Attended the first Shipyards Christmas Market and it was stunning. Such an awesome addition to the lower mainland. Booths were spaced out and crowds were not too crazy. Tons of free samples and friendly sellers who had genuinely interesting products to see. Mulled wine, apple cider, and bratwurst was all cooked over an open fire in cauldrons which took the atmosphere to the next level. Very affordable compared to other holiday attractions in the city. Parking was accessible but pricey but the seabus is right there and very accessible.

Free admission and a huge variety of food can be found. The Christmas market includes vendors in wonderful cedar huts. Ice skating, live music, add a great vibe and the overall setting is beautiful with views south to downtown Vancouver

The Xmas market is the best in town. Free admission, fantastic Xmas atmosphere, great live entertainment, and so many vendors! Don’t go to the Vancouver Xmas market, come to this instead! So many things to do here! You can also bring your dogs! Have a walk on the pier, very relaxing. Perfect to come as a family, with your friends, or go on a romantic date. This Xmas market has the true Xmas spirits - people gather around and have fun!

It's a perfect plaza for summer night. The night market runs every Friday night in the summer. There are a live band stage, beer garden, lots of food trucks, vendors and many more. If you never been to this night market, you should go. The ambience, vibe and the water views will not disappointed you. The whole area are good for all ages. There are also a big splash park for kids in day time. Lots of seat around this splash park. The vendors are including fresh made pop corns and cotton candy. If you don't like the food truck, there are many good restaurants in this area. A perfect plaza for a walk or just relaxing there. The sunset view and downtown view are marvellous.

Christmas market is free entry, bring money because the vendors are expensive. The sunset view is spectacular!! Music on the main stage. My favorite food vendor so far is the chicken and hot dogs. Cotton candy is cheap and really good!

Shipyard night market during Summer is a great activity to do. There were live performances, food trucks and small business stalls. The location is great, it is by the water in Lonsdale Quay, great view and nice place to sit to watch the sunset. The lineup for the food truck is crazy long though so you have to be patient if you want to get something to eat. Also, the food truck prices are quite expensive, almost the same as going to the restaurant.

Fun thing to do on a Friday night. With these late summer sunsets, I wish it closed a little later though, 10pm still feels so early for a Friday night! They have lots of food vendors as well as random little vendors such as candles and jewelry. There is also a live band that plays all sorts of music in the beer garden area, that place gets packed! Overall a nice wash to spend a Friday evening while also getting some steps in.
