Nice Day Pilates

IG @kamelja heaven is a place on earth. and it’s called nice day Pilates. I’d move here if I could! The most aesthetic and beautiful space in the city that also happens to be a little Pilates studio. Someone take this inspiration and create more places like this in the city — it needs it so badly. Love the classes, instructors, owner… true community.

Nice Day Pilates is without a doubt my favourite Pilates space in the city. I have had the pleasure of working with a few of their instructors and they all have a unique way of challenging you. Jenn is a sweetheart. She is understanding, attentive, and her classes are sure to bring you joy. This space is somewhere you will feel welcomed. It’s amazing to see my body move in ways I didn’t know I would be capable of! Being a weight lifter, finding a love for Pilates through this studio is a great add to my workout regime.

I’ve been searching for a Pilates teacher for years. As a health care practitioner and amateur athlete who’s no stranger to anatomy, movement and strength, I have some pretty high standards for modalities, studios and instructors. I started taking Jennifer’s class 2 months ago and recently had a private session with her. Every single class has been the perfect balance of intelligent challenge with gentle care and comfort. I learn something new about this 43 year old body I’m in every single time I’m there. It’s fascinating to say the least! Jennifer has an incredible energy and way of attuning to each of her students who happen to range in various shapes, genders, ages and sizes. It’s remarkable to watch and is clearly a reflection of her knowledge and expertise. My experience at Nice Day Pilates has been quite impressive and I look forward to continuing my movement, strength and flexibility journey with them!

My experience with Nice Day Pilates has been incredible. Jenn and the whole team are so welcoming, positive and exceptional at what they do. The environment they have created at the studio is like nothing I've experienced before. I've always struggled with core strength and flexibility and have seen such an improvement since finding Nice Day. I regularly watch the on-demand classes from home (tons of content and super convenient) but have done a few private reformer sessions which I highly recommend trying. Thanks to the team at Nice Day :)

I hade my first ever reformer Pilates class today. Have a nice day Pilates was absolutely fantastic, the studio was clean, felt calm and serene. I felt comfortable, confident and relaxed. Carmen the instructor made it such a fun experience and great workout, thank you Carmen. I’ve found my new form of exercise. Have booked my next 2 sessions 😍

Not only is this space so welcoming, calming and beautiful but the owner, Jenn is one of the sweetest humans I’ve met! After leaving a class at Nice Day, you feel refreshed for the rest of the day ahead. It is truly a transformational space and I’d highly encourage anyone looking to add pilates (mat/reformer, in-person/virtual) into their routine to visit next time they’re in the East End!😊

I love this place. The instructors know how to challenge me while still keeping things interesting with new moves all the time. Everyone here is also welcoming and inclusive. as a bonus the space is stunning. Best Pilates studio in the city

The best pilates class I've ever done! I've had a hard time finding in-person classes that are gentle yet challenging, and Jen's are the perfect balance; I look forward to each and every one! I also love the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, and the fact that it's so approachable for people of all ages, races, body types, etc., as so many fitness studios cater primarily to a young, thin, white demographic. So happy to have found this place!
