Great experience, and nice establishment. My only complaint is the scents that are used in the sauna are overpowering and leave you feeling dizzy (even through the next day). It could be a result of using way too many scents in each session. Besides that the instructors are great and the sessions are relaxing, but need to work on the scents.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Othership! The cold plunge and the variety of classes offered have been game-changers for my wellness and mindset. Stella was a fantastic instructor. She was very peaceful and calming, and led a great practice. What really stuck with me was the understanding of how much our bodies do for us and how it is always there for us. It filled me with immense gratitude and thankfulness for my body and everything it's capable of. We really connected with Mike. He seemed genuinely enthusiastic about our intentions and respect for the practice. We finished free flow with 3.5 minutes in the cold bath and got out after everyone had already left. Mike stayed back to provide incense and tuning fork therapy. We wrapped up with enthusiastic banter about our plans of going to the Sum 41 concert, and how primed our minds, bodies, and souls were for that experience. I couldn't fabricate an improvement if I tried. The flow from when you enter the front door to when you leave is frictionless and enjoyable. Friendly reception, impeccable ambiance, water, tea, electrolyte availability. Then there's the actual practice. The sauna flow opened my heart connected my mind to my body in ways I've never experienced before. Breathing, stretching, and scraping made me peak levels of self-love and recovery. The cold tub then made me flex my resilience and calmness of mind - grounded in the fact that while uncomfortable, it is an act of pure self-care and that our bodies are grateful. Five stars. We will be back.

It was my first cold plunge experience and Othership was the perfect place to baptize myself. I went with 3 buddies and we all loved it! While I can’t say that the ice plunge itself is something I’ll do on an ongoing basis - it’s just way too cold for my body - I had a great experience. Everything was clean and organized. The sauce was hot. Our guide was super friendly and made us feel welcome as newbies.

I know why so many people enjoy this place! I felt so refreshed and a new person after coming out of this experience. The staff were very welcoming and made you feel at ease. There are guides to help you through the experience as well. It’s not intimidating like people who first try think it is. I’d highly recommend

I had a great experience at Othership! This is a great place to go and relax while receiving some excellent health benefits! I loved the sauna and the cold plunge pools. Really nicely set up and easy to enjoy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The facilities are all clean and well maintained. Make sure to book ahead and remember your bathing suit and a water bottle. They will take care of the rest. Lockers are available and so are towels. I look forward to my next visit to Othership!

My wife and I went and had a fantastic time. We both felt “out of our element” at first; a lot to take in. The staff were incredibly helpful and walked us through everything very clearly. We felt comfortable almost immediately and had a wonderful experience. 10/10.
