I lost a screw from my glasses and the arm fell off. I stopped in the Royal location and asked if it would be possible for them to repair my glasses. A very kind and pleasant Tim helped me and completed the repair in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service Tim and very much appreciated.😄

An Unforgettable Sunglass Shopping Experience! If you’re looking for more than just a shopping trip, Krewe in New Orleans is the place to be! My husband and I initially visited for him to check out sunglasses, but it turned into an unforgettable experience thanks to the amazing team. Tim, Ella, Lexie, and Ron turned our visit into a fun, engaging adventure. Tim, in particular, went above and beyond with his enthusiasm and expertise—he truly made us feel like VIPs. I ended up trying on several pairs, and the staff’s energy was infectious. We had a blast laughing, doing runway walks, and even having the team vote on their favorite styles. The whole team provided fantastic recommendations that matched my style perfectly, and I nearly left with five pairs! Krewe made shopping an extraordinary experience, and I’m now a lifelong fan. Thank you, Tim, Ella, Lexie, and Ron, for such a memorable time and for making us feel so special!

I've been a Krewe loyalist since 2018, when I bought my first pair at the New Orleans flagship store while on vacation. But it wasn't until my visit back to this same store on Friday that I said to myself, okay I HAVE to write a review! When I walked in in the morning, a warm and helpful woman immediately assisted me, even though it was clear I was there to get help with fixing three pairs of sunglasses I already owned (and not buying a new pair). She not only maintained her friendly and helpful demeanor, but wow, did she HELP! She happily and easily straightened one pair, she replaced the plastic nose pad on another pair with a more comfortable metal one, and she told me the third pair of sunglasses I brought in was beyond repair (my son sat on them) but proceeded to figure out a way I could trade them in for a credit for a replacement pair! It was BEYOND what 99% of any other store would ever do. I was wow'd. And that, my friends, is why I'm exclusively a Krewe girl. ...Okay, and because of the unique designs and legitimate high quality (opposed to other designer brands that are mainly $$$ because of the logo slapped on). When I returned with my family later that day, the same woman and a different employee helped my mom find the perfect pair, offering thoughts and suggestions. Whoever is responsible for the hiring and training process at this store...kudos, keep it up, and congrats on understanding the long-term business effect of successful brand and advocacy building. And to the magnificent staff member who helped me - thank you for being awesome. :)

My husband and I went here to find some sunglasses for myself. I almost left because I was overwhelmed and I liked many pairs. Until we went upstairs and we met Ron- he was awesome. Great customer service and lots of patience. He took the time to help us and gave us his opinion what did look well on us and what didn’t. My husband and I both ended up buying new pair of sunglasses. Thank you so much for your help Ron.

Glasses are great, but their customer service is absolute garbage, hence the 1-star. Had their customer service been at least a little bit helpful, I’d give more stars. They’re just absolutely horrible.

Very happy with our experience in this beautiful store. All of the staff were so helpful, patient, and not pushy. I bought my first pair of "fancy" sunglasses, and I love them.

Thought it was weird that they don’t show prices, but had an easy experience. Was in and out with a nice pair of shades and the customer service was great. This is my first pair of Krewe’s so will have to see how they hold up.
