Gorgeously curated toy store, what a surprising find! This store caught my eye as I was walking past and once through their threshold, your inner child will surely want to come out and play. There were so many wonderful things to look at - toys that are really different to the usual big box toy store like Kmart or BigW. I needed to get a kid’s birthday present and the staff were warm and knowledgeable about their products. Happy to support a local business, the lovely gentleman staff person said they’ve been in business for 10-15 years now and said the lead up to Christmas is the most magical time in-store so I’ll definitely be back for a visit!

Wow, what a beautiful store and experience. The women working here are so lovely, patient and helpful. There are so many beautiful toys that I haven't seen anywhere else in Australia and I found everything to be of high quality and well priced. I highly recommend this store and will return on my next trip to Sydney

There is, quite simply, no where else to shop for beautifully made toys and objets for children that Puddle Duck Toys. I find myself returning over and over again for everything from 'real' scientific instruments and experiments, crystals, magnifying glasses, wooden blocks and construction packs, to bags of miniature animals, paint brushes, paints and pencils and classic board games. But most of all I return for the pretty liberty scrunchies, hand made girls dresses and the Kosen soft toys that are worthy of museum collections and which will become family heirlooms. I shop here for most birthday presents and every family Christmas. You can spend $10 or $100's and the staff will happily send you in both directions. My discoveries of unique, quirky and beautifully made toys, from all over the world, are enchanting and endless. Nothing is disposable in this shop. You will keep and hand everything down that you buy for your children (I have shopped here for adults too) for generations to come.

The toy shop of your dreams! Bright and beautiful and fun to explore, with lots of lovely classic and quality toys. The staff are friendly and also knowledgeable, and can help with special requests. A lot of toys you can't find anywhere else, always worth a look.

This toy shop is perfect. I get the au pair to pop down and buy birthday presents for all my little ones when I forget or am too busy having bottomless brunches. For less than what I expect a loaf of bread to cost at the local grocer (around $80), you can get a single small wodden figurine which has been hand crafted by children the same age as my own. How quaint!

Outstanding service - called 15 min after close time and they stayed open so we could race there and not just that - they wrapped the rocking horse with cellophane so beautifully!

I've been going to this beautiful shop for years, and it is, simply, the best. The selection of toys (even since Covid restrictions) is impressive, varied, and so beautiful. The service here is exceptional. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable - they have never steered me wrong!
