"You know how in cartoons a character can float through the air following a delicious aroma with their nose? Well, if I were a celluloid character I’d be doing the same to the warm smells of doughy yumminess baking within Po’s Atelier. This artisan bakery has an Earl Grey flavored loaf as well as an Oolong Fig one, designed by Japanese baker and chef Masami Asano. Everything is baked on-site from scratch and there are no artificial additives or preservatives. As I write this it’s making me think of the brioche, I think I will be there tomorrow morning when it opens to get my fix, so light and buttery! The pastries MUST be tried too." - Angela Ho

Attended the bakery course here. Learnt some basics from the nice instructor. Nice pace and condensed class, would definitely try other classes if they are available.

A place for fine bread but need to come early as they sold out quickly. Unfortunately there are no seats, only for take out.

In the past few months, Po's product has been quite disappointing as the bakery lacked of manpower. Some sorts of bread's quality dropped significantly. Revisited the bakery a few days ago and bought some bread that I missed for long, but I dare not to have any expectations like what I had before. The head baker has newly come into office. He said the whole bakery now comes to the 5th personnel changes and basically the manpower is now in a normal level. They will hv some other new tryouts later. Need to be conservatively optimistic for their coming performance and bread.

Literally the best baked goods I've ever had. Beats the stuff I've had in California, Spain, and New York. You won't be disappointed.

Always closed, very often has almost nothing to sell... what bakery opens at noon?!? Don’t waste your time to go there
