It was my first cold plunge experience and Othership was the perfect place to baptize myself. I went with 3 buddies and we all loved it! While I can’t say that the ice plunge itself is something I’ll do on an ongoing basis - it’s just way too cold for my body - I had a great experience. Everything was clean and organized. The sauce was hot. Our guide was super friendly and made us feel welcome as newbies.

I absolutely love this place. It’s not advertised and an absolute gem. The guided sauna and ice plunge is quite an experience. The guided sauna is not for the faint heart. It’s a clean and safe facility. It would be great if they had hair driers especially for winter

Owen is an amazing instructor! Owen's high energy and guide for participants to socialize and have fun is very much appreciated on a Friday morning. It was my second class and was a bit nervous for the 3 cold plunges as I couldn't even do 1 fully during my first class. He made it sociable and fun and I forgot to be nervous. This class was also smaller compared to other classes and made it so much more intimate. Truly enjoyed the session!

Had a fantastic experience at othership. Jessica and the heart opening class was great. The aromas they throw into the sauna are very good. Ice plunge was challenging for me. But you only do as much as your body allows. The music is great and the whole environment was amazing. I feel so refreshed and reinvigorated. Great start to my weekend.

I had a very good experience here but it was too crowded. They need to limit the number of people per class so you actually have a bit of room to move. After my class I only had 5-10min to unwind. Then everyone’s pushed out into where the change-room is jammed. The change room is co-ed and right where the main entrance is so you have to wait for one of the four changing spaces.

I attend a Sauna/Cold Bath regularly in BC. Was in Toronto this week visiting and I Really enjoyed our first time to The Othership. Great facility and the instructor on site was Nino (sorry, not sure of the spelling). We did the Quiet Free Flow session. Really enjoyed having him there to direct us at different points of our time there. Lots of information and just an overall great vibe from him. The facility it top notch and if I had more time I would return again to try a guided session. But I will return again at some point. I brought my 21 yr old son who I hoped would be into this “journey” but was unsure if he would. Well, he absolutely loved it and wants to return again on his own! Nothing negative about the experience. However I was a little disappointed that the tea station was closed, however it really didn’t impact our experience at all. I just happen to like tea!😂😂
