Tried the Guided Down: Pure Presence class with Marco and he was absolutely incredible during the session and deserves immense recognition for his amazing guidance. I was hosting a group of friends/first-timers in the space, and Marco’s attentiveness, gentleness, kindness, and care truly made all the difference. He created a safe and welcoming environment for them, transforming what initially felt intimidating and overwhelming into a supportive and empowering experience. From the start, Marco held their hands—figuratively and literally—walking them through every step of the process with patience and compassion. His ability to calm their anxieties and help them embrace the experience was remarkable. Additionally, I want to highlight Madi for her incredible coaching and support. She was instrumental during my second cold plunge and provided steadfast encouragement for my friends/first-timers as well. Her affirmations of their strength, bravery, and power were deeply impactful, and her energy radiated positivity. Together, Marco and Madi created a truly beautiful experience—a harmonious blend of their spirits, energy, and love filled the room. It was an unforgettable moment for all of us, and I can’t thank them enough. I will absolutely be back for the two of them specifically and look forward to continuing to experience their light and the benefits of what we shared today. They were the front of house staff that greeted us with warm smiles and offered themselves as additional support while we were there. I appreciate team members that prioritize guest experience and who are willing to go above and beyond to ensure everyone is taken care of. They did just that for all of us tonight :)

It was my first cold plunge experience and Othership was the perfect place to baptize myself. I went with 3 buddies and we all loved it! While I can’t say that the ice plunge itself is something I’ll do on an ongoing basis - it’s just way too cold for my body - I had a great experience. Everything was clean and organized. The sauce was hot. Our guide was super friendly and made us feel welcome as newbies.

I absolutely love this place. It’s not advertised and an absolute gem. The guided sauna and ice plunge is quite an experience. The guided sauna is not for the faint heart. It’s a clean and safe facility. It would be great if they had hair driers especially for winter

I loved the whole atmosphere in the studio! Everything from the lighting, the scents and the music was top notch. The only complaint was how crowded the changeroom was after the class finished, but I understand you are limited with space!

This place is life changing. Speaking as somebody in sobriety this place has changed so much more for me than any 12 step or NA group ever could. Helps me pursue continuous acknowledgment of my body, my health, my intake and output far beyond the guided classes!! ❤️❤️❤️

Incredible space. It was my first time yesterday with my sister and we did the Guided Up class with Lorna. She was amazing and calm and soothing and patient with us. We can't wait to come back and try the other classes.
