I never go out of my way to do this, but I wanted to recognize outstanding service and incredible knowledge shared during our visit. Chris was super helpful with understanding what I needed, while building me perfect outfits for my upcoming trip. Chris was very passionate and you can tell he wasn’t just trying to sell me clothes. Super down to earth and authentic guy. Next time you visit this location try and ask for Chris. This location is lucky to have him. He also has great recommendations around the city!

Boxing Sale never disappoints. All the staff are very accommodating despite the busy store. We bought a wool hoodie jacket and my husband and I really loved it.. What truly amazed me though is that the team made sure every customer is tended to and they’re very helpful. Shoutout to Andrew for going the extra mile to help my baby who bumped his head in one of the table corners 😩 I almost cried seeing the bad bruise and I didn’t know what to do. But Andrew went out of his way to check on us and even gave us something cold to apply on to it. That was when he found a window of being available. That was a relief and it helped with the swelling and redness of my baby’s head area. He was def okay after. That I guess is just world-class customer service. Aside from the good quality jacket we got, we are so happy walking home. Thank you so much, Andrew! ☺️ will recommend this branch for sure!

It’s a 10/10 experience for the store itself - great customer service, helpful staff and knowledgeable about the brand and products. Can’t tell for the quality of the product as it’s bought as a gift.

The quality of the clothes is good, and they fit me well, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I accidentally ordered a pair of sweatpants a size too small that were final sale. Since they were final sale, it’s well within their prerogative to refuse a return, but I was hoping they’d work with me and let me have some store credit or something. I’ve probably spent over $3,000 at Reigning Champ and was hoping they’d be more understanding.

Of the three times I've called the store to inquire on stock I've never had anyone answer the phone. Unsure of the model around customer messaging, but this doesn't lend itself to retention of your customer base.

Great quality clothing and friendly helpful staff. Grabbed a few items and they made sure to get some fresh stock from the back. Thank you for all of your help and good vibes. Ps. They also strongly recommend a good pizza joint to check out.

Reigning Champ is a great Canadian brand. Sweats and hoodies can't be beat. And their workout gear is really good. Customer service guy Jaiden is helpful and responsive.
