Such an amazing and wonderfull place, unusual and very cozy. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming 😍 The tea we ordered turned out to be a whole tea ceremony, and the coffee was delicious. Keep up the good work, you are awesome!

I initially had some concerns during my first visit, particularly regarding the lack of explanations about their products which left me feeling disappointed. However, I was invited back, and I’m pleased to say that my recent experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that we were well-assisted throughout our visit. The service was much more pleasant, and we felt truly valued as customers. Additionally, everyone was very nice, and the café once again exceeded our expectations with the best service and coffee we’ve had on this trip. I highly recommend their madeleine. I’m grateful for the improved experience and would highly recommend it to others.

Despite the store’s beautiful appearance and positive reviews online, my experience was disappointing. After waiting 30 minutes outside, we were let in by the guard. Once inside, an employee approached us and offered to help. She displayed the brushes we were interested in and said she’d let us look on our own, but she never returned. After waiting 15 minutes, another employee asked if we were being helped. We explained the situation, and she said she’d find the first employee, but again, no one came back. Eventually, a third employee assisted us, but the process felt rushed. We wanted to personalize the items but weren’t allowed to choose the font or color. When I got home, I noticed my name was poorly painted and smudged, with paint not properly wiped off. For the price, this was a real disappointment. A beautiful store, but the service and quality didn’t meet expectations.

Interestingly themed cafe come perfumery! It has a vintage style perfumes with loads of different notes etc all lined up in the table counter with a cute old style pipette. Staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. There are also porcelain toothbrushes, combs and brushes on display (to buy) + natural sponges. Perfumes are water based rather than alcohol which is better for the skin apparently (I guess less of irritant). Beautifully packaged if you do decide to buy which I did not. On the other side of a room is a quirky cafe with v well presented but not amazing coffee. It's Italian so a little dark roast and perhaps not the freshest. Coffee is hand pressed which is nice and there also tea on offer as well. V v interesting experience. Love it and worth a visit!

Multiple reasons for my very poor customer experience: 1. I had already gone through and smelled everything before a salesperson came up to me and asked what they can do to help. I said I had trouble deciding on a scent. They told me how to sniff things, didn’t offer ANY information about the products, and then moved on to someone else. That same salesperson while helping another customer then laughed at me when I tried to smell the lip balm, which I found out from another salesperson is unscented. There’s no need to be pretentious or embarrass someone visiting the store! 2. I purchased two monogrammed lip balms and two lotions and was told by the salesperson I worked with to return in 30 minutes to retrieve them under my name. When I came back to the store, the same salesperson saw me and handed me a closed bag, so I assumed that they remembered me (I was wearing a bright jacket and spent at least 30 minutes at the store). When I got back to my hotel, I opened the bag and it’s an entirely wrong set of items, with no receipt. I don’t understand how this could have happened. Was I assumed to be an entirely different person? Now I have to spend hours out of my vacation to return to this specific location just to retrieve the items I purchased.

Love the products and their packaging with the middle ages style and calligraphy. Writing your name and the products name on each label of the item is a beautiful touch. Incense perfumes oils and remedies are all original and fairly priced. I recommend visiting early to avoid lines of waiting outside the shop.

While the store and products are beautiful, the service was terrible. It took me forever to get the attention of the staff to start putting my purchase together. On top of that, when I got back to my hotel they emailed me saying they forgot to include two things I purchased in my shopping bag. It took the store attendant two days to get back to me about a possible refund or shipping my items to me. Finally they replied and said they shipped the pieces to New York where I live but I was still traveling around France and missed the delivery. Then inexplicably the order was rerouted to Florida!! I emailed the attendant 3x to ask her to reroute this back to NY with no avail. I ended up calling DHL myself to get everything rerouted back to me. For the price point of the products, there should be better customer service.

This place is like stepping back in time to shop for custom lotions, body oils and perfumes. The staff treated us like we were buying a Rolls Royce! We were actually... the Rolls Royce of custom body creams. Enjoy a beautiful cup of tea or coffee while you shop.

This was a really cool experience. They sell vintage styled perfumes, lip balm, toothbrushes and a few other things. I came here specifically to buy a leather engraved lip balm. While the lip balm is simple with no added scents, you get to choose the tin holder, the leather in which you can get your initials engraved as well as a pouch. It's definitely a cute gift idea to bring back home and the staff were pleasant as well
