Miette Boulangerie

Breads are amazing! Wish there was a slicing option, even if it were paid… Sandwiches though… they have an overwhelming amount of dijon mustard. I could not finish my sandwich. There was no balance of flavors, which sucks because the bread part was amazing. The tuna sandwich was supposed to have sun dried tomatoes, but you could barely see/taste them. They really need to rethink their sandwiches formulas.

Fantastic sandwiches, quite large size. The bread is obviously incredible but the rest of the ingredients are also delicious

Excellent bread!! Been buying the classique for a while..I understand slicing them right away would compromise their texture and quality BUT I would reallyyy like if you could slice it when I buy it…I feel like their is always enough employees to do it too?! :)

Just moved back from Toronto where we had the best ever sourdough bakery (Black Bird) and we’re hoping we could get something close enough. I was very excited to discover Miette which is a stone throw from our new place not only taste just as good but the density of the bread slightly better than BB. I’m not overly upset about the non slicing. Imperfect slices makes it more authentic and artsy sandwiches:-) This bread is A M A Z I N G!!! Staff was friendly when I went so my experience thus far is good on that regard. I wish they opened their doors at 6 am though but that’s my only not even a negative. Grateful to have this place in our neighborhood.

Their focaccia are my favourites! They have sweet and savoury flavours. I wanted to buy their sandwiches for a picnic but they're only available from 11 am. Too bad these can't be ordered in advance.

Tasty focaccia, but won’t buy a loaf of bread there again because there is no slicer like at other boulangeries! If I’m paying for expensive bread, I’d love to have the option to get it sliced.

Miette has ruin all bread for me, the only bad thing is that they are close 2 days a week! For sure the best bread in town!

Great bread. As others noted, I don't understand the no slicing policy. At this price point it should be an option to those who want it sliced at the time of purchase. Doing it at home just doesn't come out the same! Also they run out quickly, I came to the store twice and at 1 pm they were out of the Olive walnut...

A good place for artisanal sourdough bread. Some of the bread is vegan such as the Classique. The focaccia is available on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). I recommend ordering online and then picking it up in-store. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and only a few loaves were left.

A new bakery had opened since November 2021, and I just discovered it now. It's a beautiful, spacious bakery. The service by Lola was beyond awesome. You will find all sorts of bread from classic sourdough to focaccia with different flavors. I ordered pesto and parmasean focaccia bread with a coffee. While my coffee was being prepared, I had a pleasant conversation with Lola. Meantime, tons of customers came in to buy the classic sourdough breads. Right away, you see what's in demand. After concluding my transaction, I brought my goodies at home. My pesto and parmasean focaccia bread is the best thing ever; it's mouth melting delicious. All the bread lovers, you must try this bakery.
