I love it a lot, the door is not directly opened which gives a little space and feel better in the store. They have a lot of collections and magazines, those photos in the magazines looked very nice!

Had a great buying experience, No pushing accessories or anything else,In fact I went in and told them I was looking for a camera package I was asked what I wanted to shoot and he showed me a couple cameras-I walked out with my new camera in about 20 mins and yes they did say if I needed any more information on using the camera don’t hesitate to stop in

We stopped in because my friend has been wanting a Leica. The staff was great! Friendly and informative, but never pushy! I had to park across the street in an area marked no parking. They let me know they really enforce the parking in that area. I kept an eye on my vehicle. One of the guys working there, Stewart, told me he’d go stand with the vehicle. As long as someone was with it, they’d leave it alone. So he went out and stood with it at least 10-15 minutes so we could do our looking around! That was way above and beyond! Great store! Really made us feel valued!

awful experience. spoke to someone about a trade in and sent photos. no one ever replied. called back and store manage, I believe answered and was off putting and curt. made me feel like I was wasting his time. basically told me that the are not interested in trading in my Leica Q2 Monochrom. WOW. will never walk into that store or even bother asking them a question. Leica is such a small community and didn't expect such rudeness. AVOID. leica Miami is the best

Rudest Leica store staff I’ve ever encountered. They’ll make sure you feel unwelcome and beneath them by visibly sighing at you when you ask for anything. Get a new job if you hate dealing with customers

Got a pre owned camera here with the peace of mind knowing that it was checked over by Leica. The nice salesman pointed me in the direction of a clean example. He threw in a fabricated metal thumb holder that they had on a different example. The manager looked over the camera and made sure the firmware was updated. Nice box and bag. Had to write a good review. 👍
