Very terrible experience, bought online and picked up in store, shoes are very bad quality!!!! you can't ask for refund even if the shoes are very poor quality and defective, and have obviously been worn for a while and resold to customer!! A brand without integrity！WILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN!!!!

Super lovely ladies helping in the shop today. I didn’t get their names but they were here in this branch on 15.07.2024 at 14.16. Lovely collection of real leather shoes with squishy soles! Very happy.

2 sales person inside and they didn't even greet me or say hello... and the same 2 were helping one person in store. I guess they just really don't care about making sales in this store.

Even though I was aware of bad reviews about l’intervalle customer service, I made my purchase online. I got my parcel in a few days after I ordered. The shoes (leeds and Cadman) were both 38 , the size that I usually wear with other shoemakers. However, they were too big for me and I asked to exchange them for 37. The cadmans were sold out and they made a refund very quickly. I send Leeds back and received the right size in couple of days. I’m very happy with my purchase and I hope these boots are gonna be comfortable. As for bad reviews I’ve seen on google maps, i think if there was an issue with their customer service, l’intervalle did everything to improve themselves. So don’t be scared to order from them! P.S. I wish there was an easy way to send items back like a prepaid form for Canada post or simply drop off location in one of your stores. That would definitely make shopping and exchange experience faster and easier instead of email conversion.

Amazing service! Reem is such an amazing sales lady who texted me few minutes after leaving the store to draw my attention on a mistake that occurred during a transaction. Since the mistake was in my favour, the money was put back into my account at once! I also sensed her high attentiveness to after sale service. Tx you for having such beautiful people working with us consumers :)

The high heeled sandals are beautiful but most of them are made really narrow. I hope they change this in the future and cater more to women with regular width feet. I tried on 2 pairs that were not as narrow but they were not comfortable. Also, there was a large gap between the sole and my instep ? I have never encountered this problem . A shame, just beautiful to look at. I did purchase a beautiful leather purse. It was a replica of a designer purse that cost $700. You can barely tell the difference as the quality of the purse from L'intervalle was excellent. Customer service was pleasant.
