Kith Williamsburg

Kith Williamsburg is hands down one of the best retail experiences I've had in the city. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the atmosphere – a perfect blend of style, energy, and top-tier service. The store itself is an aesthetic dream, with every corner showcasing Kith’s signature blend of luxury and streetwear. But what really stood out was the service. Despite the chaos of a big release day, the team was on point. A special shoutout to the handsome Hispanic gentleman with the puffy hair who took care of me. Through all the madness, he kept everything smooth and efficient, making sure I was taken care of without feeling rushed. Even with the crowd, he still managed to make me feel like a VIP, which is no easy feat in a busy spot like Kith. Truly appreciated his vibe and attention to detail. This is definitely a place where great style meets great service, and I’ll be coming back for sure.

My roommate loves sneakers and streetwear so he has been planning to visit Kith Williamsburg location for a while. He was so excited and really enjoyed to shop there since the decor is cozy and the collection is various with full lineup. He would like to buy mini streetwear for our baby girl but I turned him down since she grows too fast. All I needed was ice cream so I headed to KITH Treats for their new flavor infused with churros and also had churros topping on it. We got The Churro Vanilla Ice Cream Swirl and the portion was huge. It looked adorable and also tasted great, rich & creamy. We loved the crunchy texture of churro cereal too.

Kate was nice. The girl at the register with the short blonde hair was rude! I wanted to make sure all my items were being rung out because i did not see 1 of the items so i ask and she gives me a blank stare as if im a mind reader. Then she asks me for my ID for my purchase of almost $300 but my friend was there earlier purchased almost 6 hundred dollars worth of things and wasnt ID’d. Never said “hi”.. never said “thank you”.. just rude. I get it you probably dont get paid enough to be friendly, maybe you should consider getting another job!

Horrible customer service!! If you have children, do not come to this store. First, they look at you as if you were a strange insect, second. I went with my two children three times, they always told me that children have to be seated, if one of them touched a shoe they immediately came and said that they could not touch it, my God, it made me nervous to be in that store. Everything was a warning. Who wants to buy like that? Never again!! The staff working at the door are nice but the cashiers and the man serving people downstairs are NOT! Also, my mother-in-law went to exchange a pair of shoes that she had previously exchanged for a shirt. It turns out that they didn't want to give me the full amount of credit back!!! This store is a red flag! There is a woman who does provide good service. I don't remember her name, but she seems to be Hispanic.

Kith Treats’ desserts are amazingly delicious. Choose from either their preset combinations or make up your own blend from their ingredients. Cinthya, Elijah, and Charles are masters of their crafts. They are very informative and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Keep on the look out for new additions to the menu, the limited editions are thought out with interesting concepts. This location also has an exclusive Stuffed Waffle filled with Black and White cookies…it’s a dream on a plate.

I visited the Kith store this afternoon to look for some cute, but practical sneakers for the spring & summer. Vivian gave me some affordable and stylish options and they ended up fitting great! I'd definitely recommend asking for Vivian. The store itself is beautiful, make sure to grab a treat before you go as well. I'd definitely stop by again whenever I'm in the area!

By far the best kith I have ever been in, I’ve been to kith Miami , kith Hawaii, kith soho, kith Flatbush, plus more but this one is by far the most welcoming, always love when you come in the door. I Especially Jonathan, he took his time with me even tho I was a pain in the ass didn’t complain not once and helped every step of the way I wish there was more workers like that in every clothing store.

Usually the staff are always so kind and helpful when I go in. Unfortunately my opinion / experience of the store has now been tainted by one particularly rude, obnoxious and unhelpful woman cashier today. Bad representation of the brand.
