La Chiapaneca (the Chiapan) specializes in Yucatán-style tacos de al pastor and antojitos like panuchos (bean and meat-filled tortillas) and salbutes, a slightly puffed fried tortilla topped with chicken in recaudo rojo and vegetables. This is the best taco in Tulum, and I went to all the popular ones. The price and service is amazing. This was my first meal when I arrived, and I probably went 3 more times to snack here the rest of week. I really like the al pastor gringas here. The store is located where I would consider the strip end of Avenida Tulum.

Brilliant Tacos, Empanadas, Tortas, Soles. Brilliant everything. The vegetarian options are also done with care. The Salsa Picante is spicy, tangy & everything you need it to be. There's also onions + cilantro to fill up every dish with. PS: They have a free salad bar with pickled onions, radish, coleslaw, jalapenos.

hands down 5 star favorite taco place. It’s not about the price. Even if they are 30 each I still think it’s one of the best place in town. Fast service, friendly staff, street seating is really cute. Love the salad bar. Hands down best in town. Do not miss this place. And if you go, go twice. Their pickled pepper is second to none. I ate here 4 times and each time happier.

Total Mexican feel , not fancy , loved it. 2 huge pastors on a spit out front of resto. They don’t out a lot on your tacos - but I enjoyed all the same.
