New restaurant in Croix Russe: sister runs the front, the brother and the mother run the kitchen. Delicious bistro with quality ingredients and inventive recipes. Very friendly service. Our lunch was wonderful and good price. The mushroom soup was very solid. Fish special and the beef tartare were really good plates that satisfied to the point we had to forego dessert. Wish we had a neighborhood restaurant this good right around the corner from where we live in the states.

I found it a wonderful place with very good food! The plate was well served and more than enough. I choosed the plate of the day: sous-noix de veau with curry sauce. It was very tender and delicious. Total with desert + bread + water was 18€ (good price for the quality). The service was very kind and friendly. Totally recomend.

Hello,visited that place two times, as someone who grew up in Lyon my level of expectation is quiet high concerning restaurant. And I was much more than surprised. The place is located in a typical Bar, Croix rouse style, re-stylised lightly,enough to be practical and to remain friendly and warm.The service is dispatched with smile and good advices and food is a constant exploration, re- invented meals, pleasure to share, pleasure to discover.. Prices are much more than reasonable and wines are from the region, local circuit upfront. I can only recommend it !

Food was very tasty, we had the stracciatella and croque monsiuer to start and then two fabulous pork dishes. Very good value for money. The atmosphere was fabulous and very relaxed. It is run by a sister, front of house, and brother chef. We felt very comfortable and welcomed by both owners and other guests. By far the best meal we have had in Lyon during our four night visit to the Croixe Rouse area.

Arrived to Lyon late so most kitchens were closed or closing. The wonderful staff at this little gem were about to close the kitchen but kept it open for us and even gave us extra dishes and adjusted one dish (due to one of us being vegetarian – which is, by the way, not optimal when looking for dinner options in Lyon). Food was good, especially the burrata, but what really makes this place stand out is the warm and friendly atmosphere.

Tried this restaurant on a public holiday when you usually expect lesser quality food and service. Both the food and service were excellent and we ended up spending several hours with the friendly staff and other customers. Highly recommended for a foody break in the neighborhood!
