Hotel nhow Rotterdam

The view from the hotel room is stunning! The service was also amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful. However I must admit I expected the room more luxurious. However it was spacious. The bathroom is not practical at all. Prepare yourselves for a bonding session since you get both acoustic and visual sneak pic from the toilet (doors are from Glas and you can see the shadow). I also found the room very cold and the temperature was not adjustable. Generally I felt cold in all spaces of the hotel. Overall it still remains a good hotel for its view and the service but I wouldnt say its value for its money.

I booked a room to stay for one night, for my birthday. I also told them I It was my bday and that I wanted breakfast. When I got there, they asked me if I wanted breakfast. So a bit of lack of communication right there. There was no birthday gift in the room either. I was a bit disappointed because I told them I would put the room on social media. The room was nice and clean, but looked bigger on the photos. The view was great. It's nice that they have breakfast until 12:00, but they need to refill the food. There was hardly any fruit left when I went at 10:00. The staff was nice and friendly.

Stayed at the NHOW Rotterdam for 11 nights as I was in town on business.|The location of the hotel is great, right by the Erasmus bridge, with a tram stop, water taxi stop and quick walk across the bridge to get to other locations without much delay.|The room was comfortable, nice sized bed, spacious bathroom. Rooms are soundproof enough to not be bothered by neighbors, or maybe I had good neighbors :)|I had the breakfast only a few times as it was not in my rate. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Did not have the usual eggs, bacon, etc., but there was an omelet station which was pretty good.|The highlight of the hotel, not just for guests, is obviously the hotel bar which always had a crowd and so much so, on the weekend I was turned away because of capacity and not having a reservation.|Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would likely return if in town again.

Very nice and trendy hotel. Rooms were very stylish, new and clean. The bed and pillows worked very well for me and I did sleep very comfortably. The customer service was smooth and kind. A big recommendation for the nhow Rotterdam!

The location of this hotel is not too bad for a stay in Rotterdam. For what I paid for a single bed room, I must say it did not satisfy me considering it was a NH Hotel. The furniture had a real used look and the mattress were very hard. Not to forget the parking for one night in the garage of 35€. Will consider another hotel next time

Excellent location for a prestay stopover for taking a cruise. It is just minutes away by foot to the cruise terminal. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to the metro/subway station which connects to Rotterdam Central train station. The cost of a 2 night stay is reasonable when comparing to other European hotels .The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant/bar were very friendly. We would definitely utilize this hotel again when visiting Rotterdam and the Netherlands or taking another cruise that departs from this city.

We stayed 2 nights in August 2024. We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, close to the photography museum, an outstanding food hall and the New York bar and restaurant. The view over the bridge is amazing.||We had 2 regular rooms. No frills but comfortable. Declined cleaning for our stay and were offered a voucher for a drink at the bar with a nice view. Breakfast was excellent (very good choice, including healthy options). The gym was good too.||Only issue: you could hear the music of a rather loud private event on the first night.||Overall, a very good stay.
