Extremely Disappointing Experience - Empty Package and Poor Customer Service Rating: 1/5 I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience . I received an empty package, which was not only frustrating but also a waste of my time and money. To make matters worse, the process of requesting a refund or reshipment of the paid items has been slow and inefficient. The lack of prompt communication and resolution from the customer service team is unacceptable. Received an empty package Slow refund/reshipment process Poor communication from customer service BASICALLY STEALING PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I expect a higher level of service and accountability from ONLINE RETAILERS . I would advise others to think twice before making a purchase from "suprime kitchen and bath". UPDATE: I hope the company will take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to resolve this issue.

In 2019 we remodeled our master bath. We purchased 2 LED mirrors. Recently one had a problem with the mirror deteriorating around the edges. I contacted and sent photos to Supreme Kitchen and Bath and they honored the warranty and replaced the mirror. The mirror was backordered but I was sent updates and the mirror was delivered as stated and in great condition. I was impressed with how conscientious Toba was in keeping me informed by email. I would happily use this company again.

I can see by the other reviews this company doesn't care about their reputation anyways, but I'll certainly add my 2 cents to try and warn away their next potential victim! I waited months for a vanity and they kept pushing back the delivery date every month. I made it clear how much rental income I was losing by not being able to finish my bathroom repairs, and that I had remodeled the whole room to fit this specific (unusual configuration) vanity after making the online payment. They did not care, they did nothing to rush it and blamed everything on everyone else, no accountability, no concern, and would not even give me a discount for the huge inconvenience and loss of rental income. They then "lost" my payment and made me do some sketchy paypal transaction, I'm guessing to save themselves a couple bucks on a credit card charge, and then told me how lucky I was that they weren't raising the price, since the item costs more now. Terrible customer service and obviously could care less about resolving issues for their shoppers. EDIT: To their response, it was not standard at all, it had the drawers on the left, which is extremely hard to find but I needed it that way because of how my pipes came in.

Don’t order from them unless you don’t need it right away! And when calling to ask why the order was taking too long, only able to leave a message to a non-descript answering machine and never received a call back. Tracked them down using another number I found online and was told to email them with my inquiry and hung up on me! I was very close to simply cancelling my order when they finally emailed me to say they had “fulfilled” my order and would mail it shortly. I received the part and it was what I ordered but not willing to deal with this company anymore!

Great quality products and outstanding communication. I ordered a bathroom vanity and mirror set that was unfortunately on back order from the manufacturer, even though Supreme's website showed "in stock". I was a bit nervous when my credit card was charged the full amount up front even though the item was going to be delayed for 3 months. However, their consistent and responses to my frequent requests for status provided me with the confidence to be patient. It all paid off in the end as I am very pleased with the quality of the Lexora vanity and the excellent packaging that protected the precious order. Supreme Kitchen and Bath did not charge shipping and their prices were unbeatable. The delays I experienced were due to the manufacturer, which I was able to independently confirm. When the matching mirror was delayed even further, I was offered a refund or an upgrade to another in stock product without additional charges. Very pleased in the end and gave 1 star short of a 5 star rating for false indication of "in stock" product, processing payment up front well in advance of shipping, and having to contact them for status. Otherwise, a trustworthy seller with great products.

Terrible experience! Stay away from doing business with this company! Read reviews as there are many, many experiences of very poor customer service. Also many instances of the company trying to charge additional money after the transaction was complete. That was my experience. I placed an order for a Fresca Shower Panel that was advertised on their website for $455.99. The website fully processed the order at this price, charged my credit card, and I was notified that the order was ready to be shipped. The next day I received an email from the company indicating an error in the price and requesting an additional $100. I replied indicating that O felt that was terrible business and seemed a bit like a scam. I found it interesting that the amount was exactly $100 and they wanted me to pay with PayPal. After explaining to them that I only planned on paying their advertised price listed on their website, I included a screenshot showing the price I had purchased at, they notified me they were canceling my order. It was only then that I went in search of reviews and see that this situation is very common practice for this company. Many people have experienced the same issue. They advertise a lower price, and then try to charge you more after the order processes. I would definitely avoid! Take some time to read reviews before placing an order.

Worst customer service I've experienced. Received a damaged vanity was promised my money returned and still never received. When letting them know i would file a complain and leave a bad review his rebuttal was there's ways to deleting these bad reviews. Vanity came cracked and damaged, their lack of customer service and urgency to rectify the matter was atrocious. Was promised my money would be returned of course they strung it a long just long enough that I cannot file a dispute with visa for the time. Don't shop here their cheap products and poor customer service says it all

Ordered a product that took 2 months for them to send to me. In the interim my business closed its doors due to Covid-19. I tried to return the product and they told me I had to pay the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. They are greedy, disgraceful people and its people like these who make this world a terrible place. Not an ounce of human decency, all they care about is $$$. Do not give them your business!!

NEGLIGENT AND BAD FAITH! Customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered a shower door and they advertised free shipping. After it was delivered, I received a FedEx invoice for $68. I notified Supreme Kitchen & Bath via email and they informed me to disregard the bill. I received several more bills and email SKB with no reply. I then receive a debt collection notice and email both the debt collector and SKB. SKB responds stating the debt collector is harassing me and that they have no right to do this. SKB then inquires what the charge is for and come to realize it was a lift gate charge and inform me that they can "no longer assist in this matter." I provide both the debt collector and SKB email correspondence, documentation showing free shipping including my invoice, and no help. The debt collector advises SKB that they have no right to tell people to disregard bill notices. I never requested freight service delivery. SKB stated the free shipping includes up to 50lbs. The shower door weighs more than 50lbs. Filed claim with the BBB and the company wiggles out of the complaint. My complaint was about the shipping charge and yet SBK replies to the BBB stating the packaging was destroyed and that the customer would not accept delivery. HUH?! There was no mention of the product condition in my complaint!

Avoid this place. I cannot stand the lack of customer service. I ordered ring pulls - and they take for freaking ever to get here. I called - they were rude and condescending. They need to go out of business. I will probably never get my order.
