Everything was fresh and scrumptious! Worth the money. Multiple options for vegetarian. Friendly staff. Service was quick. Order given in take out boxes or wrappers. Highly recommend the crispy tofu salad.

Got a breakfast sandwich, tasted great. Well cooked and delicious. Def recommend. I will def be back.

I am obsessed with chicken ceasar wraps and this place makes it among the best! I tried the picante version and it was just the perfect amount of spicy. It did complemented the flavors perfectly. I will be going back for lunch at least once a week!

Google
It's a good sandwich spot if you are looking for something quick. If you want to sit and have a nice chat, I'd recommend going elsewhere Staff is great. Update: finished sandwich. Not very good. Perhaps (I hope) it was just the day i went.

Google
Disappointed for the first time. I’ve been eating their sandwich for 6/7 years by now! Always loved the sandwich and how fresh it is. But today it was disappointing- bread didn’t taste like before and it was soggy. Lettuce was kinda dark -it smells. I ordered take out and I requested for utensil and it was not there as well. Always used to be my spot for quick grab and go lunch! Sadly not anymore!

Google
Overall rating: 4.6 I have been coming here for years and get the same thing: a lenwich. The sandwich has changed a bit over the years, but it’s still good and fits the need. I will say previously in the early 2000s, they gave full pickles that were really good. However post Covid, they now give pickles in containers and they are NOT good. Do not recommend. I go to this location for lunch and it’s a bit disorganized. They should consider having screens so you can see when your order is ready vs relying on being able to hear from the staff in a crowded, loud place. If you’re craving a deli sandwich, it’s good.

Google
The crispy fish sandwich is amazing. They put in potato chips which adds to the flavor and texture. The ability to customize their sandwiches is very useful.

Google
Solid cheaper Italian sandwich here. Never been before, but came here for the first time not too long ago with coworkers and got the Jimmy T. They do offer a dozen or more options. Came around 1:30 in the afternoon and the line/wait wasn't too bad, but had a steady stream of customers still and plenty of seating for those who wish to eat there. Definitely would go back now that I know how decent their sandwich is.

Yelp
I had some UberEats credit to use and decided to finally give Lenwich a try after seeing a Buy One, Get One Free promotion on the app. I ordered one of their classic sandwiches, nothing too fancy, just ham, turkey, and coleslaw. For around $17 total, I got two fully loaded sandwiches. That's a great deal, especially considering how generous they are with the portions. The sandwich itself was solid. Fresh bread (had the sourdough), packed with deli meat, and a nice balance of flavors thanks to the coleslaw. It was hearty and really satisfying. I wasn't expecting much beyond a typical deli sandwich, but Lenwich definitely delivered on quality and size. It felt like a meal that was made with care and attention, not something slapped together last minute. This first experience left a great impression and I'm definitely planning to try more of their menu. With the portion size and the value, especially with promotions, Lenwich makes for a reliable go-to when you're craving something straightforward and filling. Looking forward to exploring the rest of their sandwich lineup soon.

Yelp
I love getting lunch at Lenwich! I appreciate how you can customize your order to be exactly what you want. I have always received an accurate order, and employees are always friendly. My favorite is the honey turkey with cheddar cheese and apple slices. Give it a try!

Yelp
My go to work day lunch anytime I'm in NYC!! Hands down the best chicken Caesar wrap in the city. I've tried finding something similar in Houston since I've moved away from the city and it just hasn't worked yet. I dream about this wrap!! Service is always incredibly fast & when I've picked up the wrap inside is always clean with friendly staff.

Yelp
Salad was so good and the gentle man who made it was very kind. The girls at checkout were very slow and not sure what they were on. Its like a grey cloud was on top of all of them. Thats main reason why I didnt give 5 stars. Middle of getting my salad, someone informs the guy making our food that the cc machines are down and they can only take cash. The place was completely empty. The girls in the cashier couldnt inform us once we walked in?! i saw this happen to other customers as well. They were done getting their food and when it was time to check out the girls told the other customers "cash only, card machine isnt working". And the customers would then walk out. WASTE OF FOOD! Mind you there were 4 cash cashier girls doing nothing. If you hate your job then why be somewhere where you have to communicate with people.

Yelp
I got a kale chicken Caesar salad and it was ok. It was not very tasty in comparison to Just Salad and other salad places. Unfortunately I didn't notice until the end that the chicken was undercooked. I will not be buying here again as a precaution.

Fyja R.

Yelp
"I had never tried tuna pesto before, and I must say, my first experience didn't disappoint! The pesto flavor was just right--not too strong--and it paired wonderfully with the tuna. The avocado was fresh and added a great touch. My only wish is that the sandwich had been a bit larger, especially considering the $13.99 price tag."

Kimberly H.

Yelp
I got the viral chicken Caesar wrap and it was worth the hype. The ingredients were fresh and evenly chopped with the right amount of dressing. I will be back to have another!

Yelp
I came here solely for the spicy chicken Caesar wrap and it did NOT disappoint. So good would have again, maybe as a salad next time. Came during lunch on a workday and it was busy, but always moving. Plenty of tables available too.

C A.

Yelp
I loveeeee the chicken Caesar salad on a spinach wrap. It is amazing every single time. They are so consistent.

Jessica C.

Yelp
An annoying fast-casual restaurant. The menu's are qr codes, but there's no service in the building...otherwise menu's are posted across the restaurant, so you need to walk around the whole place just to see sandwich/salad/etc. options. I ordered the toasted bello melt sandwich on rye. The taste was fine, but it was so small, that my hand was bigger than it. For a $13 sandwich which left me hungry after, it was not worth it.

Food E.

Yelp
This location has gone so downhill! I decided to give it another try despite the overpricing for the convenience. My $16. sandwich was without exaggeration inedible. The grilled chicken was so overcooked & dry it was literally stuck in my throat. I considered at least giving to a homeless person as I hate waste, but they would choke on it too. Never again!

Alyssa P.

Yelp
High-end lunch spot. I appreciated the vegetarian options but the caprese sandwich had too many ingredients. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing!!

Diego P.

Yelp
If you're looking for an amazing sandwich packed with your favorite meats and cheeses look no further. the bread is fresh the meats they use are top quality and the sandwiches are huge. what more can you ask for.

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
These sandwiches are really great. The first time I got it was through ritual and during the dollar dash deal, so I expected it to be really small considering I only paid $1 but it was the juiciest most filling sandwich I've ever had. It was the the Havana sandwich and came with a really great garlic aioli. Amazing. This time I got the Lenwich sandwich on focaccia bread and it was delicious. I try not to finish them because they're so big and filling but they honestly just taste that good. It's nice to have a sandwich that's not frugal with its meat/filling

Jessica R.

Yelp
Katie, the employee at the pickup station handed me the wrong order after waiting 20 additional minutes for my order from the time it was marked as ready. she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I walked back to my office which is thankfully nearby to open my sandwich to realize it was completely the wrong order. so I called to have the issue resolved and had to wait another 10 minutes to have my order corrected. This Lenwich is located in a fast paced heavily populated area if there is one thing the business should understand it is that "time is money". careless and thoughtless experience. do better

Josephine P.

Yelp
Ordered for carry out. Tuna melt was good and so was their cheesesteak but order taker got my instructions wrong. Ordered two sandwiches but got 3. Third one was 2 slices of American cheese on white bread when I wanted the cheese on my tuna sandwich, white bread.

Ruby C.

Yelp
I've only had the sandwiches twice, but I would have to say that the first time I had it, it was a better pick of the sandwich. I had the Lenwich the first time and the TC the second. Both were ok, but there was more flavor in the Lenwich. The TC seems more healthy, but sadly I felt like I mainly tasted the coleslaw in it. I like that they do pack the sandwich so you do get quite a bit in it. Both times I got it with 7 grain whole wheat which is pretty good. The bread is quite soft, but I think it soaks up liquid too quick so it doesn't hold us as well. The time I got the TC, I ate it in store and yet the bread still felt like it was already getting soggy. Maybe I would have to try a different type of bread if I went back, but overall I think their sandwiches are pretty decent. I haven't tried anything else so I can't say how the other food is. Other than the food, service is pretty quick. When I first went there I didn't know that you ordered at specific areas and then paid at the cashier. They have sections for different food groups. I noticed that that if you order near closing, they do ask that you order at the cashier first though. I do wish that they opened later because 4PM feels quite early and there were many times when I wanted a sandwich but forget that they are closed and get disappointed. Other than that, I haven't really had a bad experience here.

Qing X.

Yelp
One of my favorite lunch places. They have a long menu and you have a lot of options there. Their salads are pretty fresh, healthy with well balanced flavors.

Yelp
~ Stingy ~ I ordered a cheese hero sandwich. There was two slices of Gouda cheese. There is supposed to be a thick layer of cheese and yet my order is treated like an appetizer and not an entree. There was way too much bread. The bread and cheese ratio doesn't make sense at all. Never going back again!

Jeff G.

Yelp
I love thanksgiving left overs and whenever I am close by a Lenwich I try to stop in to get the thanksgiving sandwich. I always ask for extra cranberry sauce and extra gravy. It is the best thanksgiving sandwich I have had.

Mia K.

Yelp
Bomb sandwiches! Super helpful and friendly staff. I love the set up in here. The seating is conducive for peer lunches or dining for one. It is an open floor layout and has cool artwork. The sandwiches are made with quality ingredients on soft, fresh bread. I would have given them 5 stars if they had not given me the wrong sandwich. Although the "wrong" sandwich was delicious I still wanted the one I ordered gosh darn it!

Alina V.

Yelp
Great spot for lunch. I usually get the vegetarian sandwich and it is amazing!! Packed full of veggies with some honey mustard and I usually get it on rye toast. I have also had the chickavo sandwich with grilled chicken, tomato, and avocado. A bit pricy for the sandwiches but that can be expected in the area. Also, you order in the back, then I usually pay at the front counter while I wait for them to make my sandwich. *update: I tried their lenwich sandwich this week, pastrami, corned beef, Cole slaw, Swiss and Russian dressing on pumpernickel, and it was absolutely delicious. I've added a picture of it to this review

Robert P.

Yelp
The only decent sandwich shop for lunch in the area. Pleasant staff and service. Menu does not change to much. Reliable.

Ginger B.

Yelp
I am glad this place uses the levelup app (yay for discounts!) and is near the office. For those who, like me, want to check out nutritional information before going somewhere for the first time, or want to check what is really in what they are ordering, I really, REALLY like that they have nutritional information online. I can see why some of the reviewers mentioned confusion as to the layout etc. I usually just come here for salad, which is ordered and paid for at one side of the room. They also have other counters for ordering, plus another counter for payment, and when it is the lunch rush you can't see the signs right away. As for the food - the price is pretty standard for the area - about $9 for one of their specialty salads. The staff is pretty accommodating about switching out ingredients for others that are the same price. (Most of these salads are cheaper this way instead of building your own with the same amount of ingredients.) Today I had a sandwich for the first time - the vegetarian - which was really good! It was on the low end of the price and calorie count because I had it on wheat bread, instead of a hero or wrap or whatever the other options were. My one gripe with the sandwich, which you can see in the picture - the avocado is the most filling item between the breads but it isn't applied (is that the right term?) from one side to the other. There were some bites without any avocado and, by the end bites with not much of anything.

Yelp
50% chance the person ringing you up will be a jerk--especially the ones that mumble and grumble at you. I don't need perky service, but please convince me you care at all. I've been here enough to say this is not a one time thing. Food quality is generally ok. They forgot cheese on my sandwich once.

Alma R.

Yelp
Spacious and great to be in and out for lunch. Plus points for non plastic salad bowl.

Elle J.

Yelp
Giving this place 5 stars because the simple turkey sandwich was honest to G*d the best turkey sandwich I've had in the city! The people who worked there were very nice and quick too! The perfect lunch before heading to the Natural History Museum!

Greg G.

Yelp
It's a Lenwich, more or less the same as all the other. Standard sandwiches, hot food, coffee, other stuff. My personal favorite sandwich is the Thanksgiving, but they're all good. And definitely filling - they don't skimp on the fillings. Knocking off a point because even at 1:30 pm after the lunch rush, it still took 15-20 minutes to get one sandwich. Didn't seem that busy in there to me..

Aliana O.

Yelp
I wish i can give negative 5 stars. A whole 30 min wait to get one wrap! I understand it gets busy and things can get backed up but it was fully staffed and many people who placed their order after me got their food before me. If they would have apologized or seemed remorseful i could have let it go but they didnt! Don't waste your time.

Sharon T.

Yelp
Annoying and confusing ordering system. Seriously, there are lines for each type of food (salad, sandwich, pastries, etc) they have. Even the Penn Station location isn't as complicated and there's more people coming in and out of there, supposedly. I ordered one of my favorite sandwiches, the Emma, and it felt a lot thinner than what I'd usually get at the Penn Station location. By the time I went up to the register, the cashier was really odd. Her mind was just lost and somewhere else, and she even rotated with another team member in the middle of my transaction...WTH! I know they're trying to keep up with the separate lines system that pretty much most food places in FiDi have adapted, but it is absolutely the worst and most of the time, disorderly. Wasn't a filling sandwich as I'd have liked, but sadly, this is the only Lenny's closest to my job.

Andrew B.

Yelp
Sometimes Yelp does the work for me: "Eek! Methinks not." That sums up Lenny's. A few co-workers said I should check it out. So using less judgment than I should have I made the long walk on a nice day. The inside itself is visually appealing enough. I went at 2pm but it is obviously made to deal with the cattle cars of arriving light blue shirts that hit sometime around noon. They do the whole order here, pick up here, pay here thing with a buzzer that I think is wholly overkill. Regardless it took them 10 minutes to make my sandwich when it was dead empty. I ordered "The Big Daddy" on a whole wheat roll. The big daddy was over $9 after taxes, woefully small, and apparently contained: "Grilled Steak, Avocado, Melted Fresh Mozzarella, Crispy Onion, Roasted Red Peppers & Sriracha". All I tasted was dried out steak-umm and red peppers. Hell, the diet pepsi max I was drinking with it had a more distinct flavor. Never again.

Madeleine Q.

Yelp
Wow, Lenwich was simply spectacular. The atmosphere is also amazing. Lenwich has a magnificent Buffalo Chicken, this dish will blow you away with its incredible taste and flavor. Nice staff, too. I'm giving 5 stars to Lenwich, only because I can not give 6 or 7.

Laura C.

Yelp
Free treat until 9-26 because of their anniversary, bottle water or bag of chips if you buy a sandwich or salad

Adriana K.

Yelp
This vegetarian sandwich is thicccck, they stuff a whole garden into it and swap the cilantro pesto for the honey mustard to make it vegan.

Leonard S.

Yelp
Well went into the store and if you have any food allergies don't eat the this chain. The reuse food that customers don't want even if opened. Today I watched them just take the cheese off a sandwich for dairy allergic customer and try to just give it back with the same bread and lettuce, even though the customer asked for new and did order and have a recipe that said no cheese. The ingredients were then put back into service to the next sandwich. Disgusting to say the least. They should have a F for food handling.

Cin C.

Yelp
I've been going to Lenny's Sandwiches at the new place that opened on Park Place in the Financial District. I am a fan of their H4 (aka fatty sammich, in my own mind). It is made with a heaping mound of fresh sliced turkey and pastrami and then topped with cole slaw, russian dressing and cheese. It's so big that I can only eat half at a time. That's what she said! The sandwiches are fresh due to the fresh ingredients. I like that the hero version of the H4 only sets me back about $10.50 which is a deal in these parts. I highly recommend. I've been wanting to try other sandwiches but this is so good that I'm afraid to venture away from it and be disappointed.

Larrie H.

Yelp
The Italian sandwich is so sour and salty. The meat and veggies are fresh but the sauce is trash. Would never come back.

Jack D.

Yelp
Made the mistake of trying this place as a ny bagel experience. They messed up my order, and on top of that, the egg sandwich is deceptively cheap, but only because they just microwave and egg and throw it between a warmed up bagel. LAME. I'm not usually disappointed after spending $4 on anything, but I was here.

Nazia B.

Yelp
First time I walked in here to get breakfast and I ended up walking right out of there. Dead cockroach on the staircase by the entrance. How gross!

Janelle B.

Yelp
I had a really good experience ordering delivery with Armando. He took my phone call on a presumably busy day for take out orders (rainy day), and gave me an exhaustive list of all of my drink and dessert options. He was super patient and kind, despite the fact that I probably should have read the menu properly before calling :/ It's always refreshing to get good customer service!

Latoya M.

Yelp
I love Lenwich!! This particular location is clean, a great size and the food is oh so good. I have never been disappointed. The oatmeal is delish!! I find myself in there almost everyday. Great menu with lots of variety!!

Aishwarya S.

Yelp
I looooove Lenny's. It's one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spot. A great place to eat when your dieting or sick. When I worked nearby I used to go to this place frequently. Now I moved but I still order here through delivery. The park place Lenny's is the only one Ive been to so I can't comment on the other shops. Why do I like Lenwich? It's because their ingredients are clean and portions large. When I mean their portions are large Im not referring to the large burger/pot pie or junk food, I'm referring to their veggies and protein. When I ask for an avocado salad with boiled egg, I get half avocado and almost an entire boiled egg. Plus Tomatoes, onions and lettuce are free with the salad. Their sandwiches are delicious too. When Im sick I get the chicken noodle soup. Their hazelnut iced coffee is my to-go coffee. And all the yogurt muffins are huge and delicious, get the red velvet muffin if you see it because they get sold quickly, the cappuccino muffin is good too. The reason why I say that their ingredients are clean is that they don't add anything extra.A salad will only have the specified ingredients, nothing fattening unless mentioned. Other stores sell salad that taste delicious but are like 800 calories but Lenny's doesn't taste heavy. I mean if you're gonna order the Caesar salad with cheese and bacon its gonna be 800 calories but if you get the sunshine salad with no cheese you are definitely gonna lose weight. If anyone is complaining it tastes flavorless here its because they don't add added ingredients (I can't confirm this and Im saying this purely from my experience and taste). This place is one of the places I frequented that helped me lose weight.

Santanu B.

Yelp
Awesome subs n sandwiches. Grest varuety. Despite being a chain, it is much better than subway and its likes. A quality chain indeed. Will go there again for some meaty sammwiches!

Daniel G.

Yelp
Had the chicken salad sandwich lunch as part of the Mealpal plan. Relatively flavorless with very little actual meat. Mostly filler. Bread was alright. Would be willing to try an alternate meal, but this was pretty useless.

Customer S.

Yelp
Rude staff, rushed and noisy place Also it took 10 minutes to get a sandwich when the place wasn't even busy at 2:15 PM. Food was mediocre. The overly shredded lettuce killed the sandwich. For $9 a sandwich I expect better quality. I've been to the one in the Village and the salad was blah there too. But you can go down the street to the deli at the Amish Market and the sandwiches are 10 times better. The attitude and lack of attentiveness of the staff really annoyed me.

Adam B.

Yelp
The place it self is clean and inviting, and not terribly busy at 2ish when I normally take lunch. It's nice to have a new option in the area, but I doubt I'll be back any time soon. I ordered the chicken cordon blu, which couldn't possibly be anymore flavorless. Dry ham, shredded lettuce, and soggy breaded chicken is not something you can get away with charging $9.25 for. Maybe there are other good menu items, but I have no desire to find out anytime soon. A bad taste was literally, left in my mouth.

Tahsin Z.

Yelp
Had Lenny's for the first time today. I was confused at first since there's 3 places you have to go to to finally get your order. The staff here don't seem friendly and in a bad mood as if they don't want to be there. (Maybe it was the rain) However they did do their jobs and were quick. Besides that everything else was great. Very spacious and clean. I ordered the Pastrami with rye bread and American cheese. It was veryyy good and hit the spot. Way better then subways for sure! Price was fair too about 7 dollars and change which is reasonable. I sure will go back to this place in the future.
