I have come here many times but was not impressed with recent visit. Took a pair of shoes to be cleaned and they completely ruined the suede and changed the Colour. When I picked the shoes up- he denied that the shoes were ever a different Colour. The suede was ruined- if you can’t clean them correctly they should have said prior that they wouldn’t be able to do it. See before and after

They turned me away for a shoe shine 10 minutes before closing even though they were seeing no other customers. I walked down the block to Jacob’s Shoe Repair, which closes at the same time, and they took care of me with no hesitation. Take your business there instead.

My beige Givenchy Antigona was looking pretty beat up and stained so I sent it in to have it dyed black. It looks brand new again! Right after they received it by mail, they contacted me to make sure what I was expecting and if I had any questions. The turnaround was faster than I expected as well. Overall, a wonderful experience!

If you would like your quality leather item to be completely ruined and destroyed this is place to go. I brought them leather cover from very expensive sofa to sew unstitched seams and was promised that will done by hand and instead of that I received my item back in 4 weeks sewn by machine with jammed and uneven stitched and with green paint spots all over. Now I have no sofa :(((

Excellent service. My boots needed to basically be completely altered for my calves. My suede leather prada boots look amazing. It did take a while (which they did prep for) 5 weeks and it happened. They keep you updated as well within the timeline. Great service
