Staff are pleasant and know their stock and coffee corner is a great addition. A reliable source of travel information but also a fun stop if you are in the Covent Garden area.

This is a very good book shop. In the past I've only gone for travel and maps etc. This time we bought more general books too. They have a comprehensive selection down stairs for travel and I easily found the book I needed. The café was small but very good. I had a fresh pastry to go with my cappuccino. There are also seats outside for those sunny days and foolish people who take dogs to book shops. Sorry I wasn't thinking 🤔

Probably my favourite shop in the world. Two floors full of maps and interesting books of adventure and natural history. I managed to escape with just four maps and two books, but could have done some serious damage to my bank balance given the chance.
