Absolutely amazing! Beautiful work, this gentleman is a true artist. The best hat shop I've ever been to. These are high quality, hand made, fine craftsmanship. Really nice, one of a kind stylings, shapes and colors.

This was a total disappointment. I ordered the hat at the end of April and was told it would be finished by the end off June, Late June I get a call that they used the wrong form which was 3/4 of an inch higher and sent a picture. the picture wasn't to bad so I drove the 4 hours to get it. when they showed me the hat it was about 4 sizes to small and sat on the top of my head the only thing right about it was the color. the only good thing was I received a full refund ( which took several weeks).

Came in looking for a replacement for my handmade wide brim straw work hat. Was pointed to some manufactured hikers hats and told their small brims would be sufficient and that their hats were too fragile to even hold by the crown. Never even encouraged to try a hat on.

Very knowledgeable. Truly over the top. If you are a serious hat conisseur, this is the place for you!! Custom made, super fabulous.

Professional and pleasant. Took a 20 year old Panama hat in for repair and some love, and they definitely made me feel appreciated.
