Great customer service . Wasn't sure what type of e bike to get … hub motor, mid drive etc. the team took time to explain pros and cons and were very accommodating as I was able to test ride several bikes which made the decision a lot easier. Purchased two Focus Ventura 6.7 bikes.

My experience with Sydney Electric Bikes was extraordinary! Communication at every step, no mucking around! I'm very happy indeed with the service I received from Santiago. Highly recommended. The battery I bought was priced very competitively as well. Sadly though, the battery was not compatible with my bike. They would not exchange or refund. Just be sure to order exactly what you want. In this case it was as simple as "Smart System" vs "System 2." A very costly mistake indeed.

It’s now about the issues, it’s about how you react to them. I bought a bike here and the manufacturer, not the shop, has an issue supplying on time. Santiago from this company reacted straight away, gave me options and worked with me to reach a resolution. He went the extra mile and I’m very grateful. I just took the bike an hour ago and I’m delighted with their service. Strongly recommended.

Really helpful guys (especially Santiago) who didn't push the sale but took the time to make sure I understood the bikes and what suited me best. Also plenty of useful advice on accessories (locks, phone holders, insurance etc) but no pressure to buy - and I didn't. I am very confident in the bike they sold me, and that they will continue to support it.

I really feel disappointed with this store. They don't have any conditions to assist the customers. They are rude and don't mind if the customer is satisfied. I have one electric bike which needs electrical repair. I took my bike to the store and they practically rejected the job, instead of repairing the bike they tried to push me some services such as changing the tires, disc, handlebar, brake pads. These services is not my priority. However, they refused to repair my bike without these extra services. It is incredible how they try to pinch our money.

Not willing to sell ex rental bikes listed on website. I had contacted before by txt and had been slack answering. I had been offered to come to see them. I came from 2h away. Multiple bikes were actually only 2. None was serviced and batteries were not checked. So they said they couldn't sell them today. I said they told me to come. They said "yes. To have a look". The bikes i looked at were not the ones i could buy anyway, for they were not serviced and had no batteries. Supposed to be serviced regurlarly BTW but suspension was pretty wasted. Seemed very honest but just wasteful and amateurs.

Good range of bikes and very conveniently located. Communication with shop for enquiries and updates via phone can be a little hit or miss as it's all via owners mobile, and he's a busy man. They are a friendly bunch though and I'm super happy with the bike I bought.
