Restoran Seetharam Family Curry House

Don't even bother coming here cause they have the worst customer service. Came here for lunch with my family and we were provided a table at the air conditioned room. Unfortunately half way through we were asked to get up and switch to other table as the table was meant for bigger crowd. The funny part was no one came queuing up for seats neither did we sit there on our own. At last we had to cramp at table near the counter. The only thing their staffs are good at is taking the place, putting price and bills to chase away. The Indian lady with specs wont even let people to have their meal peacefully cause she was so focused on calculating and quoting as much price as possible. Wondering how this kind of business is still surviving. Never going there again!!!

One of my favourite restaurants for mutton varuval. Established name in Brickfields (with a couple of branches elsewhere) serving good varieties of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. No chance for me to try the other dishes though as coming here is always to fix my mutton varuval craving. 😂 Food Score: 5/5 for mutton varuval. Plenty of ribs for mutton ribs lovers. 😋 Toilet Score: Acceptable with room for improvement. PS: I've just started actively doing Google Maps reviews in September 2024. An "ok" atmosphere and service can be found in this Indian restaurant. Restaurants are fortunate to offer a wide selection of breakfast and lunch alternatives. The price is fair, I'd say. The problem is parking because you have to use the hourly lot behind the restaurant.

We had lunch, and the taste of the food is similar to back in Tamil Nadu, India. The fish curry and chicken curry tasted relay nice. 😋 The fried chicken biriyani is very nice and it is not spicy. The sweet lassi is a perfect ending for lunch. 😍 The staff are very friendly and helpful in choosing the items. 👍 In the entrance area, there is a counter for selecting all the cooked items ourselves. #Yummy #IndianFood #Tasty #FriendlyStaff #GreatExperience

Today 1/11/24 went to this restaurant very bad experience! The uncle in counter charge us overpriced! Very expressive Chicken sambal 1 small plastic packaging Rm10 ! The next customer also complain the same things! The uncle overcharge! Below 👇 picture all totally Rm27

Fantastic and authentic Indian food. The biryani was flavourful, fragrant and not dry, chicken fell off the bone. The Roti Canni (Parotta) was super light and flakey. The butter naan was perfectly crispy on the bottom yet fluffy and doughy on top. We walked past and saw lots of locals eating here so thought we’d try. Our server was super helpful and only RN70 for 3 drinks, 2 parotta, 1 naan, chicken biryani and 5 gulab jamun.

First of all the service was not bad I've seen more worst than this, so the reason I rated the restaurant 2 star that's because of the food and the atmosphere, I went there during breakfast time as usual I ordered poori and a tea the poori was looking a little weird but ignore it because I was starving so I quickly finish the poori and tea later on one of my family member order a poori too he quickly realized that the poori was too oily and old he ate one and refuse to eat the other one just to show me how oily the poori was and the watery dall which look absolutely ridiculous ...urghhh I regret to eat the poori, I was really disappointed by the food and I hope we does not develop diarrhea. Now moving on to the atmosphere the table and the chair were dirty I'm not complaining about that because that's very common on a lot of restaurant so the stuff come to the table wipe the dirt with a towel and ignore the dirt on the chair so I have to clean it myself.... The main reason I rated the atmosphere 3 star that's because there's a lot of insect.... Overall it was disappointing and I will not recommend to anyone. By the way if you are wondering why did I give 2 star if I review it badly that's because of the service and the price. Also I manage to take only one picture of the insect.

Foods here taste good especially their Roti Canai and Masala Tea. Good price and good service. Recommended to visit✅
