Cute caramel shop that also sells ice cream during summer. The store has caramels and caramel sauces of various flavour. Tastes home made. The ice cream is served with their caramel sauces and a topping of choice. Unfortunally, the soft serve base is not lifting the flavours of the caramel sauce. A sofa indoors and a couple of benches outdoors.

Delicious soft serve ice cream with different varieties of sauce and toppings. Also, the staff is very kind. Outside the shop, there are a few benches where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. The price of the ice cream was 65 sek, which is expensive actually.

Old timey vibe. Went here for the soft serve ice cream. The ice cream is great, super fluffy and flavourful. The selection of toppings is very fitting, everything seems home made and made with love. I recommend the caramel sauce.

The staff is super nice. The candy is very luxurious and tasty. The ice cream has a good price for what you get and the taste and quality is amazing. Highly recommend going here, especially during spring/summer for the ice cream. Also, the house and the store interior is beautiful.

Delicious soft serve with kolasås and topping of your choice! Hard to make a decision but I don’t think you can go wrong here :) For sure will be back to try other flavour combos! The ice cream itself is very tasty as well (creamy, a bit fluffy and with vanilla seeds). Very much recommended!

They have confectionery like different flavoured caramels - which were very tasty also. Nice packaging - good for a gift. Staffs were nice. The place is nicely decorated.

These caramels are unbelievable. I bought a mix of several loose flavors (passionfruit, mint, lemon & vanilla, etc) a few weeks ago and brought them home to the US. They remain absolutely incredible. Each piece, regardless of the flavor, is probably the best I've ever had and ever will until the next Pärlans caramel enters my mouth. I will be so sad when we run out. I'm truly scared thinking about how much I would pay to ship a massive box of these to my front door. Go in this store and buy literally everything. If you're from Stockholm, I hope you appreciate how good you have it to be able to go here whenever you want. Damn.

Located in a trendy, hipster area of Stockholm called Sodermalm--obviously I was drawn to it. Parlans is a very nice confectionary with great candy that everyone back home wants. We loaded up on assorted chocolates. Very friendly, helpful service!

Best caramels I have ever had!! Silky & rich flavor. Love specialized food producers. This is very special. Wish I could find them in the USA. So good!!

Another of Stockholm's more storied spaces it was after a visit to Fotografiska that Pärlans Konfekty fit into a lengthy day of eating, arrival shortly after opening greeted by an expected "Hej" as a young female clerk went about her business stocking shelves while two workers in back chopped Butter and stirred pots on stoves. Known worldwide for housemade Caramels produced by traditional methods, a wide variety of classic and novel flavors each made and wrapped by hand, it is amidst the small shop that one will find not only Candies but Sauces, Ice Cream Bars and additional confections, some available to taste with both the Vanilla and Hazelnut Sauces making one debate putting a bag under the plane instead of strictly using a carry-on or paying particularly steep shipping costs. As friendly as most stores in Stockholm, service never pushy but always present and ready to help, it was after several tastes plus perhaps fifteen minutes of watching production of what appeared to be Jam that a purchase was made, a half-dozen flavors with duplicates as gifts all buttery and smooth with Raspberry particularly delectable, as too was one speckled with Hazelnuts. Unable to pass on Ice Cream, a lack of Artisan parlors in Sweden potentially due to the generally cold weather, suffice it to say that regardless of season Pärlans' Bars with a crisp outside and medium-frozen center more than justify their cost and calories, in this case a simple combination of Caramel flecked with Sea Salt around Vanilla though others including Licorice, Strawberry and Chocolate are available.

I got a few Pärlans Konfektyr (Pearl Confectionary) vanilla and sea salt caramels as a welcome amenity from the Hotel Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. After scarfing these splendid sweets down I found myself immediately wanting more. As luck would have it, a day or two later -- whilst traipsing through Söder -- I spotted their eye-catching logo on a shop. Sure enough, it was Pärlans Konfektyr. They both make and sell their delicious confections here (and will let you take a peek at the action if you're so inclined). Flavours they come in include polka (Swedish peppermint candy), salty licorice, almond, chocolate and cocoa nibs and my favourite: vanilla and sea salt. Vintage style hounds will appreciate the 1940s hair and attire the shop girls sport. I can't think of a better gift to bring back from Stockholm than a box of caramels from Pärlans Konfektyr.

If you're looking for quantity, Pärlans is not for you - not unless you've got a big fat wallet. But if you're out for quality, there's no better place. I find it overpriced personally, but since I don't eat sweets very often anyway, it's worth it when you do indulge. Plus, I simply adore the shop! The Pärlans shop is one of the most convincingly vintage in all of Stockholm. You can walk in and enjoy the 1940s music, lounge on the couch, sample a delicious vanilla-and-seasalt toffee, and even peer through the glass panel and watch the toffee being made. The staff have adorable uniforms and 1940s styled hair; the girls frequently have red lips. It's like stepping through a time warp - a delicious time warp. They are also all very friendly, and you can get your candies gift-wrapped right in front of you and select the colour of ribbon you would like. Pärlans is a great place to get your sweet-toothed friend a little gift. Otherwise it's worth coming in and just enjoying the atmosphere, and paying 9kr for a single toffee of your own to melt in your mouth. You won't regret it!

It was a nice walk to get to this store. They have some delicious caramel sauces in jars (multiple flavors). We picked up many of the individual wrapped caramels. They have a little card with the flavors in English (some I could guess, some not so much). They also have chocolate covered caramels and some other treats. Very cute store. And great gifts to bring back for people you like.

This little awesome old style candy store is great. They make some great caramels here - handmade with natural flavors. This little store also serves coffee and has a few seats for those who want to enjoy eating the caramels in the store. Otherwise there are very nice boxes that the caramels come in - excellent as a little gift when visiting someone or for someone you feel deserves a little cheering up. Very friendly service adds to the experience. There are a few other places around that sell their caramels (Urban Deli, Cajsa Warg, Cafe Mezzo, Museum of Modern Art and Rosendals trädgård to mention a few)

This place is worth every penny. I am a connoisseur of caramels anyway, so I knew I had to stop into this little shop while I was in Stockholm. The vanilla salt combo has quickly become my new obsession. They say they ship internationally, but I have not been able to complete an order successfully online, so now I bother anyone heading to Stockholm to bring me back as many caramels as they can carry. Do not miss this delightful little shop and their unbelievable caramels.

We really enjoyed stopping by here. Who knew there were so many choices in carmels. The shop had a nice ambience and the carmels were delightful. A great treat that we saved for the end of the day.
