I was excited to try this place and was disappointed when I ordered the birria and chorizo tacos . It was essentially a cheese taco with a little meat. I’ve been to many taco places in Paris and whether they’ve been good or bad they at least given you a decent respectable portion of meat in your taco. If you can’t afford to put the proper portion of meat maybe you shouldn’t be selling tacos.

Amazing Mexican food restaurants really authentic with amazing food. The service was quite slow because there was just one waiter for 30 people and it seems like the kitchen is also small further amount of tables, but except of the service the food was just amazing and it’s really worth the visit.

Definitely one of the best Mexican restaurant in Paris! All tacos are great but the camarones tacos is a must have for sure. The roasted squid and the ceviche are great! All the drinks are awesome! Kudos for the Margarita Traditional and the Frozen Mezcal Passion. Ill come back without any hesitations!

I've finally found a place in Paris with seafood tacos! Firstly, it is really hard to find authentic tacos in Paris. And if and when you do find tacos, they are always meat and rarely seafood. Well Luz Verde solves this problem by providing authentic fish and shrimp tacos. The fish tacos are lightly battered, and the shrimp (camarones)tacos are grilled. Both are delicious but I especially like the shrimp. Cool place with a nice vibe. My only qualm is that the margaritas could be bigger and stronger. 😎

It’s one of the better taco places I’ve had in Paris, but price wise a bit more expensive. Still, it’s good to go if you crave tacos. 🌮 I came here with a group of friends and the staff is friendly. You get two tacos so I ordered two different types - Cordero (lamb) and Cochinita (pork) both very good! My friends liked their fish tacos as well as the veggie one.

My friends and I were initially looking for a French restaurant next to Luz Verde. When we arrived at the French restaurant, we didn’t like the breakfast menu, and that’s when we discovered Luz Verde since it’s right next door. One look at the menu, and we stepped inside. It’s a smaller restaurant, but it’s cozy. The staff was friendly and attentive. Now, the food, wow, what else can I say? We had shrimp tacos, which were incredibly tasty and fresh. The guacamole and chips were also excellent, and so was the avocado bread topped with pomegranate seeds. I’m thrilled we decided to eat at this restaurant instead, and I’ll for sure go back whenever I’m in Paris.

Very nice Mexican restaurant near Pigalle. Tasty tacos of various meats and vegetarian. Lots of cocktails, and some agreed tequila and mezcals.

Yelp
The show around 23:00 was fun to watch and they tried to get everyone dancing so that was fun the food was delicious. The drinks were on the pricey side but still a great night out. The steak which we shared was amazing and the side delicious.

Yelp
Wow. I'm a taco snob and these tacos were GREAT!!! We also ordered the guacamole and chips which was fantastic (guac/salsa/beans all mixed together in a delightful (yummy) way. Good vibe and atmosphere. Empty when we got here and packed when we left. Perfect!

Yelp
Picky Mexican food eater here! Thus, always skeptical of trying Mexican spots... but being a vegetarian in Paris made it somewhat difficult to find options. We found Luz Verde on Yelp and followed everyone's great recommendations. We were not disappointed. There's pretty much only 3 things vegetarians can get on the menu - guacamole and chips, quesadilla, and veg tacos. We got all 3. Aside from the quesadilla (which was just a lot of cheese oozing out of a small tortilla), everything hit the spot. The tacos were to die for - mushrooms, feta, peanuts - so simple yet SO. DARN. GOOD. My meat loving husband enjoyed my veg taco better than his chicken!

Yelp
After experiencing an unexpected craving for Mexican food whilst in Paris I found this place. Turned up relatively late at 22:00 but was seated at the only free table! Super lucky. The waitress kindly advised us to order all food in one go as the kitchen would close soon. Food was fantastic quality and quite genuine Mexican, just missing the spice levels but I am sure that suits the mainly French clientele. Tacos were perfect, I tried four different fillings and the ceviche was some of the best I have had. Service was efficient especially as it was busy. The open kitchen is a nice touch in Paris. Some serious cleaning happened at the end of the night! Only downer was that the drinks were limited as they had stopped serving their cocktails... the margarita list was impressive and it was a shame to miss out. Definitely worth a try!

Yelp
I wouldn't call this a Mexican food. It's more Mexican Inspired by French Cuisine or you can call it French Mexican Fusion. The spices aren't used like the typical Mexican cuisine. Here is a lot of different type of pickled vegetables and seasoned with the French touch. The only thing used that is in the real Mexican cuisine is the tortilla wrap, lots of cilantro, and they have guacamole and chips. It's still made with the French touch. The tacos served here are called street tacos. This will give you the idea of the size of the tacos, which is 2 small bites per taco. There are 2 street tacos per order. We really did enjoy the razor clams (Couteaux). This is a must when you order here. We also ordered some street tacos: Chicken (Pollo - poulet), Beef tongue (Lengua - Langue de boeuf), Shrimp (Camarones - Gambas), and Pork Pulled (Cochinita - Cochon noir de bigorre). My favorite was the shrimp and the beef tongue. Beef tongue doesn't taste like beef tongue. Shrimp was perfectly grilled. The chicken was over cooked. It was very dry. The pork pulled was ok, nothing to crave over for me. Sorry, the Cochinita and Pollo came out at the end and I didn't take photos.

Yelp
This place is just like Mexico! The ambiance, music, margaritas, hand tacos, and guacamole. I go to Mexico two times a year, and this is authentic and delicious. I tried three of the tacos and they were great - pork and beef. I am from the USA and had a great dinner and a great time! Thank you!

Yelp
This place is great! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. All the food we ordered was wonderful. We got the tacos and tried 4 different kinds, and the guacamole and chips. Everything was brilliant. The margaritas were perfect, just like high-end bars in Mexico, and nicely strong. The atmosphere and music was great - everyone else around us seemed too be having a great time. The servers and bartender were always smiling, and having a great time.Highly recommended!

Yelp
Terrible restaurant! This place openly discriminates based on appearance and race. It was my last night in Paris with my girlfriend, celebrating my 30th birthday. We walked in an hour and half BEFORE closing and the bartender wouldn't serve us a beer. We checked out a restaurant next door to no luck and walked past this place. A couple entered and was immediately served. We pointed out the new couple to the host/ bartender and they admitted to openly discriminating against us. They offered us free food and drinks. We were so turned off by their actions and decided to walk out. Don't go to this place. They don't deserve your business.

Yelp
Brand new hip Mexican restaurant that obviously offers tacos but also fresh and refine plates like ceviches...The cocktails are delicious. It's better to book or show up early.
