Friendly staff and more records than you can poke a record needle at. The fact that they have bands Lp launches there also rock! Pun intended.

Excellent service at this store, the dude was super friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the music. As I don't really like buying brand new music, I prefer 2nd hand vinyl, the selection was only small, but that's a personal choice. I did find some nice 2nds and left with a smile, due to the great and friendly service.

Just left this store barely 5 minutes ago. Was in there for no more than 3 minutes. Went in with my fiancé, and he was starting to scan the store and due to us having just eaten, I could feel some food in my braces so I whipped out my phone, which has a mirror case on the back, to check my mouth. My fiancé was looking at me confused and then he said “she’s not taking photos” (I am hard of hearing and didn’t have my hearing aids with me today so I didn’t hear the clerk) and I turned around to face her and I said “sorry what?”And she said “no photos” and I said “I wasn’t taking any photos?” Completely ignoring what I said, she then got up and walked around the counter and pointed at the sign that said “no photos” and I said “yeah and I wasn’t taking any photos, I have a mirror on the back of my phone and I was looking at myself?” And I held up my phone case to show her. She completely ignored me and walked back around the counter and said nothing else. Didn’t even apologise for assuming I was doing something I wasn’t. Couldn’t even greet us when we walked in, but went out of her way to accuse me of something I didn’t even do. Stunned, I walked straight out and my fiancé followed me out. We came to the area purely with the intention to buy at your store and didn’t even have time to browse and definitely wont be back. Based on previous reviews, seems to be a common experience your staff provide to customers and might also be why your store was completely empty at 12:30pm on a Sunday.

The lady at the counter is really rude. I was looking at records and she literally took it out of my hands cause I couldn't open it apparently..

Incredibly rude woman working at this store. Won’t be back again and will be telling all of my friends of the experience I had today.

Gotta be the BEST record shop northside!! The atmosphere is lovely here and the lady at the counter is so nice!! The music isn’t overstimulating and the layout of genres etc is amazing

I had never been to this store before, but my old high school mate highly recommended it. He was absolutely spot on, as it's a fantastic store. It has more vinyl than you can poke a stick at.
