It functions as a café, bar, restaurant, and event space—it hosts the Last-Minute Open Jazz Festival every August—as well as an inn, complete with three apartments with kitchenettes and Wi-Fi. Book a room and spend the night, or simply head to one of the interior stone terraces and while away an evening over food, drinks, and interesting conversation with fellow guests. I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I did eat at the restaurant and it was hands down, some of the best food I’ve ever had! I came with a large group of 22 people for a pre wedding night dinner and the owner was so accommodating, friendly and attentive. The outdoor seating was beautiful, the truffle pasta and seafood dishes were divine and we all had a blast! We knew they weren’t accustomed to such a large group, so we had to be patient as each meal is prepped and cooked in a small kitchen, but it was worth the wait. Thank you so much for making this one of the best stops on my Croatia trip! All of the wedding guests were non stop raving about this lovely spot too!

We went to this gorgeous, funky place that plays jazz music. It's really cute and the food is awesome, the surroundings are formidably wonderful. The hosts are warm and gracious. I'll have to go back in the summer.

It's an amazingly cute and cozy place in the heart of Bale, which is in itself already a lovely place to be at. The hosts are an incredibly nice family. The rooms are clean, cozy, romantic and neatly intertwined with the entire decor of the house and of the whole village. There's often spontaneous live music but still respectful of the fact that there are guests sleeping there so it's never too much. The staff are super nice, including the two sons who take special care that everything is taken care of all the time. The food is really good, a great beach is around 10-15 minutes. It's kind of magical altogether, couldn't recommend it more.

We were just here for dinner and drinks. It was an amazing experience. The home made pasta was extremely delicious. Don’t even have words for the dessert: ice cream with (local) olive oil and fig jam. What an awesome combination! The atmosphere was great, loved the live music! Also the son of the owner was very friendly! :)

This is a very attractive place. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the whole place is settled in the heart of this fairytale town. The service is very kind. Definitely a destination we will book again.

Food is very homemadish and tasty, prices are reasonable for croatian standards. The place is cool and very well thought off. Service is pleasant. Definitely would reccomend a visit here, at least for drinks to soak in some of the atmosphere you don't get much in these parts.

The food was wonderful, I ordered the Istrian beef stew with homemade pasta. The homemade pasta was incredible. There was a band playing and the atmosphere was pleasant. The place is unique and very cosy, the outside area is very nice and the decoration is very beautiful.

We stopped at the bar/cafe during the day for a drink. It's a very atmospheric place inside old stone walls. Ledena kava was delicious, lemonade was from freshly squeezed lemons and they also had a nice beer from a tap. A peaceful place to rest from the heat.
