La Goutte d'Or Patisserie

Just sublime, nice array of trendy desserts with classics executed to the finest. Biggest dilemma is figuring out what to choose. Great customer service, with a nice sample of their “popcorn crack”, looking forward to my next visit.

The pastries have good flavor but are way too sweet. The lime pastry especially was a let down due to this however the Mont fuji was less sweet while having good texture and combinations of flavor.

Tarte vanillé pécan ( vanilla pecan tart) was absolutely amazing! It captures and enhances the subtle flavors of vanilla and pecan. Vanilla pecan tart: The top disc is white chocolate which I didn't care much for but underneath the layers were to die for: crunchy tart base, caramelized pecans, almond cake all surrounded by a delicately sweet vanilla bourbon cream. Paris Marrekech (Paris Morroco) is a simply delicious harmony of classic Parisian and Morrocan flavors: pistachio, Orange blossom and dates. Pâte à choux base filles with date jam, pistachio praline and pistachio cream. If I had to choose I would prefer the Paris Marrekech but wish I had more of the date flavor coming through. Both were super delicious though and the service is very friendly. Definitely a place to stop by for high quality pastries.

Super cute place with amazing tarts and small bites

Delicious pastries . This place was suggested by a French pastry chef herself. Clean inside. Small but the owner was very sweet.

I had THE best plain croissant here. I’m glad I found it.

Stunning modern French pastries with beautiful ingredients. Having by now probably sampled all of the classic offerings and several of the seasonal specials, I can declare that this is my favourite patisserie in Paris (and I have been feasting on desserts all over town for more than five years). I highly recommend Goutte d'Or to everyone I know and encourage you to go there too.
