Perched by the Black Eagle Marina, La Copa Llena serves playful Puerto Rican fusion dishes paired with stunning sunset views, cocktails, and an inviting beachy vibe.
"Rum with a View Enjoy a delicious drink at my favorite place in Rincon—La Copa Llena at the Black Eagle. The best food in town, its menu of always-changing gourmet dishes accompanies the best sunsets. I come here once every couple of weeks, and I've always been satisfied with the food, drinks, and service."
"Framed perfectly by swaying palms and strung with delicate fairy lights, La Copa Llena feels like a rom-com setting. Though the restaurant is known for its farm-to-table tapas, the cocktails alone are worth the trip to Rincón. There are playful tropical riffs on classics (like the Spicy Parchatini, a vodka Martini with a splash of chili-infused passionfruit juice), plus easy-sipping summery concoctions (like the Rincón Shandy, made with Medalla beer, gin, lime, and orange). There's also a small wine list featuring mainly Spanish and Chilean whites." - Kris Fordham
"A breezy oceanfront restaurant so gorgeously picturesque it feels like you're walking into the last scene of a rom-com. The outdoor terrace is framed perfectly by swaying palms, strung with delicate fairy lights, and looks directly out over the sunset. The tapas-style appetizers are tiny but pack a punch: think bites of smoky chistorra sausage with roasted red peppers, anchovies and eggs on slices of crusty baguette, and perfectly fried tostones. The mains are seafood-centric and dance with global and local flavors, like the catch-of-the-day curry, served with plantains and coconut rice. Most of the ingredients are sourced locally and so the menu changes often, but you can expect playful and inventive Puerto Rican fusion cuisine that doesn't take itself too seriously." - Kris Fordham
