Excellent customer service. The staff were helpful from the moment I walked in, through to selecting, purchasing, and resizing a ring. When illness meant I couldn't come in to the boutique, they gladly reorganised. The ring itself is an absolute banger, for what it's worth -- my fiancée and I couldn't be happier! I bought my engagement ring here and will go back for the wedding ring, they were amazing. My fiance and I looked at so many places for a ring but nothing felt like us. This gallery had an amazing collection of jewelers and stones. We felt very welcomed and did not feel at all pressured to make a purchase like most places and they had price ranges to suit every budget. I am in love with my ring, its so unique and the stone is mesmerising. Mine was made by the store owner and is a Silver spinel in rose gold with a knife edge band.
