Google
Incredible customer service and products. Ryan and Mikey the owners personally took my order from Canada and delivered it to my wife and her friends who are vacationing in Palm Springs. Very impressed and so were they. Thank you guys!

Google
Nice place for supplies. Good beer selection but half of them were rather old so check dates. Fresh Pliny though

Google
LOVE this darling little market near the Palm Springs Museum and the Marilyn Monroe statue. They have amazing sandwiches and so much more! They have a butchery, wines, Prosecco, pasta, sauces, gifts, etc. A beautiful little gem in the heart of Palm Springs. And the team that works here is simply lovely. Don’t miss it!

Dar Steckelberg

Google
Great shop with a wonderful assortment of kitchen wares, wine, deli, etc. Amazing how much they pack into such a small place! Really pleased with the selection and friendliness of the staff. A real gem of a store. We ordered a charcuterie board for a small gathering--it was beautiful *and* delicious. Would definitely order from them again.

Tina C

Google
Nice market. They had a habanero kombucha which was a first! Came here to grab some bottles of water. Looks like they sell sandwiches here too!

Sue Vorel

Google
it’s a wonderful little market! we had some sandwiches made to take to joshua tree and they were so thoughtful, placing all the different sauces and even the tomatoes in containers so our lunches would not be soggy during our hike. nice wine selection and deals also!

Google
It is located in central downtown now. Still have the same cow out front. My go-to place for Charcuterie Boards & all that goes with it. Definitely go for the premium board. They now have a dining area setup for their sandwiches & other bites.

Nick Gracilla

Google
Quite simply, the freshest, best ingredient sandwiches in town. A concise, clear menu with great sides and a great price: with remarkably fresh bread, lettuce, quality cheeses and meats. Not to mention a top notch selection of wines, beers, and culinary goodies. Not to be missed.

Yelp
"What a pleasant surprise to discover such a fine little gourmet food shoppe right here in downtown Palm Springs," said Auntie Mame, caressing the jars of pickled rattlesnake. Okay, okay, maybe they don't sell pickled rattlesnake here (at least, not that I know of), but Auntie Mame would certainly appreciate the professional service and quality merchandise offered up by the staff at 'On The Mark.' We found yummy souvenir treasures on a previous vacation, and this time around, we're provisioning home base with some snack meats and fancy cheeses that you just don't find anywhere else in this neck of the woods. Whether life is a banquet, a picnic, or brunch, 'On The Mark' can supply foods for the spread. Even fish berry jam. "Oh Patrick, dear, that's caviar," Auntie Mame corrected.

Yelp
On the Mark is my absolute first stop every time I'm in Palm Springs! This gourmet food shop is a dream for food lovers, packed with an incredible selection of goodies that are perfect for vacation--or any time you want to treat yourself. From artisanal snacks to high-quality pantry staples, they have something for every craving. One of my must-haves? The Papalote Salsa--it's hands-down my favorite and always makes its way into my shopping bag. They also have an amazing selection of wines and cheeses, making it super easy to put together a perfect charcuterie board for a relaxing evening. Whether you're looking for unique treats, gourmet essentials, or the perfect pairing for a cozy night in, On the Mark never disappoints. Can't wait for my next visit!

Yelp
Turkey cranberry sandwich, small chips, ice tea, $23. Bland flavorless turkey sandwich. Cranberry tasted like strawberry jelly. I make a better sandwich at home. Skip this place.

Gale R.

Yelp
Turkey sandwich and the chicken with chili crunch sandwich were delicious. Quality meat and cheeses. Excellent charcuterie board that they put together for you. I would've gotten the Wisconsin, which is an Italian type sub, but since I was getting the charcuterie board that had a lot of salami and cheese, so I thought that would be a little redundant. Service was excellent. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The shop has lots of excellent Army items to choose--from many different crackers, chocolates, desserts, pates. They have a nice area to eat outside. I got everything to go. They packaged it up nicely for me.

Kimberly W.

Yelp
The sandwiches are sooo fresh with quality ingredients. My bf is vegan and they were able to make him a veggie sandwich. I had the turkey sandwich. Soooo good. And I am not really a cold sandwich person.

Jerri K.

Yelp
Beautiful charcuterie trays for a party of 60, delivered on time and included desserts and baguettes from local bakeries. Excellent job, did not hesitate to use them for any event.

Angelina E.

Yelp
Gourmet food market located in DT Palm Springs. They also have sandwiches available to order. The store carries everything you need to plan an amazing picnic or charcuterie board. Pro tip: if you want to save some money, get your staples at the regular grocery store (I.e., crackers, cornichons, honey, etc) and shop here last to pick up your artisanal meats and cheese and any fun pantry items. I ordered the veggie sandwich on sourdough which had fig jam, Brie cheese, olive tapenade and lettuce and tomatoes. It was pretty good, although I would have preferred the bread to be some sort of roll as opposed to sliced bread. Staff are all very nice and friendly and helpful. Small store but lots of items on the shelves!

Sanders H.

Yelp
Best. Sandwiches. Ever. The fresher most delicious bread I have had I a long time ago Amazing. Gabriel was very helpful and made my experience here fantastic. That's the way it's done. I. Will. Be. Back.

Tom S.

Yelp
Gabriel helped us out and we ended up having a delightful experience with cheese, great wine and a great experience overall. I highly recommend this place.

Melissa M.

Yelp
Super cute space right in downtown Palm Springs. I stopped by on my way out of town. They have a great selection of packaged food to stock up if you're staying for a few days or heading out to camp. Plus a small selection of food they'll make for you on site. I ordered the ancho chicken sandwich on whole grain bread to-go. The person behind the counter took my order right away and the food was ready almost immediately. The chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful and the cheese and bread complimented it well. The farro salad was also pretty tasty and the Rowdy Mermaid orange soda I got paired nicely as well.

S. S.

Yelp
Okay. The sandwiches are exceptionally good.....but the Farro Salad is to die for! So unique. Nothing like I've had before. I could eat a vat of it by myself! Never stop offending this, please. The Wisconsin is our favorite sandwich. Turkey is darn good too!

Evan G.

Yelp
I had the Wisconsin, aka the Italian - delicious! Staff is amazing with rec's, setting was great even had some free wine tasting. Highly recommend it!

Te-see B.

Yelp
This fabulous place is strategically located on a side street between Tommy Bahamas & Stout. Conveniently located near the park area by the Palm Springs Art Museum. (Perfect picnic food) The minute you step inside you will be transported to a European gourmet shop. You will want "everything!!!" The aisles are filled with the most amazing products including imported condiments, coffees, teas, and other specialty items. I could spend hours drooling over each product. They also have a wide selection of cheese, wines, beers and a sandwich/deli counter. I ordered a Turkey sandwich on sourdough with lettuce, tomatoes, cranberry spread and Mayo on the side. Jill took my order and the adorable Ryan made my yummy sandwich. He suggested the potato salad for my side and I have to agree it was better than the other side they offered. My sandwich was huge and very good. *Highly recommend this place. They also make charcuterie boards which are great for a picnic or outdoor concert! *Very Friendly staff *Extensive wine, bubbly, & beer selection *Outdoor seating available *Price: moderate/high

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Their sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Me and my friend got the Wisconsin. Their service was friendly and prompt. Would absolutely recommend.

Yelp
i think the guy who helped me was named Mike? he was so nice. i explained i really wanted to buy some duck pate but take it to go. (and also in the airplane). so i asked if he cant measure out 3.5 oz so i can take on airplane easily. and it went through! i enjoyed it when i landed lol.

Yelp
I just want to give a shout out to the owner of this store. We are from Arizona and had two very memorable and awesome experiences. The first time was back in June 2021. We had been up in Big Bear and stopped in Palm Springs on the way home. The A/C went out in our car and when we got to PS, we were very hot. The owner of this stove was very gracious to us as he could tell how hot we were and even let us bring our dog inside to cool off. It was so nice and we were so grateful for his hospitality! The second time was today. We are in PS on vacation and went in for lunch with our 2 year old (no dog this time, we left him at a dog boarding facility back home). This time we learned it was chile month and the owner had a treasure chest of toys that our son could choose from. He got a hot wheels monster truck and loves it! The sandwiches we got both times were also fantastic! I got the Ancho Chicken sandwich, which I loved and my wife got the veggie. We'll definitely be back!

Aaron H.

Yelp
Hands down the best charcuterie boards I've ever had, and the most fairly-priced too. Highly recommend.

Gil G.

Yelp
My boyfriend & I got a cheese plate from this place 5 years ago. They did a little "interview," first... to determine what kinds of cheeses we liked. When we picked it up, it was more $$ than I'd initially expected, and I was initially pretty horrified by this. Then we got it back to the place we were staying at and, oh my god. This thing was a work of ART! It had all kinds of interesting vegetables & olives and things I couldn't identify in it too. And it all tasted incredible. It took several days to eat the whole thing. Several glorious days. WELL worth the price (in fact, I would say it was UNDER-priced!) I've thought about this cheese plate, a few times a year, ever since, lol. I've tried going to cheese shops, near me, to get something similar, but no dice. They just don't come close. It feels insane to drive several hours just for another one of incredible cheese plates, but I might have to!! I almost (ALMOST) regret getting it, as it's ruined all other cheese plates for me, lol. Anyway, today was one of those times of the year when I was reminiscing about that cheese plate, so I looked it up to see if the place was still there (it is!) & figured I'd write a review.

Yelp
This specialty shop has unique foods and items that will delight your tastebuds and surprise your other senses. During the Christmas holiday season, we attended a wine tasting/appetizer pairing private event. The wine tasting event not only showcased the featured wine samples and bite size pairings. The evening allowed me to appreciate the wide selection of hard to find gourmet foods, wines, beers, and unique offerings such as greeting cards and kitchen related items. The premium cheeses are spectacular. This wonderful food and specialty boutique, or if you prefer 'bodega' cannot be summarized in one or two reviews. My brief review gives you a tiny idea - nugget of treasures you will discover when you visit. Spend at least 30 minutes at this specialty shop and you will leave happy with your purchased goods. Remember, this is a unique specialty shop. The prices are not low, but not outrageous for truly quality food and goods. Say hello to the owners Mark and Gabriel. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Truly a five star gourmet shop.

Monique V.

Yelp
This place is a dream, the store was full of wine, beer, food and treats. Very clean. Service was nice. If you are going during the summer, the employee suggested to order for charcuterie boards early morning or day before pick up. We went later in the evening hoping for a board for dinner but we were to late. But only because it is there off season. Totally understandable, I can't wait to try again, in fall season. The staff recommend wonderful cheese and crackers. It's a bit expensive but it was my vacation, so we'll worth the splurge.

Ania K.

Yelp
Charcuterie magic! That's exactly what Mark the owner and his team create every time I order one of their delicious and creative charcuterie boxes. I also very much appreciate that they allow me to customize our boxes so they don't include olives and dried apricots which seem to be very popular in most charcuterie boxes. Just not my personal faves. Each item they pick is always as fresh as possible, ultra flavorful, and there's always a great mix of textures and sweet touches. I confess that there's never one single piece of anything left. It's also the perfect poolside snack in Palm Springs. Can't wait to be back in town to order yet another one very soon for my bday! Remember folks ~ treat yourself, always.

Catherine R.

Yelp
Didn't eat here, totally regret it. Popped in after seeing Marilyn, beautiful store with everything you would ever need for a classy, high end, sophisticated treat! Purchased several items and the next time we are in town we will definitely order a charcuterie board. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and when asked about local eats was not shy in pointing out his favs. We took his advice and went to Farm, it didn't disappoint!! Thanks again!

Kara D.

Yelp
Really appreciate the cheese recommendations and the friendly staff. I had come in close to them closing the doors for the day and they didn't rush me which was nice. Tons of choices to make a great charcuterie plate. I will definitely be back!

Lauren G.

Yelp
Such an amazing selection of meats, cheeses, canned goods, sweets, wine and all sorts of other cool stuff We met the owner Bubba who was as nice as can be. We loved it so much we went back a couple days later where we got to meet more of the staff who were just as nice. We are so excited to make our charcuterie board with our new goodies! It's a small place but packed full of good people, good food, and good vibes so 10/10 definitely recommend! -The Goates family

Yelp
We had high hopes for this Fine Food Deli. We are frequent visitors to Palm Springs and we had never been to On The Mark. I did a Yelp search for a place to get meats and cheeses for a charcuterie and this place seemed like it would do the trick. We went on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:45 because they close at 5 PM. When we walked in we almost felt as if the two people that were working there were disappointed that they had customers. They were already putting away all the fresh food and we were not able to get a charcuterie (they suggested we put in an order for the next day). We couldn't even get some meat and cheese to make our own as they had put everything away. I want to clarify, we did not want an elaborate tray. Just a simple; two or three meats and a couple cheese choices. So we left empty handed and went to Ralphs about a mile and a half away and got what we needed. Secondly, we went to the street fair the next night which runs every Thursday from 6 PM to 10 PM. On The Mark was closed. You would think that would be an excellent opportunity for walk in business. I guess they are happy working 10-5. Well, actually 10 - 4 since they start closing down an hour earlier.

Colleen D.

Yelp
Yes! Yes! Yes! This is the place to get lunch in Palm Springs. I have been here on multiple visits and it has been consistently great. They have sandwiches but I just get the charcuterie every time. Plus the have a wide variety of wines available.

Douglas W.

Yelp
Thank you to Gabriel and staff at On The Mark for making our annual holiday gathering so special! Ordered a meat and cheese board which turned out so lovely that some friends didn't want to sample right away in order to look at the presentation longer! I was transporting the board 2 hours away and the process of placing the order, consulting on an appropriate board, and pick up was easy and seamless. Thank you for having ice packs too! Staff was friendly and amazing

Monica S.

Yelp
Came here during a recent day trip to Palm Springs and we will definitely be back. My dad loves Pate and saw they offered a sturgeon pate. He tried that along with some of the duck pate. We got a wedge of Mimolette cheese as well as a wedge of Brie. So any delicious items to try and it looks like it would be perfect to come and grab items for a fun picnic near the local museum down the street!

Ben s.

Yelp
Wonderful store! Helped me select gourmet cheeses for a cheese tray, and several selections of crackers to go with the cheese. They also provided staff help with loading all this into my car....terrific!

Nailah D.

Yelp
Went to this place based on the reviews, and let me tell you! I LOVE it here. The owner Gabriel was the sweetest human I have ever met. We bought 2 charcuterie boards and we asked for any and all recommendations and everything he recommended was delish! He also recommended places around town that are good for food and drinks. Just all around was an amazing experience. Thank you so much! PS: BUY TUTU'S TORTILLA CHIPS!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Marcel R.

Yelp
My wife and I absolutely love this place. There charcuterie boards are to die for. Don't show up to a party empty handed, grab a charcuterie with a bottle of wine and watch the party rave all night. Also don't sleep on the paninis I get the caprese its done with perfection.

Jen G.

Yelp
Just picked up a charcuterie board wh made for a scrumptious lunch and actually had an amazing value for $30, and we have leftovers for tomorrow. A fav market when we're in town. Always load up on all their goodies. Highly recommend.

Susan P.

Yelp
My "go to" for cheese, wine and other goodies when in the desert! Excellent curated selection of fine foods.

Joan C.

Yelp
I loved their selection but their prices are on the moon. I saw Bachans Yaza Babq Sauce at Whole Foods for 9.45 and I paid 13.95 for the same item. Worse yet when I called to complain I was ignored.

C. Jay O.

Yelp
Solid spot for some for some high end platters. I don't know if it "fits" the Palm Springs vibe but the place was packed and many folks did not care. I think you should plan to stop in here and really dive into the selection available. The condiments, alone, are exhausting to go through.

Susan S.

Yelp
One of my favorite activities when I go to a new city is to checkout any gourmet cheese or food specialty stores in the area. I found this place through Yelp, and I'm glad I did. It was a little tricky for me to find since it is on the side street although the address is on the Main Street because it is part of a very large building. The store is on the small side but has a very interesting array of specialty items from candy to sauces to condiments to ready made pastas. There is also a cheese section and I believe they make fresh sandwiches as well. What made this place 5 stars is the friendly staff. I wanted to buy a few cheese but I was driving back to LA and they enthusiastically wrapped everything up with ice packs so that it will be ok for a few hours. We even ended up stopping by Cabazon mall on the way back and the cheese was fine when we got home. I've delved into them, and the Comte is delicious! Can't wait to try the other items we've gotten. Thank you for the great service!

Marcie M.

Yelp
We've been here before and have purchased some really good cheeses. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Today we stopped in to look around since it's been at least a year. I was hunger and ordered the Midwest Turkey sandwich. It was huge! Very tasty! I will be back!

Romana Y.

Yelp
Excellent grocer for quality and convenience. Stopped in for sandwiches ($14-$16 avg. price): Turkey sandwich on multigrain with raspberry sauce lightly spread throughout: 5+ Excellent. Beef with the works and mayo: 5+ hearty and satisfyingly good. Farro salad- 5+++ Potato salad- 3 (mayo-heavy) Tutu's chips ($9 for a small bag, but they are so good!)- 5 Sandwiches all come on multigrain or sourdough. They carry Compartes chocolate bars in some of their most popular flavors ( Brentwood location closed a year ago or so), jarred sauces of ALL kinds for different cuisines; specialty sauces for cooking; pastas; ETC. Highly recommend for sandwiches, and certainly worth looking through for specialty cooking items. Service- 5++ There are plenty of tables in front to dine on, with or without umbrellas.

Renee V.

Yelp
I ordered a charcuterie board for my Italian parents that miss the good quality meats and cheeses from Italy. Gabriel was amazing. He took my order and squeezed us in because they were busy catering the PGA West Golf tournament that same day. I was very gracious. When we went to pick our order up, Gabriel was kind to explain the selection of meats and cheeses he choose. They made us feel very welcome even with our little cutie pie one year old in tow! We had a nice time enjoying our provisions in their eating area outside. The quality is top notch and the staff are spectacular. Thank you! I will be back!! Thank you again!

Crystal L.

Yelp
A fantastic foodie emporium! I stopped in to grab a quick sandwich to take back to my hotel, but ended up spending about 45 minutes browsing, tasting (they have TONS of samples!!), and just marveling at all the deliciousness. I did order a sandwich to go (The BEEF) and it was great. But I also ended up buying several gourmet items to take home for me and some too cute to pass up gifts. This is the deli of my dreams. A must visit in Palm Springs.

Bunny P.

Yelp
You should be ashamed! I went for a sandwich. I was excited to try your new location. What a disappointment. The sandwich was not eatable. Soggy, wilted lettuce and no flavor. Disappointed for sure. You owe me. I want a refund. This is why I always go to the Sandwich Spot! But they're closed on Mondays.

David S.

Yelp
Such a cool shop with unique and high end foods. Found some great Christmas gifts for hard to please people.

Gaile B.

Yelp
Great selection of fine things and delicious treats. Wonderful friendly people who are knowledgeable of items in the shop. Calabrian cheese spread is so good for appetizer with a cocktail or wine! Will be back!

Bradley M.

Yelp
This place is amazing. We went here to make our own charcuterie board. They have everything you need and the best cheeses and meats. We want to have them make us a a board but you have to pre order. I definitely recommend this place and everyone should check this place out. Its awesome.

Jenn T.

Yelp
Every time I'm in Palm Springs I stop by here for a cheese board before going to my hotel. They're always fresh, great quality, and priced well. They also have a great wine/beer selection at the shop to accompany the boards. The ancho chili sandwich is also delicious!

Ginna S.

Yelp
This place was excellent! We stumbled upon this place and it was such a sweet find- delicious sandwiches, cheeses, olives, wines and more~

Mike W.

Yelp
I can't say enough about this wonderful shop and their staff. We stop in whenever we go out to our desert home and this last trip over the weekend was the first since the pandemic, but we still had a great experience. The new location (right next to Tommy Bahama's Marlin Bar) is slightly larger than the old store, plus they have a nice little indoor and sidewalk seating area. You'll find great selections of cheeses, meats (including Jamón ibérico), jams/jellies, olives, crackers, or anything to put together a beautiful charcuterie platter or just grab a made-to-order sandwich to go. On The Mark Fine Foods and Provisions is a must visit when in the Palm Springs area.

JD B.

Yelp
We stopped by here on a SAT for a sandwich and drinks for lunch. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the store was chock full of really great high end stuff. From craft jams to artisanal olive oils, this place has it all. I had the Wisconsin Sandwich exactly as is (A+) and my girlfriend ordered off menu a sandwich of her own creation (she loved it). Everything was super fresh and, while the meats were really great, the sourdough bread stole the show. We will definitely be stopping in here again during our next trip to the desert. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ken S.

Yelp
We bought our provisions here for a picnic in Joshua Tree. We found everything we needed, and great service as well!
