Google
What a beautiful grocery store with a very cute vibe. Feels very hipster and bougie. The items are a bit more pricy than the average. There is a little bit of everything. If you are a local close to this area it is a good last minute option to find what you need and everything here is so organized and the produce looks like they are in top shape too. The staff is very kind and the store is so clean. The plants are stunning and the reason why I had to stop in and take a look.

Olivia’s florist is a godsend!! The dried flower bouquet she just made us is BEAUTIFUL! Cannot recommend stopping in there enough!

Google
I like this store, but I'm really over how they don't change their price tags on the shelf. It's now happened three times that I've seen a higher price on my receipt than on the shelf. The one time I Mentioned this, the staff member was super unapologetic like "well the price on the shelf is wrong, this is the price". It was 10.99 instead of 5.99!! I wonder how often I've overpaid here? It's kinda deceptive.

Google
The perfect little hole in the wall grocery, it shard to believe the selection they have for the size but those selves are stocked almost too well

Google
A cute little pop in pop out shop. It's on the pricier end because of the area and the high quality of the products. The food is mostly health food, but there are fun snacks and a nice cheese selection. No public restroom.

Google
Great local market with a wide variety of goods, I am a big fan of their frozen pastas and they have a lot of good Amish selections like milk and eggs

Google
I often come to Olivia’s Market for a quick lunch, and I must say…. 10/10! Today was a chilly day in Chicago, and I was craving some S O U P ! All their soups are delicious. Had their tomato soup w/ their Ava’s bread ! Yum! P.s. this is a great place to pick up flowers for your loved ones. They have definitely helped me get on the good side of a few my ex’s haha

Google
Love this market, wish I had one in Logan (regardless, I ride my bike here weekly). Best little market with a little of everything one might need & fantastic premade sandwiches that are very good & very reasonably priced ($8). Perfect spot to pop off the 606 & grab a few things for a picnic!

Yelp
I do like cute small markets, and am glad I stopped here. They have high-quality merchandise, some hard to find things. For instance, I think I may have seen some pistachio butter, which was helpful because it's time to try and stuff my baby full of allergens so hopefully she doesn't become allergic. They had some Vosages chocolate, yum! They also carry wine, have a small deli case with meat and cheeses, pop, some baby foods, and so on. Aya Pastry provides some fresh pastries so I snagged a kouign amann when I was here. Parking is pretty difficult but that kinda makes sense since it's a small neighborhood market. For me there's not all the stuff you'd need to fill your pantry here, so it's not a replacement for another grocery store. But they have good stuff and if I lived nearby I'd pop in again.

Yelp
Convenient location! However it was such an odd vibe from the moment I walked in to when I finally left. I strolled in on a Tuesday around 10am, no one else in there, and I say hi to the woman behind the counter. She just glares over, says nothing, and puts her head back down. Alrighty then... I've never been to this market before, and I don't really have an idea of what I want so I'm perusing everything. It's so silent in there you could hear a pin drop. The lady who was working behind the counter is just staring at me while I walk from aisle to aisle.. I assume maybe she thinks I'm trying to steal something? I don't even know.. but it was beyond awkward. I finally pick up some items: a turkey sandwich, some bananas, a green juice and a juice shot, and I walk to check out. There is now a man behind the counter, who is also clearly in an odd mood. I say hi, he doesn't pick his head up, scans my items begrudgingly, and gets up and literally walks away before my transaction is even done, still while avoiding any contact. While he's walking away I go 'can I have a receipt?' - to which he drags his feet back to the register, pushes a couple buttons, rips the receipt away, puts it down, and continues to walk away still while saying nothing, and just seeming overall annoyed. I'm not sure if I just happened to come on an off-day, but I've never felt so unwelcomed anywhere before. It was almost comical lol. I was basically crawling out of my skin to get out of there. Turkey sandwich was good, but I probably won't be coming back for that, or for any overpriced grocery items with a side of snub.

Yelp
Such a quaint neighborhood grocery store. They have lots of delicious, higher end snack options, a good variety of fresh produce necessities, fresh baked bread, and yummy ready made meal options. They also have a lovely and unique variety of fresh flowers and cards. I love to stop here when I'm in the neighborhood, definitely worth a visit if you haven't been before.

Yelp
Who doesn't love having Olivia's in the neighborhood? Friendly staff. Great selection of coffee, fresh fruits, vegetables and amazing fresh flowers.

Yelp
Olivia's Market is a great place. It carries a wide range of local delights, local produce and products, international products as well and many household items/necessities. Also, carries many whole fruits as well as freshly cut ones. Awesome range of products at reasonable prices. Their place is also nearby some popular restaurants in the area. It is a great place to eat, especially after hours. It's always delicious and everything is clean and orderly. Never miss a time going to this supermarket. Thank you, Olivia's Market!

Yelp
I came here in the afternoon since I have work. My wife wants me to buy the ingredients for the cake because she wants to bake cake and cupcakes for our daughter's birthday. She wants it to be special and she wants to make it on her own. She gave me a list of ingredients to put on a piece of paper before I go to work. So after work I came here. There are few cars in the parking lot and I park my car easily. I grab a basket instead of a cart for me to choose quickly and walk. I grab flour, baking soda, a dozen eggs, etc. It's easy for me to choose and find the ingredients since I'm familiar with this grocery store. I just spent my half hour and went to the counter. I paid for it easily. I bought everything I needed.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite local market. Craft-fully curated product selection in a well merchandised, small shop. One consistent letdown would be the lack of consistency with the fresh daily soups, depending on when it was made and the time of day, you'll often end up with a bowl of bottom-barrel soup scraps that barely contain a recognizable ingredient. They should sellout when the soup is low and not sell the liquid scraps, it's always disappointing and happens a lot. I also do not recommend any of the pre-made sandwiches or salads. Over-priced, and not fresh enough to taste good. Other than those items, I've had really good experiences with all Olivia's products.

Yelp
My little sister requested that she want a fruit shake. So because we have no fresh fruits in our house I go to this store. Since it was near our house I entered this store. I don't like its flooring and I can see some dust on it. They have a lot of sections but are not in an organization. I went to the fruits section. I bought strawberry, mango, lemon and guyabano. After I chose those fresh fruits I went to the dairy section. I bought bottled milk and condensed milk. Then I bought mini marshmallows, chocolate crinkles and sprinkles. I also bought white sugar since we only have brown sugar in our kitchen. Lastly I bought strawberry and chocolate syrup. I bought everything I needed. But I only gave it a 4 stars rating because of the dusty floor.

Yelp
My second aunt was visiting from Australia. She requested I make for her an omelet of the greatest quality. I visited to the store and asked the staff where one might find the ingredients for an omelet and they told me. I walked over to the sections where the ingredients were to be found and placed them in a basket that was provided at the front of the store. I then walked to the front of the store and I purchased the omelet ingredients. Overall I had a wonderful shopping experience. Sadly my omelet making skills are poor (at best). My omelet was so bad that my aunt cut me out of her will.

Yelp
We've popped in here a few times now, when out in WP area (usually when the local farmer's market is too crowded, or a long line wraps around the block). I particularly come in for the flower selection. They have gorgeous flowers, sometimes even an unusual bunch that are so fabulously striking. The service at the flower counter is generally friendly and helpful. They have assisted us each time with our usual go-to fragranced lilies and a different, vibrantly colored arrangement. The food selection here appears to be mostly packaged items... less so a fresh selection of produce/meats. The market today is certainly geared towards individuals who 'eat and go' or want 'convenience.' This is that grocer... catering to those with 'ready-to-eat' demands. Needless to say, I haven't purchased any food-like items here, but have purchased a few of their drinks on occasion (juices, and fermented teas). The flower selection (particularly when my local farmer's market or the WP farmer's market are overly crowded and/or have long lines) is the only reason I stop in, and I enjoy the visit each time.

Yelp
My mom asked me to buy an ingredients of baked shrimp. She listed all the ingredients in some paper. When I read it some ingredients is I'm not familiar with what's listed. My mom told me what it looked like and she said If I forgot it I just asked some staff. So I came here immediately. At first it's easy to pick the ingredients I need but at the end I need help from some staff. I looked for the staff and asked her where the selection should be. Then she told me and led me the way. She's nice and friendly. I'm grateful that she helped me. So I bought everything I needed. I went to the counter and paid for it. My mom will be so proud of me since I bought everything I need quickly hehe.

Yelp
Love having this market around the corner from our house! It is small but mighty with a wonderful (and fairly extensive) selection. It is definitely upscale, both in the products it carries and in the price tag, but it's hard to beat convenience and the people there are very friendly. What separates this from some other local corner stores is their selection of fresh food (fruit, veggies, local sandwiches, etc) that you don't see elsewhere. It's not where you do your weekly shopping, but when you're in a pinch or want a quick snack? Definitely my go to.

Yelp
Olivias Market is a staple in the Bucktown/Wicker Park Neighborhood. They have an amazing flower selection and my favorite part about Olivias is their wide selection of plant based grab n go options! They're all delicious. It's also great because if I ever need anything it's walking distance from my house and they almost always have everything I need! Thanks Olivias!

Yelp
A cute little pop in pop out shop. It's a little bit pricier. The food is healthy food. Friendly staff and solid selection of products given the small size. Such a lovely store

Yelp
After my work I decided to come here. They are open by that hour. I came here because my wife texted me to buy our baby powdered milk. When I enter there are few people inside. It's my third time coming here and I forgot where the area of milk is. So I looked at some staff and I couldn't find any. So I went to the counter and asked the staff there and he pointed out the location of it. I didn't use a cart since I only bought milk. Finally I found the milk area. I bought a brand of milk for my baby. Aside from that I went to the section of chocolate to buy my wife a pack of it since she loves chocolate. I'm sure she loves it. And then I went to the counter and paid it. I suggest that they hire more employees. So I just gave 3 stars only for this grocery store.

Yelp
I went here in Olivia's Market and the store is clean, well-organized and has a great ambiance inside. The staff in here is friendly and helpful, there is this time when it was my first time in the store and unfamiliar with it then I tried to ask their staff for a certain product and he gladly helped me. Products in here are always fresh such as produce, meats and other goodies. Most of their products they sell are healthy foods. Hard to find items can also be found here. It has pretty much everything I need. The checkout is really quick. But, the downside here is that they sell most of the products at a higher price compared to other grocery stores. I absolutely love the place but I think I would prefer buying my groceries in other stores with reasonable prices. Would still come here for specific items and hard to find items.

Yelp
This is a nice and convenient neighborhood market. It is basically a small market. Even though it is a small market, the size of the place feels larger, and the inside has a nice, spacious aisle with a variety of options for different products. The store is clean and bright, and everything is easy to find. The store is definitely perfect when you're in a rush for something because everything is available here and there is a good selection of local products. I can say it is a good store for something quick because it does not have a long line at the counter and the store is not as busy as the other grocery stores. One of the best things about their selection is definitely their produce. They have an excellent selection of fresh produce. Everything is fresh and of good quality. They also have a variety of options for healthy goodies, like every product has a healthy option, like healthy snacks and other products. They also have a nice selection in their deli. There are a variety of options for sausages and cheese. Speaking of cheese, they have the best selection of cheese. There is a good variety of cheeses that are really good. They also have a nice selection of liquor. The staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful when I asked something about the product. The only downside I can say about this store is definitely the prices. It is obvious that their prices are high, but not too high. It is just basically higher than the prices in the grocery stores. Aside from that, I must say that it is still a good store and I like it. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
What a nice little grocery store/market to have in the neighborhood. I wish more neighborhoods had places like this. Yes, the prices are higher than the big box competitors. But the tradeoff is that you get good quality food, pleasant employees, and shopping trips that take 5 minutes to complete. There is almost always a spot outside to double park as well.

Kathleen J.

Yelp
I would not recommend buying flowers here. Went in on a Saturday to buy flowers. There was a pretty, but not large bunch. The price was not marked and at checkout the employee told me they were $30. Wow! But due to current circumstances I am not going to farmers market and my options are limited- so I bought them. I hadn't planned on shopping that day and didn't have gloves. I didn't want to touch multiple bunches so chose one by color. When I got gone the prettiest, center flower was broken. Understandable but too bad. By Sunday the greens were wilting. The bunch started to die on Monday. The photo I am attaching is from Monday evening. I like the concept of Olivia's but factoring in the prices and sometimes aloof service, I won't be rushing back

Yelp
Love this place! It's nice, clean and everything is fresh. Plus you can find a lot of nice items hard to find in other places. The staff is very nice and friendly. My wife and I go here 2-3 time a a week for various items. Def recommend you checking it out.

Yelp
I recently went here in Olivia's Market just a walking distance from my work and I regret I did not found this store sooner. The store is just a typical small size store but there were a bunch of stuffs in it. There is a lot of great selection of products that you needed I a daily basis. There were a lot of healthy foods, products and even snacks that you may hardly find in a grocery store. The produce in this store are all fresh and there were a lot of it. I picked everything that I need and want the head to the cashier who is very nice and friendly. I also saw the flowers in the cashier all looking so fresh and beautiful and then I decided to buy one just a little decoration for my home. The store is really nice and convenient walk in and fast checkout store unlike to those grocery stores. The only thing is that some products are a bit pricey.
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect spot. The black and white cookies are impossibly good. It does not make any sense. They are pre-packaged cookies, but they are the real deal. They have a great coffee selection. They have most staples if you don't want to go to a gigantic grocery store. Good organic section.
google avatar

Saira K.

Yelp
A pretty little market in Wicker Park With more of a Bucktown feel. It's upscale and prices are on the higher side. If you're a visitor, you have to bring your own bag or pay 7 cents. Fancy and nice and clean. Good organic section.

Yelp
Obsessed! I have passed this place driving and walking so many times don't know why I have waited this long. My day started off at goddess and grocer to do some studying then had to head to class and wanted something sweeet! This place is perfect for a quick pick up of fruits (surprisingly all very fresh), yogurt, nuts, kombucha (all of which I got that day). They had fresh flowers (not badly priced as well-another nice surprise!!) they also had a big variety of wine and alcohol and get this--meat/cheese section in the back and ohhh some prepared foods by the open refrigerator! I can't wait to come back and buy their unique flowers for a great price!
google avatar

Charles K.

Yelp
Olivia's Market is fine, but why do they charge $16.99 for 4 rolls of toilet paper during the Corona pandemic? Maybe reconsider your pricing.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this gem of a place while visiting Bucktown. Such a cute and quaint little market. I would say they have very high quality items and just enough of everything you could ever need. It's like your local FoxTrot market without the corporate feel. Love it!

Angelina M.

Yelp
Such a cute bodega. It's a little pricey but not too bad. I look forward to going back soon.

Yelp
My mom wants me to buy fresh fish and grilled meat for our lunch. My grandmother and grandfather will visit us so mom will prepare something. She bought everything she needed here and she forgot to buy fish and meat. So I'm here to buy those. I park my car in their parking lot. Their parking lot was huge but sometimes they are free in the parking lot if it is a holiday or weekend. When I enter there are a lot of customers inside. I grabbed one cart and went to the meat and seafood area. All of their meat and seafy was put on the ice and in a fridge. They don't have live fish. When I look at their fish, some look fresh and some do not. And I bought a kilo of fresh fish. Then I also bought 2 kilos of meat. I'm happy I bought everything I need.
google avatar

Louie C.

Yelp
I definitely like the selection of groceries in this particular store. It is kind of like a mini grocery store but they have amazing and even unique products inside. They have most of everything that I need on my groceries and the selections are quite nice and it is also well-stocked. They do not have that many selections but the selections of every product they have are those good quality ones. I am going to be honest, the prices here are literally expensive and definitely much higher compared to the usual price I could get for a specific product in a grocery store. Most of the items have their prices and I was really surprised to see the prices of every single product. There are also products that do not have their prices and I asked the staff who are a bit friendly and of course helpful. There is no doubt that they have a great selection of products but in my opinion, I would definitely not go in here regularly considering their expensive prices but it is also a very convenient store in this neighborhood. I will probably visit this store again but if I do, it would definitely be for their unique items and some hard-to-find products that are available on them.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a cute lil convenience store located in Bucktown. They have a wide variety of fresh groceries and packaged food. They have candy and snacks at the front and healthy items towards the back. They also sell flowers in the front and it's super cute. They are also my go to place for pints of Jeni's ice cream. Overall this place is pretty cute and the employees are always super friendly. There only a little bit overpriced but for the convenience and and variety of food, it's worth it.
google avatar

Daryl H.

Yelp
I went in here for the first time to grab some snacks and drinks. We were just around the area and decided to stop for a while. The store is clean and very organized. It is small but the layout is super easy and it is easy to find anything. I just wanted some snacks and some sweets and they have a variety of options and they also do have healthy options for snacks which is really great. We grab some snacks and few drinks then head to the counter. The staff in there was super friendly and nice to talk to. They also have fresh wonderful flowers inside. When I left the store, I looked at the receipt and shocked to see the prices for just the four to five products I bought and the prices for each is noticeable higher than the regular price that I thought for it. It is a good convenient store in the area but it is more on the expensive side but that is the only downside of the store and the rest are nice like their selection, customer service and quality of the products.

Yelp
Olivia's Market was the brainchild of a former stock trader named Billy, who was inspired by the wealth of tiny grocery stores in residential NYC. If you like shopping at Whole Foods, you'll have no problem finding the foods you love at Olivia's. There's a lot of local products here, too, like Milk and Honey granola and Terry's Toffee. The black and white cookies are awesome, and my girlfriend loves their fresh flowers that they get delivered every week. The store is only a couple years old, so you'll see changes inside every so often, but they're usually for the better. You can now get a cup of fresh-brewed coffee and sip as you shop - perfect for those lazy weekend shopping trips. If you drive here, there's a couple of reserved parking spots right in front of the store for Olivia's, but if they're full, you can park anywhere down the street on Wabansia since the street is no-permit.
google avatar

Leanne A.

Yelp
We often end up here in the summer after riding down the 606 or through Wicker Park. It's a nice destination store to get dinner materials. It's very cute and clean. Mostly I like Olivia's just to browse around! They have a nice chocolate selection and a small but very fresh produce section. Yes, it is pricey. But it's a boutique style grocery store. They carry a lot of organic snacks and high quality items.
google avatar

Vignesh R.

Yelp
Great store for those few items you might need in a quick fix... BUT, be prepared to pay a lot. This market is very expensive and full of high-end items. I wish I could say I'll shop here regularly, but it's just too expensive compared to other grocery in the area. That being said, the location is super convenient in Bucktown/Wicker Park.
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Best market in Wicker / Bucktown. The salads, soup, bread and local products are what a neighborhood market should be. Just like a classic Brooklyn one.

Ashley C.

Yelp
Olivia's has been my go to grocery store for over 10 years. They pack a lot into this small market, including a great floral section. The prices are high, which I don't mind because of the convenience. But I don't take out of town visitors here - 100% they are shocked by the prices & it's a conversation I'd rather avoid.
google avatar

Mandy L.

Yelp
Great selection for quick grabs and everyone is so friendly! The flower selection they have is beautiful and the store always smells great. Love their daily soup specials!!!

Briitany T.

Yelp
I love this place!! So much yummy, fresh food, and unique beverages and snacks! I came in for a bottle of wine but ended up with so many other goodies!! I also love how clean and organized everything is and loved that it felt safe given that they were honoring/enforcing mask mandates. I think this will market will be a regular part of my weekly shopping routine.
google avatar

Kathleen C.

Yelp
Seriously can't believe I haven't been in here before! I stopped in quickly last week to buy some wine for my BYO painting class (see earlier review...). I didn't want too far, so this was the first spot I saw. It is the most adorable market and they have such interesting stuff. First of all, the floral department is gorgeous - I wanted to take everything home with me! It was beautiful - I'm not sure where they get their flowers, but they are top notch. There are fun cheeses, meats, and chips, snacks, etc. I was really impressed with the wine selection - there were unique finds that were reasonably priced. I wish I would have had longer to check things out. This is a great spot for the area (and I sort of like that it's slightly off the beaten path, so it can maybe stay sort of hidden...for me!).
google avatar

Yelp
Are you into eating chocolates made by small batch gourmet chocolatiers all over the county? If so, come to Olivia's because their chocolate end cap will knock your socks off! They don't have your run of the mill chocolates (Hershey's, etc.) here. This chocolate is top notch. So, I stared at the display for a good 10 minutes. I touched the chocolates, read the stories on the back of them and cringed at some the prices. $10 for 7oz of chocolate?! What?! I've got to be out of my mind. However, I reminded myself that 1) these are good quality and you are paying for the excellent quality, 2) I can buy a bar and savor it since you can eat a large enough piece of dark chocolate and be good to go and 3) that I'm supporting small batch chocolatiers with my purchase. So, slowly yet surely, two bars (see pictures) made their way into my hands. I felt like Charlie in the Chocolate Factory holding on to my precious goodies. I also picked up a cherry raspberry foster rum fruit topping that I eat along with some bread and brie. It is made by Esch Foods, a company based out of Michigan. I highly recommend that topping. The store is small, but very homey. They carry a lot of great specialty food. They have a great selection of wine, craft beers and small batch bourbon. Definitely worth visiting (for the chocolate alone, IMO) if you are in the area. The prices can be high which is why I would stick to buying products you can't find elsewhere. I can't wait until I can come back and buy more chocolate!

Yelp
I love this cute little market place!! Always a nice stop off on our way back from Wicker to our apartment. Love all the different options, and that it's kind of hidden on the corner there. All of the meat we've ever gotten here has been amazing, as well as the cheese. If you're walking by here, don't pass it up!! Head on in, I swear you will not regret it.

Yelp
My local go to store . I like this place , yes it can be pricey. But it's good to shop local . They source some good local products that never disappoint .

Yelp
Everything I've ever bought from here is reliably tasty. A bit more expensive than your average grocery store, but when you want treat for yourself, or to impress others, can't go wrong getting something from here.

Yelp
Good neighborhood market, friendly stuff, good quality food, lots of organic and vegetarian products, wide variety of fresh produce. Also extensive flower selection. Only complaint, and why 4 stars - pretty pricey.

Visiting from California, we went into Olivia's with my niece and her service dog. Someone approached us and asked for documentation. The ADA states that if a place of business feels uncertain whether the dog is a service dog then they can ask two questions : 1) is the dog a service dog and 2) what is it trained to do. This particular dog is an allergen detection dog to severe shellfish allergy. He's a sweet mutt, but highly sensitive. I didn't want to cause a scene as I was w children; we left without the basics we needed for the evening and ended up driving to Whole Foods. They need to be educated here. I called to follow up but no manager and owner "Bill" not available. Not cool.

Yelp
Greater selection of foods, especially newly released items. Store is clean and well organized, bit more room between counters. Produce looks fresh, well presented and is good when you get it home. Good selection of canned and frozen foods and store brands are excellent. Service staff are friendly, maybe not enough working in store area.

Yelp
While saying goodbye to my sweetie pie last Sunday I was overcome with sadness. Not having my manfriend around for 4 months doesn't go over well, so what's a girl to do? Go to a bar & drink away her sorrows? Nah. Go on a shopping spree. Nah, I don't need an excuse to do that. Ahhh, I know. Buy cheese...and crackers...and eat them for dinner! I stumbled into Olivia's after an afternoon of moping around Wicker Park & boy am I glad I did. It's a cute little market that is full of little specialty items along with some major brands (cereal, crackers, etc). I passed the freeze dried fruit, the organic pastas, the insane amount of cracker varieties, and arrived home in the cheese section. Yum, yum! While reading all the different kinds of cheese they had & what they could be paired with (yes, they take care of that for you!) I decided on a delicious semi-soft sheeps milk cheese paired with some local sesame & garlic crackers. Both smelled absolutely delicious & I just couldn't wait to get home & stuff my face. And stuff my face I did. I finished half of the cheese up that night & while my stomach wasn't too pleased I couldn't wipe that cheesy grin off my face. I'm hoping to find any and all excuses to make my way to Olivia's over & over again.

Yelp
***This is probably a nice little neighborhood grocery store for locals; they have nice looking produce as well as a variety of cheeses (mostly European selections but some cheeses from the Midwest too); the store is very clean and well organized; a lot of their product here is nice, but many of their offerings can be found in upscale grocery stores in almost any metro; a few local or Midwestern items though like Jeni's ice cream from Cleveland*** This grocery store is located in a residential area so you should be able to find free or metered street parking.
