Nice museum where the exhibitions change frequently. There's always something new to see. The downside is that often one of the rooms is not available. It's definitely worth checking out if you're visiting or living in the city! (The ticket prices are a bit steep if you don't have a discount (or museum card etc). )

Amazing museum hiding many exhibitions. These exhibitions are changed, so museum can be visited many times and always brings something new to your mind. Because of many exhibitions, I recommend to schedule at least three hours for its visit. When I was there, one of the best part was the hall with the photo masterpieces of Richard Avedon. His work and portraits speak by itself is something so impressive, that I looked at it at least one and half hour. Museum is really welk situated in the center of Rotterdam and for sure worths for your visit!

It all depends on the current exhibitions but they're mostly very interesting and high quality. I do prefer the ones that have a bit of an interactive add-on. Anyways, Kunsthal is a good space to experience a bit of everything and worth visiting a couple of times a year.

Great bronze sculptures of Thomas Price (Matters of Place) and amazingly beautiful moving natural impressions by Eelco Brand (In Motion). I could watch them for hours.

Truly the heart of art in Rotterdam. The building itself is joyful and comfortable to explore. Expositions are varied and suitable for different tastes and art "craves". Of course there are hits and misses from pretentious conceptual pieces to truly original and thoughtful masterpieces. But that art and options to explore every possible variety is truly important. And Kunsthal in Rotterdam provides those opportunities. Encourage you to visit!

We can call this a museum of modern art! Exhibitions are not permanent and this is what makes it always exciting to visit the museum regularly if you happen to live in or nearby Rotterdam. Every floor has a 'themed' exhibition that is carefully crafted and executed. Absolutely recommended!

Had a decent time at the museum. I was expecting a bit more then what they had on offer so I was a bit disappointed. Upon entry it was also very busy at the counter so it took a bit before getting in the museum. The exhibitions on view were decent but it could of been more interesting.
