"Before heading home [from the beach], I drove 20 minutes out of the way to Rita’s — because it’s not a summer trip to the beach without some frozen ices. The only time I go to Rita’s is in the summer, and the gelati is the coolest thing on earth. You’re talking about custard at the bottom, frozen ice, and then more custard at the top. It’s so worth it. I probably get it once or twice a summer."

Wow. Wow. Wow. The new owners have really put their heart and soul into making this the greatest Ritas experience possible. The ice and custard is great but the customer service is tremendous; I walked into the store for some ices and walked out in tears - a completely new person, with my faith in humanity and frozen desserts restored. Can’t recommend enough.

Not very organized with their store. The cashiers were not set up to take the crowd and offered less than half the menu items. Offers cookies and creme ice cream which means cookies in a cup and provide you a vanilla ice cream separately. Customer service needs to be more welcoming cause it was cold as the ice cream.
