I stopped in here to purchase a bag of coffee and asked for a few recommendations, I was given a few options and we narrowed down to one that I’d probably like based on other coffees I’ve tried. The customer service was exceptional and I would definitely visit again. Pricing wasn’t bad either and the bagged coffee includes a free cold brew or drip coffee.

I ordered an Americano to- go and as always, for past 10+ years, specify "3 shots only, not 4". The woman who took my order charges me for an extra shot (Saturday 10/12 @ 4:30 pm approx). Does she not know that your americano in a to- go cup has 4 shots? This is the 2nd time this has happened with this exact same person. She goes on to tell me that the price went up recently. I responded "NO, it did not. I just paid $4.90 three days ago". Then another barista came over trying to cancel my transaction. I left after being told they had cancelled my payment and had given me a free coffee but that wasn't the case. 10 years of drinking your coffee every single day and you still rob from me?! That woman is obnoxious.

The drinks are basic and barista rude for no reason whatsoever. You gotta become a coffee expert before you come into this place because they will judge about asking basic coffee questions for your drink. Then they have the nerve to get mad when you give them 0 tip 😂. VERY WEIRD PEOPLE. The Drinks not worth it either NYC is a big place with better workers and drinks. Will give 0 stars if possible.

La Colombe is my favorite coffee shop, I came in with my friend this Saturday afternoon to use a gift card I had. First, the employees were out loud saying they wanted the customers to leave, 30 minutes before closing. The worst part was the woman who took my order, when I asked nicely for an iced latte with Chocolate, she stated with a strong attitude “so a mocha???”, caught me and my friend off guard. Of course not everyone has your menu memorized by heart, be more patient and respectful when customers are ordering. Proceeded to be passive aggressive with me taking my order for no reason. I know everyone wants to go home after a long shift, but your job is customer service, be nice to the people that come in and buy the overpriced coffee that pays your bills. Long story short, the unnecessary attitude, side eye, and passive aggressiveness over a COFFEE was crazy. The rest of the reviews don’t lie, horrible customer service.

La Colombe stays winning because of winning coffee. whether drip, draft latte, cold brews--the caffeine is consistent + more importantly enjoyable to drink. busy location, pretty well-maintained. never sat here bc New York is always moving so should you if you're a shark.

What’s with the girl with the blonde streak bang girl always rubbing her nose and hair before preparing your coffee? I stopped coming to this location because of her nastiness. Wash your hands if you’re touching your face and hair before preparing coffee. It’s so gross. This location was always on point, my go to. I stopped coming altogether and recently came in and remembered why I stopped coming. Everyone is rude and unsanitary.
