Such an amazing and wonderfull place, unusual and very cozy. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming 😍 The tea we ordered turned out to be a whole tea ceremony, and the coffee was delicious. Keep up the good work, you are awesome!

I initially had some concerns during my first visit, particularly regarding the lack of explanations about their products which left me feeling disappointed. However, I was invited back, and I’m pleased to say that my recent experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that we were well-assisted throughout our visit. The service was much more pleasant, and we felt truly valued as customers. Additionally, everyone was very nice, and the café once again exceeded our expectations with the best service and coffee we’ve had on this trip. I highly recommend their madeleine. I’m grateful for the improved experience and would highly recommend it to others.

Interestingly themed cafe come perfumery! It has a vintage style perfumes with loads of different notes etc all lined up in the table counter with a cute old style pipette. Staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. There are also porcelain toothbrushes, combs and brushes on display (to buy) + natural sponges. Perfumes are water based rather than alcohol which is better for the skin apparently (I guess less of irritant). Beautifully packaged if you do decide to buy which I did not. On the other side of a room is a quirky cafe with v well presented but not amazing coffee. It's Italian so a little dark roast and perhaps not the freshest. Coffee is hand pressed which is nice and there also tea on offer as well. V v interesting experience. Love it and worth a visit!

Despite the store’s beautiful appearance and positive reviews online, my experience was disappointing. After waiting 30 minutes outside, we were let in by the guard. Once inside, an employee approached us and offered to help. She displayed the brushes we were interested in and said she’d let us look on our own, but she never returned. After waiting 15 minutes, another employee asked if we were being helped. We explained the situation, and she said she’d find the first employee, but again, no one came back. Eventually, a third employee assisted us, but the process felt rushed. We wanted to personalize the items but weren’t allowed to choose the font or color. When I got home, I noticed my name was poorly painted and smudged, with paint not properly wiped off. For the price, this was a real disappointment. A beautiful store, but the service and quality didn’t meet expectations.

In all honesty would have loved for it to be higher, saw this place on tiktok and I’m so disappointed. So insanely overpriced (€55 for a hairbrush and €25 for a lip balm case with an extra 5 for each engraving). The interior is great so amazingly designed BUT and this is of most importance, service is horrid. We were left to wait for the about 50 mins when we walked in. Once it was finally my turn it went quickly. Then we went home and realised the brush was smeared and the lip balm was half missing the letter. Went back the next day to which they cleaned the hairbrush and they said for the lip balm that it’s hand done so it’s normal to have missing parts to only then take it back and fix it. Once it was fixed they had such an attitude giving it back which was absolutely not called for, especially because we remained kind.

Multiple reasons for my very poor customer experience: 1. I had already gone through and smelled everything before a salesperson came up to me and asked what they can do to help. I said I had trouble deciding on a scent. They told me how to sniff things, didn’t offer ANY information about the products, and then moved on to someone else. That same salesperson while helping another customer then laughed at me when I tried to smell the lip balm, which I found out from another salesperson is unscented. There’s no need to be pretentious or embarrass someone visiting the store! 2. I purchased two monogrammed lip balms and two lotions and was told by the salesperson I worked with to return in 30 minutes to retrieve them under my name. When I came back to the store, the same salesperson saw me and handed me a closed bag, so I assumed that they remembered me (I was wearing a bright jacket and spent at least 30 minutes at the store). When I got back to my hotel, I opened the bag and it’s an entirely wrong set of items, with no receipt. I don’t understand how this could have happened. Was I assumed to be an entirely different person? Now I have to spend hours out of my vacation to return to this specific location just to retrieve the items I purchased.

Love the products and their packaging with the middle ages style and calligraphy. Writing your name and the products name on each label of the item is a beautiful touch. Incense perfumes oils and remedies are all original and fairly priced. I recommend visiting early to avoid lines of waiting outside the shop.

I visited this afternoon and was deeply disappointed with the service, particularly from one salesgirl. When I approached her for assistance, she gave me an unpleasant look, showed no willingness to help, and failed to explain the details of the product I inquired about. She then abruptly left, and another salesgirl stepped in to assist me instead. After making a purchase, I decided to film the calligraphy process, but the first salesgirl, who hadn’t served me, came over and scolded me in a rude and unprofessional tone. While I understand that I should have asked for permission to film, her approach could have been much friendlier rather than embarrassing me in front of so many people. In contrast, the salesgirl who helped me initially saw me filming and did not stop me. On a sidenote, I just realised that I should have a chance to choose font and colour which I never been offered to. Only after reading so many previous horrible reviews, I realised that they did not show our purchased product for double checking whether it’s the right product and whether my name was written correctly before packing. The whole experience was taken lightly and felt I went into a marche. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this shop to my friends visiting Paris. I would rate negative star if there is a choice.
