"For lunch, I have some Shake Shack chick’n bites and fries. As a New Yorker who recalls having to log into the webcam to check the length of the line at Madison Square Park, ordering Shake Shack on my phone and having it arrive in a reasonable amount of time is bizarrely thrilling."

"At the beginning of episode 5 of Season 3, Bosch is waiting in line at West Hollywood’s Shake Shack with his daughter Maddie. He says, “this is why I like In-N-Out. You’re in, you’re out.” Maddie tells her dad, “this is way better, trust me.” Always the LA homer, Bosch says, “you love In-N-Out. The animal fries.” “I know,” she says." - Matthew Kang

"New York City transplant Shake Shack knew it had a tough gig convincing burger expert Angelenos with their unique roadside-style burger, placed on a potato bun and served with a fantastic griddled patty. And their namesake Shack Burger is indeed a fantastic, simple burger with just melted cheese, tomato, and a pitiful leaf of lettuce. It’s hard to eat just one." - Eater Staff

Very mid meal, at an over elevated price. Ordered the Avocado Bacon chicken sandwich. Sadly, the flavor was seriously lacking. My teen ordered the six piece chicken bites, and once again, they fell short. On the bright side, the fries were hot and pretty good. Overall, for the value, it’s really not worth it to me.

Google
Great burgers and fries as you’d expect from Shake Shack! Service was fast and the bathrooms were clean! Plenty of free parking.

Best fast food ever! The meat is super good! The service is very fast and the staff is super nice, especially Martin who was very helpful!!

Google
Not gonna lie, it's very pricey, but i tried their truffle aioli and I really enjoyed it. I would still choose in n out any day over this though, because you can't beat their value for quality honestly.

Google
I finally tried Shake Shack today, and I was impressed! The burger was well-seasoned and juicy, making for a satisfying meal. I won’t compare it to In-N-Out because I genuinely enjoyed it on its own. One thing I’d prefer is a toasted bun but that's just my preference. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back if I am in the area

Google
This is by far the worst shake shack I have ever been to. I don't like any of them, but sometimes I am with someone who wants a burger from there, but this one no one wants. I have been there before, knew it was a mistake, but I did not think it would mostly go in the trash. This is a place where you order at the counter. They have eat in, take away and delivery. The inside is sort of cute. It is not kept clean at all. Every time I have been stuck here I have had to clean and bus my own table. There are a lot of employees so what they all are doing is beyond me. The person that took my order was nice. I told him I wanted my burger rare. Some of them have done that, some not. So, I asked to make sure and he said it was not a problem. We also ordered drinks and fries. My burger and not only well done, it was burnt. I had to get up and take it back. I handed it to the most obnoxious employee I have come across in some time. As I was telling her the problem, she was tossing it behind her back into the trash (basketball practice maybe). She then said we only make them well done. I told her she just tossed it and now I have to wait for another one, can you at least no burn it. She was so so rude. When it came back it was burnt to a crisp. In the trash it went. My grandson was to have a burger without cheese, as they only have awful American cheese, it came with cheese. He walked his back and another punt into the trash by this horrible woman. It came back with a new bun, with cheese still on the burnt burger. Back again, and this time they remade it and it was so gross, I tossed that in the trash. We ordered lemonade that tasted like water. Their fries are frozen and taste just like something from the frozen section in the discount aisle of a market. We got up and left. Never again. Dirty, bad service and gross food.

Google
As great as the burgers are, the best part was the customer service and hospitality. Really nice people working in the kitchen to interface with. A clean, well designed restaurant that I'll be happy to return to anytime I'm in that neighborhood. They were having some kind of truffle promotion when I was there, truffle fries and truffle burgers. That's a pretty nice upscale touch.

German Inguanzo

Google
The reason restaurants are losing money is because of services like this . I walk in and see a kitchen full of employees, I'm waiting by the register, and finally, an employee comes over and asks, "Are you paying cash? I say no, I'm paying with a card, then proceeds to direct me.to self help kiosk and asks me to order from there. The burger that i wanted (The Bacon Avocado Burger) is on the menu but not on the kiosk, so I tell this to the employee, and she says I'm sorry, we don't have avocados," so that burger is not available. OK, so I ordered a single Shake Burber bacon cheese fries and a drink, which comes out to about $22. I then get something that almost looks like a reheated frozen burger. I guess like every business now a days it's profits over quality

Yelp
I don't usually like burgers but this place is sooo good. I got the truffle burger. It's delicious. Highly recommend. I also always have to get the root beer. The two together is

Yelp
First time with a Shake Shack burger. Came in because the Tiki Bar I was at closed their kitchen early. Needed food. Saw they advertised a Truffle Burger. Yes!! Sounded delicious! Ordering is done by a touch screen. The "gratuity" defaults to 10%! Haven't spoke to anyone yet, all digital, but I felt like I had to give something. So I went with 10%. The burger was already $12-something. No drinks. The Tiki bar well-hydrated me. I was asked to choose a number (there were plastic numbers on stands) to place on my table. Yet when my order was ready they called my name at a window. Even though I had the number on my table, I stood up to go to the window. A gentleman met me halfway and passed my burger to me. It was honestly the smallest burger I've ever seen. More like a slider. Certainly not the sizable burger that In-N-Out would deliver . Granted, the truffle burger was very delicious! However, it was seriously overpriced. The 10% gratuity was a waste. No reason to return, unless the tiki bar kitchen next door closes early again. I'm not into drunk driving.

Yelp
Place is very clean, very nice, service is good. Milkshakes are better than good, maybe very good. Fries are okay Burgers are okay Of all of the mid-burgers that I can get, I would rate Shake Shack as lower than In-N-Out for burgers & fries and Shake Shacks Milkshakes are better than In-N-Out. I rate Carl's Jr one half step better than In-N-Out I rate Farmer Boys, Red Robin, & Tommy's as slightly better than Carls. Finally Five Guys gets my vote for the best mid-burger. Anything better than 5 Guys means a visit to a steak house.

Peggy D.

Yelp
Tried a hot dog and a root beer . Hot dog is fine. Not as good as tail of the pup. Tried the truffle parm cheese fries. Hmm . Truffle sauce is a dip. Wasn't wild about it. Johnny the server is doing a great job, hustling to help patrons .

Frank D.

Yelp
Great fast food! The service is great too. They have ample parking and the decor inside is nice too. They have kiosks to order or you can order with an actual person. I have been here to this location a few times and they don't disappoint. They have several options for burgers and everything I have tried has been really good. Their fries are great too. They have more options than most fast food locations which is always a plus. I will definitely be coming back to Shake Shack!

Brandy C.

Yelp
Wow, what a surprise today...I went to Tail of Pup....NO..... closed. Sooooo I went next door SS....Oh no, they now have Korean -style ....next visit. I just wanted something very simple & basic Plain patty with a avocado. order was taken by Melissa the Team Lead . I also happened to encounter my ex - coworker who just had interview & got hired. Congratulations _________! ******* I told Melissa you are a bodisattva of the earth & will be bringing their Life condition with every order. The burger was delicious just ripe ness

Yelp
What a wonderful change! Shake Shack WEHO is shaking it off and making it great again! You notice and feel the bright clean changes made! Out looks fun service is on point and it shows in the faces of the customers! The staff look like they're enjoying their job again. 9/11/24 6:30pm the manager was there to help place our order and make sure everything was up to snuff! WELCOME BACK

Steve B.

Yelp
There's a problem when you post pictures of your food. It has to live up to the photo. I got the truffle burger and the roadside double. This is what the roadside look like halfway through. This was the piece of lettuce they put on the burger. I knew it tasted weird. It was completely wilted and gross like it was halfway to becoming creamed spinach. If you're gonna post pictures and be the most expensive fast food on the market, you need to live up to the hype. And for anyone thinking that the lettuce wilted by being on a hot burger because it was sitting around, I picked this burger up about 20 minutes ago.

Maria G.

Yelp
Came to have dinner with my dad since we missed the Silverlake location. I was pleased to see some of the staff had come over to this location. Thank you to Brian P for ensuring my dad and I had a great experience and welcoming us to the new location. The food was tempt right, fries were crispy and took around 10min to get our meal. We'll be back (:

Ebony R.

Yelp
I came here with friends after this last Cyclavia event. I think we arrived at about 1:30. There were a lot of people and the wait reflected that. it made me think..If the 25 minute wait does not reflect "fast food"...and the 11 dollar burger does not reflect fast food...is it just the quality that makes it fast food? Something to think about.

Yarin G.

Yelp
Great food, fast delivery best smash burger around service was fast, ambiance good , gl

Darren V.

Yelp
The chicken sandwiches aren't that great. The fries are good. First time coming here, I thought it was basic, but overpriced. Not sure if I would recommend the place or not. Service took a while to get the food to be ready.

Jenny T.

Yelp
Whenever I'm in the area for leisure I always end up here for lunch because of the parking lot that they provide lol. Now they have self-service kiosks at the front that you can use to take your time to scroll through the menu and pick out what you want. If you need a little more direction though there is still the front counter where the cashier can answer all your questions. My usual order is just the burger with some Crinkle Cut Fries. For the price, the burgers are pretty small, and you really do need to add the fries to get full. What's cool though is that Shake Shack has seasonal limited items to try out. Our food came out pretty quickly and ordering was very easy. They keep the water cups and ketchup at a counter to the side, but you do have to ask for utensils. If it's not too busy they will bring your food out to you when it's ready, otherwise they will text your number that your order is ready to pick up from the counter. This place is great if you just want something convenient in the area. I know a lot of people don't go to West Hollywood for chain foods but if you don't care about that then this is a solid place to eat at.

Harley D.

Yelp
Best Shake Shack I've ever had in LA! The patty was charred and cooked to the perfection.

Andreanna N.

Yelp
Came here Sunday night for dinner and I love shake shack and was looking forward to this. However my meet was extremely burnt around the edges I tried pulling it all off but then I was left with half a patty pretty much. I asked for lettuce to be added and I'll insert a picture of the withered tiny piece of lettuce I had. I ordered a shoe which I asked for with no whip cream and he gave me one with it so we had to wait an extra 5 minutes after already waiting about 20minutes for our food. Also, one of the guest there had a really big dog inside and it wasn't a service animal they definitely should've asked him to have the dog outside. Sad this is a close location to me because I love shake shack but this trip was definitely disappointing

Brett G.

Yelp
The Weho Shake Shack has always been our go to. Everyone here is always so nice and kind! Food is great and service is always quick.

Artour B.

Yelp
Less than 1% of my reviews are negative. Is this place a joke. High school frozen fries. Non chewable meat. Meat has slight bad taste and mushy with small chunks lol. Good bathroom, music and good service and really nice looking place.

Ted C.

Yelp
I mean, it's a Shake Shack so you know generally what you're going to get. I will say that this is not my favorite Shake Shack because I've had issues with order accuracy and temperature. In-person has been so-so. I would say it was busy but not overwhelmingly so but the tables weren't bussed and dining in was not the most pleasant. I decided to order ahead and pick up. My estimate fluctuated and so I ended up scrambling to go pick up. There was a small line at the pick-up window and by the time it was my turn, they checked who I was my food had cooled down. I didn't wait til I got home, my fries were cold and sure enough my burger needed a reheat. With the near ubiquity of Shake Shacks and the plethora of other options for a fast food burger it might be better to go elsewhere.

Yelp
Do NOT use this place or the app to order any future food delivery. I ordered food for my son's bday on the app at 8:48am for delivery at 11:00am at his school. I included 4 other burgers for his friends and told the moms I would buy lunch for them. The app accepted my order and provided me a confirmation number. I went to work and was in meetings until 11:45am when I jumped into my car to pick up my son. When I arrived at 12:10pm, five boys were side eyeing me and hangryly asked where the Shake Shack was. I checks the app and it said the order was refunded at 10:48am. I son started crying and said he was so hungry. He cried on my shoulder and said he was having a horrible birthday. I checked my email and at 10:48am they had sent an email stating the order was not processed. I asked him what he wanted to eat and he still said Shake Shack so I took both of my kids to the WeHo Shake Shack. I explained to the manager Elliot that it was my son's Bday and how the Shake Shack app accepted my order but then canceled it 2 hours later. All he responded back with was "you'll get a refund." I point at my son with the big tears running down his cheeks and said is that all your going to do? It's my son's bday and Shake Shack failed him. I asked for free meals for the three of us: he relented but only for the two boys. I asked for more credit as other boys were also left hungry by Shake Shacks incompetence. He denied any more credit. He finally agreed to take my info down to provide the number corporate. I obliged. I ordered the food and we received our food 10 minutes later. He approached us as we ate and said "I couldn't find your order. I don't think you ordered for WeHo." I pulled up the app and showed him the confirmation number. I have still not received any calls by corporate. Do NOT trust this place or the app to deliver burgers or you will be left hangry!

Moises D.

Yelp
The four stars I give for the taste and quality of food. It's not fast food, and now the prices are not so different. Burgers were cooked well and and the ingredients tasted fresh. The dog cookies big enough. Not much I can say about service, since used the kiosk. Seems like they are pushing the app and kiosk more than customer service. The worker who gave the food seemed annoyed or not very happy. Moved extremely slow, and non responsive. Drugs maybe. Ambiance and interior was quiet, clean, and comfy. Overall good food.

Zach H.

Yelp
This location ay ight. Limited parking. Service not the fastest. Food was good tho of course. The troll shake was interesting and had popping cookie dough which was fun. They turned off online ordering when all the other shake shack's had online coupon offer. Not cool.

Sarah S.

Yelp
Shake Shack is always a delicious source of gooey goodness in my belly. Shakes, burgers, cheese fries, chicken tenders - I'll take one of each! This location is great because --- parking! Always a LA plus. RIght now they have some bomb Holiday shakes. It's never too early, lol! I highly recommend the Chocolate Milk & Cookies Shake. Oh.Em.Gee. My mouth was so satisfied with that I had to stop myself from gobbling up the entire thing in one sitting. Another special thing on the menu currently is the Avocado Bacon Burger. This was introduced last year apparently, but I'm just now noticing it. So gooooood! My friend and I grabbed food to go and happily ate in the car, lol! Shake Shack is always a good vibe.

S M.

Yelp
Every time I order from this location it's always a disaster... No Cheese with my cheese fries, no extra cheese that I paid for, no straw with my shake. These people are worthless...Thank goodness uber eats refunded me. This location is trash.

Julie D.

Yelp
As a day one fan of Hot Ones, I had to drop in to try their meal the moment Sean Evans announced it on the show. Me and my bestie dropped in Wednesday night after finishing up our year end errands. We got different meals I decided to get the burger and she got the the chicken sandwich. I paired mine with the bacon cheese fries and she got the no bacon option. We both got the cookies & cream shake. The ordering process was a breeze. I'm not sure when they transitioned to just the kiosk, but I'm here for it. It eliminates the unnecessary need to talk to anyone. Now where the hiccup happened is getting our order in a timely manner. Our food order was dropped off in a timely manner, but our shake order somehow got lost. The only reason we even got them in the first place is because we were having a spicy meal. My friend got up twice to check on them. She was told they were being made the first time then the second time she was told that the order needed to be confirmed because they thought one was chocolate. Our receipts both clearly said cookies & cream. I had two bites left by the time we got the shake. My friend basically inhaled hers. I'd just like to point out there were so many people and it was chaotic out front. Every time someone came over to our table, they would say "let me know if you need anything" then they would disappear. One girl had a friend visiting her who was dining directly across from the kitchen area. Said worker, a girl with face tattoos, would go to her friend numerous times to get a sip of her drink or chitchat or both. The whole place could hear their conversation. You could also very clearly see when the worker was by her side because she was standing the whole time. It was a little distracting. In conclusion, great Hot Ones meal, but crappy service.

Robert S.

Yelp
My girlfriend went to pick up burgers for us after work around 6pm this Thursday. She was picking up an online order scheduled for 6:15. She waited for her order to be called for thirty minutes. After not hearing her name she asked for help and spoke to the manager, who informed us OUR ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED BY SHAKE SHACK WITHOUT NOTICE OR EMAIL. Not even a cancellation text, NOTHING. The manager told her she would have to get back in line and order AGAIN. He then passed her off to a TRAINEE who gave my girlfriend a 5% discount, which is frankly an insult to your customers. Shake Shake should be aware that managers and employees are CANCELLING CUSTOMERS ORDERS during busy hours. Never going back to this shake shack ever.

Richard L.

Yelp
1 double smoke burger and 1 large coke. $18.50 That's just the burger and coke, NO fries.. When placing my order, the girl did not tell me that the combo had no fries. For that high price, I assumed that was with fries, which was my fault or not double-checking. Nevertheless, $18.50 is ridiculous, being that the burger was just okay. It was good, but nothing great. If you like to buy overpriced food, then this is the place for you. I don't mind paying higher prices due to inflation, but $18.50 with no fries sounds like price gouging to me. That burger did not even justify that high price at all.

Michael A.

Yelp
Shake Shack West Hollywood is definitely a pretty cool spot. However, having been born and raised in Southern California, I have to say that the burgers just do not compare to In-N-Out. I'm sure I'm biased, but that's just my honest opinion. Personal preference aside, anyone who enjoys a good burger should try to make it out here. Shake Shack is a pretty big deal to a lot of people. This particular location is decently sized, with a nice outdoor patio. Service was A-OK. I'm not in a rush to return, but I wouldn't be opposed if I was in the area and hungry.

Bryan M.

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday night. There was plenty of seating, and everything was clean, so it doesn't get much better than that. The burgers were good, pretty standard across locations, but still delicious as alway. We added on the cheese / bacon fries, which were a disappointment. The cheese only covered a smaller part of the fries, so the majority were just plain. Definitely not worth the extra cost. But they shakes and lemond more than made up or it. The staff was very friendly and reminded us that we get free refills on the lemonade.

Richard S.

Yelp
Shake shack claims to be an equal employment opportunity. I went to five different locations for employment and have more than the qualifications necessary, but because I am older than the rest of the crew I feel like I am being discriminated for my age. All I get is best luck in your employment search

Johnny Y.

Yelp
I went to our local Shake Shack today for the 4th time since it opened several years ago since my friend wanted to go there to celebrate her birthday with our friends. The Roadhouse Double burger that I ordered was decent, however, I am not sure what the hype is about this place. There are a lot of other places that have much better burgers around Southern California. I much prefer a delicious Protein Style Double Double at In N Out or even the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. over any of the 4 burgers I have tried at Shake Shack. I gave the place 3 stars because the service was quick & friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant & it was an overall good experience, but for my burger cravings, I will keep this place as more of a "once in a blue moon" thing.

Amir N.

Yelp
I ordered a double shack through Uber Eats and this is the BS that was sent to me! Missing the top bun, no avocado, and no lettuce!

Dr. Greg C.

Yelp
$$ PROS First of all, this reviewed address was actually at Rodeo Drive, corner of Santa Monica Blvd. Near West Hollywood. See photos. This was a small but very comfortable eat-in style restaurant, which we found to really meet our needs while exploring the Rodeo Drive environs. FOOD I must say, we were delighted and very happy with the quality and presentation of the lunch we were offered. We had a combination of hamburgers, french fries, and some assorted lunch menu items and all were prepared really well, not greasy, and overall, we were very pleased with the service and the food at this location. PS: The fries were astoundingly delicious and fresh, completely exceeding our expectations. That's the truth. SERVICE Our order was handled promptly and efficiently by the young man at the counter. He knew exactly how to put the order together, so that it was hot tasty and served to our table. Nothing about the lunch was greasy, it was completely attractive and delicious. AMBIANCE It would be very difficult to find fault with ambience, eating on a nice corner at Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, California. The restaurant had other guests inside, but it was not crowded. Everything was handled really well. I must say for fast food, This one gets a highly recommended five stars.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
I had shake shack for the first time in NYC in 2012. Before it ever dared show its face on the West Coast, much less, in LA. I wasn't impressed when I had it in NYC. When the first LA shake shack opened up in WeHo in 216 I decided to give it a second try and got explosive diarrhea lol (sorry for the TMI) I had for a third time the following year at the airport because my food options were very limited obviously. Well I guess third times a charm because after that I was hooked. From then on it never disappointed me again. It's always a good idea and always hits the spot. Who can say no to a Martin's potato roll? My go to is the regular shack burger with fries and a 50/50 (Arnold Palmer) the shack stack with the added fried portobello mushroom is great too if you're a bit hungrier. Their grilled cheese is legit and cheese fries are always a good idea. Not a fan of the chicken sandwich really but I'll give it another try one day. They recently expanded their menu a ton. I've yet to try anything new- recommend sticking with the OG classics.

Jason H.

Yelp
I had a very bad experience with this location today. I have been going to this one for years but will no longer choose this location. I received someone else's order entirely. It had my correct name on the receipt but the items listed below it were not what I ordered in the app and were clearly mixed up with someone else's order. The bag was handed (while stapled shut) to my Uber Eats delivery driver by the manager with my correct name on it but the wrong contents inside and wrong items itemized on the receipt. When I called management to report the issue they tried to blame it on Uber.. but no - my meal was handed to them with my correct name in a sealed bag by the manager with incorrect items from another person's order sealed inside. Not Uber's fault. Avoid this location. I'm now starving and frustrated without dinner.

Andrew C.

Yelp
Workers are pricks. Wet dish towels would provide better service than these kids. Overcooked a hotdog, a freaking hot dog. The simplest food to make. Save your cash and go to In N Out if you want consistency.

tim a.

Yelp
Food is still good but operationally this place is a hot mess. Our order took 40 minutes to prepare and when it arrived, they screwed up one sandwich and told us we had to wait while they mixed a new batch of Half&Half (Arnold Palmer)...which then never arrived. The shift captain seemed torn between being fake cheerful and downright b*tchy, while the rest of the team just seemed blithely incompetent. It feels like they are way understaffed to handle the volume of on-premise diners and food delivery services. As for basic stuff like clean tables and functional condiment dispensers....nope.

Serena L.

Yelp
I usually never review fast food places, but my service at this Shake Shack way exceeded my expectations. I decided to dine-in and every single server I interacted with provided beyond great service. There was even a server that stopped by the different tables to ask if everything was okay. Unheard of at a fast food restaurant. I was totally blown away. Lastly, the dining area and bathroom was kept really clean too.

Wil J.

Yelp
Cold fries and the burger looked NOTHING like the picture. The burger in the pic looks amazing. I had to go back in for hot fries. The did give me new hot fries

Tony J.

Yelp
We love the shake shack location in West Hollywood. The people are nice employees, do you know what I do need to give it four stars instead of five, because I just remembered that they were pressuring us in my opinion, to use the touchscreen. We wanted some actual conversation, they wanted to show us how to use it the touchscreen and finally gave up on my special needs daughter, who wanted to share, speak about what she wanted. But the food was delicious, they could've brought it out to us but didn't. But they still get four stars for having delicious food. And it was a good price as well.

Stuart B.

Yelp
Just an update to my last review. The patio in the parking lot is gone, but the original covered patio has been enhanced with ceiling fans. There is ample seating inside with A/C and shady seating outside. Free parking. In the heart of West Hollywood near all the shopping and bars. Sparking clean and the "limited edition" bourbon bacon cheeseburger is yummy! Crunchy onions, tasty sauce and the classic Shake Shack bun.

Yelp
Haven't been at shake shack in A while so I was looking forward to have diner there. What a disappointment. Order was a double smoke burger, spicy fries w/melt and ranch and a small soda. First of all the spicy fries tasted like bad nacho cheese and the spicy was not spicy just strange spicy which then reflected in the whole meal since the burger also had some spice on it making it just a bizarre tasting spice all around. Now I have to say for a 25 dollar meal I expected a good burger and fries not this mediocre food. Plus the location is all self service ordering on a pad and picking it up yourself without any staff interaction, yet the payment defaults to a 10% tip .... Have to ask for what ? Plus bussing the table yourself. The whole location inside and out was is disarray. Tables were dirty, chairs all over. Sorry just really sad. High price, so so food and no service ....

Yelp
Food was ok. It's overpriced and they pressure you to tip them for ringing up your order. I felt like they did something to my food because I didn't tip. I'll stick to Irv's Burgers. It's better anyway

Yelp
Shake Shack food can be delicious. Today the fries were lukewarm and the burger so-so. Service was dismissive. The woman at the register told me I'd need to order at a kiosk unless I was paying with cash. Multiple others ordered with a credit card after me. Order was slow and missing a drink. The person who delivered said he would bring me the drink but instead went back to the register and helped someone else. When my partner asked for a drink refill, he was left to wait while the employee helped two other people without requesting backup help. Honestly, I felt we were marginalized as seniors. At $38 for lunch for two, none of these service and food issues are acceptable. Fortunately, the Pasadena location is much better run.

Yelp
Been coming here for so long!! Bomb, bomb, bombbbb a$$ food always! They're very kind here and they have a beautiful outdoor seating area in the heart of West Hollywood too. We always get their shakes, shackburger, hot dogs, and grilled cheese. Here's a breakdown of our review: * The shakes are great but can be a little on the heavy side. * The shackburger are the best fast food burgers in the world to my family because of their nutty sweetness. * The hot dogs are good too, and worth the price! I'd definitely pay $3-4 for a hot dog here rather than $10 at Dirt Dog or $1.50 at Costco (since you need a membership and they have a long a$$ line). * And finally, their grilled cheese are very simple and will satisfy anyone's cheesy craving. However, I wish they were a bit cheaper because it's a grilled cheese lol. * I actually forgot to mention that I don't normally order their fries because they're mediocre to me, but if you get their cheese fries then that's a whole different story! Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone I know! It's beautiful, clean, and has the best burgers and hot dogs.

Yelp
I ordered ahead online and STILL waited over 30 minutes inside for my food. Very poor store cause I never experience this in Hollywood. Ambiance was stressful to say the least, everyone else I was waiting with had problems with their food too. Plus, the food was cold but I was late already so I couldn't get it remade. I want a refund but I don't want to go back there.

Yelp
A little bit pricey but maaaaaaaaaaaaan, this is a good burger. Treated myself at work and ordered for delivery. Cute packaging and came in a timely manner. Crinkle fries were crisp and just enough salt. The burger is juicy and it melts in your mouth. Just a great burger, well-made and worth the extra dollar. I have had Shake Shack in many different locations. My favorite is the SmokeShack but I highly recommend the 'Shroom burger and the ShackStack, which has a beef patty and a cheese-filled Portabello mushroom. This review is written during the pandemic so although we are not allowed at the moment to sit at their restaurants (which all seems to be have great ambiance and are designed well for being a slow-fast food restaurant), I highly recommend ordering for pick up or delivery.

Yelp
It's been awhile since we've been to Shake Shack. We ordered the Shakeburger ($6.99) online via the app and website. Both methods were easy, and you get a text message when your order is almost ready. The storefront at this location is nice, spacious, & clean. However, their burgers were just okay and a bit smaller than we remembered. My husband got a mismatched burger where one of the buns was tiny and the patty was a bit bigger than average. The lettuce we both got was also small. We won't be coming back for a long time.

Yelp
WoOoooOooow. All I can say is SHROOM burger. One of the most delicious burgers I've had. The concept is just amazing and well put together. Only disappointment I had was that it was small. I had to cherish every bite like it was my last because it took me about 5 mins to eat the whole thing. If you're a big eater you might want to consider getting two. Paired nicely with some of their crinkled fries. Also ordered the regular cheeseburger, which did not disappoint!
