Susie's Drive-Thru

BEST Philly sandwich ever! Get the big size for sure. But super rude old lady working the register though. No patience, no customer service at all. If they get someone else working the phones or cash register this would be 5 star for sure. Def will go again but I'll meditate before dealing with her... Lol PS only open Fri thru sun! So disappointed...

Food is great! Small spot for drive thru and ordering to go! Any place that serves fries in a brown bag you already know is gonna be good!

Expensive no bathroom and they have lost their touch. I used to come here back in the days and get a philly fries and a drink for about 12 bucks I just spent 18 and had to buy it all individually. It was dry no flavor never coming back!

Love this place! In town for just a day, had to get a milkshake at Susie's. The staff was great! Super friendly! Made the best Caribe 💜😘 Thank you all, it was worth the 3,600 mile drive.

Their pulled pork fries are to die for, and all of their shakes and floats are amazing. I live way out in the suburbs, so always try to stop by when I make my way to the city. It's definitely worth the trip.

It's a little talked about institution that should be visited for all your hunger needs. Gonna go ahead and recommend my fave the confused chicken (it's huge, it feeds 2) and the cheesey fries (also huge, feeds a small nation). Like all great Chicago food it goes down perfectly when you're smashed out of your mind, but it's still good enough to each absolutely sober.

Over all experience "Not going there again" and here are the reasons why. The staff were not smiling and has it's tone of "why am i here" when i was ask by a cashier. The menu is so big or many that i got dizzy reading small letters & they dont even have a pic on the menu. So i just ask if they have a cheese burger meal. Cost me close to $8 for a small burger, oily fries and a small drink. The burger meat is cold and dry and everything is a mess under the burger. I was surprise the fries are crunchy and good, but not great. The drink tasted like watered down soda. I wud rather spend $8 somewhere else. This place shud only charge $4-5 per meal.

Slow slow slow service it took 20 minutes for 2 shakes and 1 sundae, there was only 1 other person in front of us and he was only getting 1 hamburger, fries and a diet coke. There was 4 people working! Also I have been going here for years and honestly this was the 1st time I ever was inside I have only gone through the drive-thru and I can honestly say after being inside I wont even be going thru the drive thru. To me it was greasy and dirty looking on the inside, it needs a good cleaning, or rebuild.
