they asked you whether you wanted them to work on your cuticles. The lady who did my nails seemed a little out of it though, and just kinda left me hanging when my nails were drying and didn’t offer to help move my stuff, which I thought was a little weird based on my experience at other salons.

By far the most detailed and amazing manicure I’ve ever had. Ask for Sophia! She’s super sweet and loves talking which makes it more fun for me. I honestly have never had a more clean, shaped, and defined manicure in my life. I got a half moon design and it’s stunning. The front desk staff were also great and funny and upbeat (and I was there at 8pm which says a lot that they’re still kind courteous and upbeat that late in the evening). I honestly can not recommend this place enough-it took a while finding a holistic nail salon that was more than just an upcharge for rushed service. Will be a life long customer!

Extremely overpriced. 70$ for a mani pedi but terrible service does not justify price. Pedicure was extremely rushes and as soon as they finished our nails our technicians left. We had no one to help us put on our shoes--I ended up ruining my manicure. Only redeeming quality of this place was blonde girl at front desk. You'll get better service for half the price at any nail salon around.
