It’s my favorite craft beer bar in Lille. I’ve been here twice. There are almost 30 beers on tap that you can find on Untappd. They also have food. The staff are overall pretty nice and knowledgeable about the beer. Only 4 stars because there’s this one time where I asked a guy at the bar if I can try one beer on the tap (this is common practice in craft beer bars I think) and he said no and expressed it in a not so nice way.

Probably one of the bigger craft beer pubs in Lille, with 20+ draft beers. Mainly French craft breweries, with a very nice variety of styles. Styles are marked with clear icons. You can ask for a small taster to sample if you prefer a beer. Prices are very fair. Cosy atmosphere, nice seating area at the bar or windows.

Lovely experience and selection of craft beers. The lady at the front was very proactive and helpful. Great service (rare in Lille) and good beers. Overall, a bit expensive though you pay 5+ euros for a small glass (less than half a pint) so can’t give it a 5 stars

We went overboard since we loved the beers so much. All of their selections is so unique and has a lot of different flavours + depth. I love sours so it was fun to try a few of their pastry sours. Au Quebec pastry sour smelled exactly like Canadian maple syrup. So fun here!

My wife and I visited on 4 October, having made a reservation that allowed us to sit upstairs. It was quiet compared to downstairs: that's exactly what we wanted, as we're a few decades beyond liking noise and bustle. We each had two beers, and both were excellent. Overall we both enjoyed La Capsule, and recommend a visit. If you want to avoid crowds go as early as possible, and consider making a reservation.

A nice place where the hosts know about their beer. Almost 24 beers on tap, it's one of the best draft beer places you can find in Lille and highly recommended to visit if you are into beer. It's unfortunate that tasting plate is not available on weekends; other than that..it's a cool place to have some nice craft beer with good options.

Fantastic place for beer in Lille. Normal prices, laid back vibes, helpful staff, big choice and also small beer on tap for me or anyone who is not a big beer lover. A win! Do not miss Choco gringo, I still dream about it!
